Sadly, coffee machine broken and not replaced but there was an espresso machine there which I used. Also cushion in living room chair ripped.
Everything else wonderful! Lovely people at the front desk which made our stay even better.

The apartment was close to many points of interest and in a quiet street. The room had various furnishings that are broken or torn apart. The property didn’t have an elevator so it was difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. The staff was not very helpful when we asked about the air conditioning remote that was not in the room and they didn’t see to find one for us.

After multiple calls and emails more than 2 weeks before arrival - no contact whatsoever. Needed to know how to check in and code.

Had to book another hotel as no contact 18 hours before and traveling internationally. I had no code or info. I spent twice as much money as had to book an alternative hotel last minute. They also did not respond to any contact from expedia directly.

On the first day everything was great, until we returned to the hotel and discovered there was no hot water and the toilet wasn’t working. That same night, I sent a message to reception, and they replied saying someone would be sent to look into both issues. The next day, I followed up and told them we’d be out all day, returning in the evening, and needed everything fixed by then. They assured me it would be taken care of.

Later in the day, I checked again, and the receptionist informed me that a part was needed and repairs wouldn’t be completed for a few days. He quickly offered us another room, but it was on the top floor with no elevator. Since I was traveling with teenagers, I didn’t want to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. I declined and asked for a ground-floor option, similar to our current room, or something in a building with an elevator. They eventually found us a room not far from our original location.

The new room was clean and quiet, but one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly. When temperatures are close to 40 degrees, this makes a big difference. I complained about it, but never received a response. I would stay again as the room was lovely and the area was nice.

Good location. Easy access to/from bus station via 33 bus and walkable to the Alhambra if you don't mind the steep hill.
Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay.
Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall. One of the comfy chairs was splitting but bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property was very clean and big. Great communication however that night was freezing and they didn’t turn on heat until we did it and it never got warm. We were freezing. Also there is no elevator and we were on a third floor with a lot of luggage.

We love the location in the layout of the apartment! Some more detailed instructions regarding the washing machine would’ve been appreciated and also the Expedia listing for this property says that there is a dryer included so you might want to update that. The property manager allowed us to use the washer in a different unit when our washer door refused to open, and that was much appreciated!

Overall a good stay. The location is great and the discounted parking in the San Augustin parking garage worked out fine. The room was modern, large, and comfortable. You will definitely need to communicate with the staff about check in time since even during the day no one is working at the desk (but they can meet you in about 10 minutes after you contact them). The biggest downside of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. One of the living room pillows clearly had a large food stain on it that wasn't clean and there was a lot of dirt and a Q tip under the furniture. But I'd consider staying here again.

I highly recommend Elvira Suites. We got an amazing duplex apartment for six that was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials (including a cortesy bottle of red wine!) The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything and very close to a parking garage. The only reason I don't give our stay 5 stars is that the air conditioning didn't work and communication with reception to get it fixed was on WhatsApp (there was no one at the reception desk during our stay) and in the end we didn't get it fixed. We stayed two nights, day temperature was 38 degrees Celsius and AC in the apartment would have been nice...

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment at Elvira Suites for 1 night. Good central location, not accessible by car but parking is available nearby. The property was in very good condition. There was a welcome gift bottle of wine, nice gesture but the wine was bad. The living room was spacious though could benefit from an extra couch - seating was tight for 4 people and there is space for more/better furniture. The full kitchen was OK, but would also benefit from a dishwasher. The bedrooms were minimalist furnished but comfortable. We didn't use the outdoor areas but they looked nice. We had an overall good stay but it could have been a bit more comfortable with better furniture.

There is no reception. It is not a hotel. It is a condominium. Someone will meet you there to check you in via email. They give you a code which is an access to the front door but they gave us the wrong code and we couldn't get in. We were locked out for 2 hours in the cold. When we did get in our room there was no heat we were freezing.We had to demand something be done or we were going to leave and go to a real hotel.And finally gave us another room.By then.It was midnight.We do not recommend this hotel

I loved the apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice to have the convenience of a washer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and to be able to make our own breakfast. The apartment was stocked with coffee pods, washing detergent and we were even given a bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the street it is on isn't very nice. It is a very convenient location and walking distance to all the tourists sites.

I do not recommend anybody to drive there by car. Public Parking is impossible and can be 20 min walk to the nearest public paid parking! Took me 60 min driving in the complicated one way narrow streets to find the PP , and then see the sign that they are full.

Given the high ratings on Expedia, we were very disappointed at the condition of the two-bedroom apartment we rented. First, the apartment appears neglected, from broken and sagging curtains to broken window latches and lamps. Second, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower had hair on the floor from prior occupants as well as partially used toiletries in the soap tray. The kitchen towels provided for our use were wet and soiled with food and many of the dishes were either wet and/or dirty. Third, the apartment lacked basic items such as hand soap in the bathroom; toiletries; paper towels; or a dish cloth for washing dishes (there was a somewhat dirty sponge under the sink which we opted not to use).

While the location of the apartment is close to sites, the street it is on is questionable in terms of safety.

On a positive note, Teresa (who checked us in) was terrific and welcoming. Also, the apartment is very spacious and had good air conditioning.

In comparison to other apartments we rented throughout Spain, this apartment was overpriced. We would stay elsewhere if we returned to Granada.

First, the positives - The people that managed this place were very nice, helpful, and communicative. Appreciated this very much! And for a family of four, it was one of the more spacious options that I could find in Granada.
The street on which it is located did not impart a feeling of safety, particularly when returning to the apartment at night. Also, the cleaning job on the place was far less than thorough. And the air conditioning was so cold that we were uncomfortable and impossible to adjust. So unless you wanted to run the air and sleep with the windows open at night to heat up the apartment, it was chilly! For the price paid, it was fair. But if we went back to Grenada, I would look for somewhere else to stay.

The apartment is amazing, unbeatable location. 1 minute walk parallel to the Main Street. Extremely quiet. Short walk to most of attractions. It is highly recommended to walk in this town. The clean and comfy 2 bedroom apartment was in a perfect location to go running in the hills and within walking distance to all the local attractions. As a family we liked having separate bedrooms, but able to share the lounge and kitchen facilities. The coffee maker, water and bottle of wine being a nice touch. Nice place in a sketchy neighborhood, but will stay here again.

We arrived really late at approximately 2 am. Across the street, there is an abandoned building which looked very sketchy. There was a convenience store at the corner and multiple young persons were hanging out but no one bothered us. The streets in Granada are very confusing and some of them are restricted to buses and taxis only, from 6 am until 10 pm. You're better off parking your car somewhere and taking a taxi. Most of the sights are walking distance. One piece of advice: If you are going to Alhambra, take a taxi. Do not walk. The signs are confusing and the 20 minute walk turned into 80 minute struggle. Nice property, will stay again.

Nice Hotel - Interesting City [for a night or two]

On the busy Elvira road which is a heavy joint traffic/pedestrian narrow through road with bars and stalls etc. However property had inner courtyard which prevented any noise at all in the night.
Clean, big ground floor apartment - free guest bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Local area lively. Nice squares and streets to be found roundabout with good bars and lite snack / tapas type places.

Alhambra obvious big attraction but the key is to go to the opposite hillside to get the full panoramic.

Elvira Suites Hotel and Granada recommended.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, conveniently located, ready on arrival (earlier than promised) and was outfitted perfectly. My only reason for not giving it the highest mark was the noise level from the interior courtyard. Windows are poorly insulated and normal conversation as well as cleaning trolleys can be heard at inconvenient times. Otherwise, close to everything and only 20 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend it if you are not a light sleeper.

Great apartment in fantastic location. We loved our stay and Granada was great fun. Our apartment was on the first floor and was very spacious, with a huge comfortable bed. The room is a spacious and clean as pictures suggest. The surrounding neighborhood feels as if you have landed in the middle of a Moroccan bazaar. We stayed in Room 103. There is no elevator so we did have to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is not 24 hour reception. The hotel provides laundry service for 10 euros (not free as other reviewers stated) We gave the laundry to reception at 11:00 a.m. and received our clean folded clothes when we returned from exploring the city. We took the bus from the train station. The bus stop is very close to the hotel.

Beautiful place in excellent location. We loved this spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, welcoming place at a very reasonable price. We had concerns about driving in the old town of Granada, but the hotel directions were excellent, and their valet service (servipark) was worth every penny. The receptionist gave us general orientation of Grenanda with some excellent recommendations, which helped us to make the most out of our short stay. Elvira suite is the place to stay in Grenada. We wished our stay was longer.

Gem in Granada - Worth a Return Visit

Fantastic stay - quiet street yet within walking distance of shopping streets and restaurants. Easy access to the Albaicin and even the Alhambra (about a 20-25 min. walk). The suite was beautiful and even better than we expected - would stay here again without hesitation. The staff was courteous and very helpful, especially Lola, who provided many interesting local recommendations.

Gorgeous place

The owner sent me an email to verify arrival time. There was a person available through the intercomunicator at 10:30 pm, they gave immediate access to the house, 5 minutes later a courteous woman helped us with the keys, showed us the room and gave us a map of the city and some recommendations. The room was very clean, a/c worked perfectly and they left us a bottle of wine.
Overall experience with this boutique hotel was excellent. Walking distance to La Alhambra or public transportation, close to Cathedral and main plazas. Granada was a perfect stay for a weekend.

Super clean and stylish apartment!

We loved our stay at Elvira Suites. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they’re situated in a great neighborhood! We hope to be back one day!
