The room was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Location was perfect to see the sights. We had rented a car and drove to this location, the roads were tight which was expected but they had a large garage next door to park our car. Staff was amazing and were very helpfull upon arrival explaining, in English, all the great sites to see and how to get to them. Public transit was close bye.

The apartment was perfect for our group of 7. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Having washer/dryer in the apartment was a plus. Its walkable to just about everything you want to see as long as you are good with climbing a lot of stairs or walking up hill

I had an excellent stay at Smart Suites Granada. The apartment was incredibly spacious, with a beautiful loft-style layout that made the space feel modern, open, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing stay.

The location is also great — quiet yet convenient, with easy access to the main sights in Granada.

What truly made my stay special was the hotel staff. The reception team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with calling a taxi and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Their warm and attentive service really exceeded our expectations.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Spacious loft-style rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Smart Suites Granada to anyone visiting the city!

It’s a perfect destination! Beautiful city which you can view from this excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms / completed kitchen with coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, dishwasher and laundry washer.
Probably, you don’t need a car. The apt’s are close to the Alhambra and there are many taxis if you would like it. We rented a SUV for our trip in Spain, and it was a little difficult in historical places because of restricted areas and narrow&steep streets.

The suites can be a little difficult to get to and locate if you haven’t been there. The streets are extremely narrow and hard to navigate.

Do not drive a big car it’s it very hard to get around those narrow and I mean NARROW streets, otherwise the place was beautiful the reception was nice and easy to walk around
( if you are a walker)
a lot little shops, I don’t think it’s good for people with any kind of walking disability since the streets are stone road

Great stay in Albaicín quarter of Granada

We absolutely loved the apartments! They were exceptionally clean, cozy, and spacious, with thoughtful touches like milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and biscuits included. The check-in process was seamless. The manager who checked us in and out was very professional and kind. While driving to the location through the narrow, winding medieval streets of the Albaicín quarter was a bit challenging, the ample on-site parking garage made up for it. The location was perfect for wandering around and soaking in the charm of the area, with stunning hilltop views to enjoy. Highly recommend!”

무엇보다 위치가 알람브라 및 알바이신 전망대를 걸어서 또는 버스로 쉽게 갈 수 있구요. 리셉션 직원들이 너무 친절하게 지도로 다 설명해주십니다.
방에따라 전망이 다를 수 있겠지만, 제가 배정받은 방에서는 알람브라 궁전도 보였구요. :)
침구 컨디션, 주방기구, 건조기능 세탁기, 심지어 세제까지 있습니다. 십분 내 왠만한 타바스집, 까르푸가 있어 지내는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다.
다만 알바이신 지역의 특성상 도로가 너무 좁아서, 체크인 아웃시에는 택시를 이용하시는걸 추천드려요. 저도 렌트 할까하다가 택시 이용했는데, 탁월한 선택이었어요.

What a lovely apartment located in a historical site! A bit hard to drive there but the hotel gave us an organized instruction. We found several ants on the ground last night, maybe need to treat it. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

My mother and I booked this for a short stay to Granada. This apartment was amazing. It was so big, had a beautiful view and was a very reasonable price. Staff was so helpful with everything and even booked us a few taxis. I don’t think I would recommend driving around this area as the roads were very small and a little convoluted (although they did offer parking and great directions to the parking garage if needed). The Albaicín area is very hilly, so keep that in mind. I would recommend getting a taxi instead of using a ride share app bc the taxi will take you right to the entrance, but the app would only take us to the nearby church, were we had to proceed to drag our luggage up multiple, lengthy sets of stairs then up another hill. You will definitely get your exercise in (unless you always use a taxi), but it is definitely worth it to stay in this beautiful place. Would stay again if in Granada.

Price was good for Granada. Apartment was well equipped, plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. No good for old or the unfit as there is a long steep hill to climb from the center of town. Do not get Uber to this property as they will drop you off a long way from property, alway get a taxi, they know how to get to the property.

the Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Adrian was amazing giving suggestions to how to go around the city and where to go eat and whatever we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much. Even though the access is hard because the route is under construction and the streets are very narrow, they were waiting for us at the door to guide us to the parking lot, which is another plus for this place since Granada has very limited parking access. The A/C is the best I had so far in Spain and loved to have washer and dryer in the apartment, very convenient.

Beautiful Granada

The apartment was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and kind. I got COVID while here and they worked to ensure I could stay at the property and not have to leave while contagious. The view was wonderful and the area in the Albaicin was just far enough up the hill to be away from the center of the bustle, but not so far as to make it exhausting to get to it.
The one suggest8on I would make is to have nonskid tape or bath at in the tub, as it got pretty slippery.

Best Stay in Granada

This place was the best. When we arrived we were promptly given the keys to the suite and the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The room was great. Kitchen, living room downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It was perfect. The AC worked well especially the one in the living room area.(Granada was super hot.) The view was wonderful as well. Our room had a direct view of the nearby Mirador de Toto, it was awesome.

The kitchen had a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. All of these were convenient for our stay. We were able to eat home-cooked meals which was nice. We really appreciated it.

Granada is full of hills but the city center was like 8 minutes away on foot. It wasn't too bad. A bus from the city center took us to Alhambra so overall the location was very convenient for us too.

The shower was great. Had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable too.

Overall, whenever we are in Granada we know this is definitely the best place for us to stay. Amazing. Better than any hotel I've ever been in!

We booked this property because we wanted to make sure we had parking for our rental car. As an American driving a larger car in the tiny streets of Granada, parking was important. The streets to the property were very narrow and scary, however the receptionist greeted us and walked beside us in our car to the parking. The parking was tight, but efficient. The apartment was cute and had a washing machine and drying racks. The hosts left treats and a welcome basket. The location was great by foot to explore the streets of Granada- we walked to the flamenco caves and enjoyed a show. We planned on having dinner on the terrace at sunset at the restaurant by the apartment but needed a reservation. If you plan on going - make a reservation when you reserve your apt.

It’s a lovely apartment in a charming, historic area. I loved everything about this place except getting there. We followed the instructions and pictures and still had trouble arriving. An angel on a motorcycle came along and helped us find the place. Dinner on the terrace was great! The apartment had everything we needed. Very safe and quiet.

Great location! The view from their cafe on the property is amazing! In fact, good food too! The room was perfect for us as we were traveling with our friends and the room had double master suites. There was a downstairs 3rd bath which made it even nicer! The kitchen was nice and the living area was good sized. The patio was a great extra and we enjoyed it. I'd say the only recommendations for an even better stay would be: 1. Put a set of towels in that downstairs bath. There were only 1 set given per person upstairs and non downstairs. So handwashing meant drying on your clothing. 2. Put a towel in the kitchen. We had nothing to dry dishes and hands in there. They give a yellow cloth but it isn't a towel- we weren't sure what it was but we used that to dry the dishes and it wasn't great for that. Other than these two very picky items- the stay was perfect! Oh and I do want to say the concierge was wonderfully helpful!! Truly great service!
