It was a big disappointment. The room was stiffy and terribly hot, the AC didn't work. The \"spa\" is a tiny space, 2 identical jacuzzi, steam room and sauna that was 50C. It was literally cold in the sauna! The internet wasn't working, we could access some sites, but couldn't video call or stream. Breakfast was basic and everything was cold. I couldn't eat cold eggs and sausages. We had the only bad coffee in our 2 weeks in Spain at this hotel. I went out to buy coffee after the breakfast, unbelievable. I think the machine uses powdered milk or something like that, it was sweet. The only thing that we enjoyed was the perfect location, close to everything but not loud.

The very basic thing, Coffee, was very low quality. The jar that carried the juices had loose top and one client got juice all over her shirt because the top came loose and it all poured out! There was only one outlet for charging our devices.

Disappointing stay. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The 3* rating must be due to the attached spa as the hotel felt like a stark and sterile, low-end, chain hotel. Expectations based on pictures and reviews had led me to expect more. The staff interaction and service was perfunctory. There was nothing welcoming or helpful. The noise from the street below is quite loud (obviously a frequent complaint as the hotel left earplugs by the bed.

Definitely skip the mediocre and overpriced breakfast. There are much better options within a few blocks.

Fabulous location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, shower pressure great. A bit noisy with doors closing but not really a problem. When taking a car there you need to go down the bus/ taxi only lane which is a bit intimidating due to threats of fines etc staff were very reassuring.

Great, friendly staff at check it in, directed us to the nearest parking.
Room- family suite very clean and tidy and the shower ....HUGE
Rooftop terrace and pool- perfect at sunset, the kids had a dip and watched the sunset and we had cava delivered.
Very central, absolutely perfect location
Would definitely stay here again

Check in was rude. Staff all cold. Asked for non smoking room and was placed directly beside the outdoor smoking lounge. Tried calling the front desk 2x and never answered. Bathroom sewage smell bad and it also smelled same in hallway along with residual smoke. The worst though was the hardest bed and most uncomfortable pillow ever. On a positive note - the breakfast that was included was decent buffet. The location is amazing too. Looks so good online but not in person. Overpriced by a mile for what’s offered. Would never recommend to anyone.

Great base to explore Granada

We had a really enjoyable couple of nights here. It’s not the easiest to find if you’re not familiar with Granada’s traffic system. We were escorted in by a moped rider who was obviously on the lookout for lost tourists. €10 well spent - satnav was absolutely no help. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fairly basic - no tea n coffee making facilities - but the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We definitely didn’t need the earplugs provided! The rod terrace was ok. The pool is about those of a snooker table and less than waist deep but it was a welcome relief from the late afternoon heat. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. I’d recommend Los Diamantés, which does traditional Grenadine tapas (“food! Not just almonds or olives like in Madrid”). Buffet breakfast provides everything you could want to set you up for a trek up to Mirador San Nicolas and/or Albeicin (both also walking distance)

Great position on main road. Close to Cathedral and markets.
Reception service was excellent
Wifi was intermittent- very frustrating- sometimes it worked and then went off. Didn’t matter where in the room I was, it kept turning off after a couple of minutes of logging on. However wifi worked brilliantly in reception area and breakfast room
That’s the only complaint I would have - otherwise good hotel to stay in

Arrived for a 2pm check in having travelled a long way to Granada. Was met by guy in reception who said room wasnt ready and to go away and have rome food and comeback later. I advised him check in was stated as 2pm? He said we are busy? Had to leave cases and clothes in a store cupboard which wasn't fit for purpose. Completed all the paperwork at this time. Arrived back at just before 4pm and cudnt find my reservation despite already being checked in? Even sorted but still had to make a call to check on room? Just overall a poor start to our anniversary stay.

The property was excellent but the build itself is nothing without the personnel working on it, they were very friendly since the first moment, they took care of our car, I would like to make special mention to Rafael (Rafa) who was our guide since the first sight, he recommended tours, restaurants, point of interest, he is one kind of the employee that any company would like to have and keep for ever. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They took our huge amount of bags when we arrived early and let us check in a little early into our room. They did the same thing on the day we checked out. They Got us ice and limes and give us advice. The spa was so delightful. Just what we needed after a long day of touring and very affordable! Room was very comfortable if small and the roof deck was absolute heaven with gorgeous views of the whole city.

Great location for walking to Albecin, Alhambra and commercial centre. The hotel is very clean and efficient. Beds comfortable but the room was quite small , there’s a lot of street noise and a thin opaque glass door to the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy

Wonderful 3-night stay. Staff (English-speaking) go out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful room; impeccably clean. Excellent breakfast--highly recommend. Small spa is a separate business with very limited hours and services can be a bit awkward but it is modern, very clean, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to most of the popular sites. Still quiet area to be able to sleep at night. Walkable to dining, shopping, sightseeing. Room was clean. I liked the medium firm bed, was perfect for me. I walked to the hotel from the train station and liked that i didn’t have to climb any stairs to get to the hotel. Shower had good water pressure. I walked up couple blocks and had breakfast and dinner at the international diner. Another block up is a McDonald’s to charge your phone on the table midday.

First, the staff was great. Second, the location was fine. Those two elements make us give it two stars. The noise destroyed the stay. This hotel needs to invest in double windows and hard core doors. Some rooms may be ok, but my guess is that since we used Expedia for the better price, we paid for it in non-stop noise. From our third floor room we could even hear conversations from the street all day and through the NIGHT!.

Great location to be able to walk everywhere. Rooftop pool was a great amenity after a long day of exploring. Only downside was the room we had stunk of cigarettes, but my friend and I were too lazy to complain about it.
