A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money.

More than 500 year old Historic building is amazingly clean and perfect working condition. We parked our car in near by parking structure snd enjoyed walking every places. Staffs are really helpful and professional.

This was such a wonderful, reasonably priced stay in the heart of Granada, close to the Alahambra! Lots of old world charm! (Frescos on the lobby walls date back to 1500s.) We were upgraded to a “family” room with cathedral ceilings, and added loft space with stairs, bathroom with a tub. Etc. we were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for charming and old world- this is for you.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The person in charge of the reception area, Siam, was helpful and polite. We had breakfast (we paid extra for it), and it was great. The hotel is situated in an excellent area, near the Alhambra, and 5 mns walk from shops. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Building is quite old with lots of character & charm.Misunderstanding re vip status with hotels.com soon sorted out and full size bottle of complimentary fizz given, nice touch (especially as our next hotel in seville, a large 4 star hotel only gave us a mini size bottle between 2 of us!). Breakfast buffet is very good also & well worth extra cost (if not included in your room rate.

The staff was great! They are very professional and friendly. Always happy to help us.We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay. Both rooms were clean, the only complaint I have was the 2nd room had some items to be fixed like the glass panels on each side of the bed that works as side tables. The hinges of the windows were not locked in so we can close the windows.

The property is old, and I was excited about it, but it is not well maintained, I stayed on room 6, the bathroom has a real awful smell all the time, we kept the door closed to feel it less. The room was also extremely cold. Outside temperatures 40° F. and hotel staff turned off the heater frequently. That place was freezing. Also, on arrival I mentioned my VIP status through Expedia to the front desk guy and he told me that Travel agencies offer things to customers that are not true. Honestly, a real disaster, will never be there again.

This was a booking made just two days in advance. What luck! Hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and interesting/cool interior, as show in the photos. Loved the location. Easy access to busier areas but down a picturesque street. Take a quick walk up the hillside neighborhood for a lookout across from the Alhambra.

Thumb up for a day time staff at reception. Arron is very nice, friendly and helpful. I feel very welcome when walking in the place. I booked two rooms and both were clean and warm. Equipped with all amenities we need. The location is awesome. You can walk to the bus stop in 2 mins. Definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Granada.

The room was generously sized and the view of the Alhambra was absolutely spectacular!! The location in the old city was great and very conveniently located. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and the little red buses were convenient to take around town and up to the Alhambra.
The breakfast buffet was very plentiful!

Our only struggle was that there is no elevator! The staff was very helpful in assisting with our luggage, but the daily trips up/down are something to be considered.
Also, at times, the hot water and water pressure were extremely minimal. This may have been because we were on the top floor.

The hotel situation is fantastic for visiting the old part of Granada. We had a room overlooking the Alhambra and it was very comfortable. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was perfect for us. The staff were very charming and helpful. We accidentally left a computer tablet in our room on departure, and the the staff packaged it up perfectly for the courier I arranged to collect it and return it to the UK. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Granada.

Great property in an historic building on the edge of the Albecin. Only drawback on location is it's up several steps from street where taxi drops you. We had a huge room with 2 sets of double windows framing glorious views of Alhambra. Granada is a terrific city and this hotel is close to everything. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was fairly ordinary and the room it's served in is quite hot and stuffy. Would stay here again.

There was an early confusion about parking - you have to park in the city and take a taxi to the hotel. So, whilst not super convenient from that perspective, its the most common setup in Granada due to the UNESCO site etc. Loved the character of the hotel and the staff has been extremely helpful. It is very well placed next to a lot of the eatery options. The room itself was very spacious and had a fantastic character. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Inés. The location is perfect, right in the historic district, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel itself is an incredible piece of history, dating back to 1520. Our room, the Alhambra, was truly unique. It felt like stepping back in time.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Granada.

Ana at the front desk is a GEM! I give this hotel 3 stars but Ana 1000 stars! I booked an Alhambra view suite & based on the pictures, I thought it was a room with a bedroom, living room a with big jetted tub, & a big bathroom. Upon arrival I learned they were showing pictures of many different rooms online & they did not indicate anywhere that our room may be tiny with no living room/jetted tub, only considered in the suite category because of an Alhambra view. Our view was useless as there was nowhere to sit & look out the window so you only saw it if you stood right in front. I was absolutely crestfallen & burst into tears when told there was only one room like the one I thought I booked & there was no availability in that room or any higher suite level room. Ana was so sweet & bent over backwards to give me the best experience she could. She let us look in another room that had a tiny living room but no tub. We didn’t stay there because the bedroom was so small we could barely squeeze our luggage through the door because you immediately walk into the bed upon entering. The tiny toilet/shower room was right next to the bed & had an open, translucent door, so you would see & hear your partner on the toilet! I didn’t ask for compensation but Ana gave us free breakfast both days, red wine & a fruit basket. She offered us another room for our last night but I declined. Her care & kindness saved our trip. Go for Ana & the great location but set LOW expectations for your room.

Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines Hotel was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The staff was very friendly and the location was a great base to explore the more touristy areas of Granada. Our room was huge and we were delighted to have a separate living room. This was a great value, and we would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting the city!

The property is unique, established within a (what looks like) an historical building. We loved the two courtyards and rooms being around the central courtyards. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful and informative about things to do. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the mini-bar was big enough to hold some of our own food items too. We were never bothered unnecessarily. The only issue I had was with the noises that came from movement in the upstairs bedrooms because, of course, there is no carpeting. That being said, the rooms all have individual air conditioning so you can set the temperature at your desired levels. The hotel staff kindly provided us with an extra fan as we were not used to the August heat and sent us a basket of fresh, seasonal fruits (substituted for the usual bottle of wine since we don’t drink alcohol. The hotel is situated just off the famous El Darro and getting into town is easily walkable, and doesn’t take long either. All in all, we loved this hotel and would go back again.

Breakfast was good but was getting a bit repetitive by the end of the week. The bathrooms were also not in the best condition, nothing crazy just sealant and other bits that looked a bit tired. Just an aesthetic issue though, they were very clean!

The most extraordinary thing about this hotel was the diligence and kindness of hotel staff in answering our questions and giving advice. They helped us with everything from which bus to take to choosing the best Sacromonte gypsy cave Flamenco show. Our hotel room looked directly toward the illuminated Alhambra so that one early morning from our window we saw rising crescent moon over a place where Sultans lived for eight centuries.
This hotel is a 500 year old structure, dating to the beginning of the Reconquista, but designed in the Arabic style with a patio in the center. Still, it was amazingly modern In facilities with a decent breakfast buffet for a very reasonable 12 Euros. The location placed us midway between the Cathedral of Grenada and The UNESCO neighborhood Albaicin.

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the old part of Granada. The facilities advertised include parking, but this consists of an agreement with 2 public car parks in the centre of the City at a discounted rate of 19 euros per night. They will discount a taxi to the hotel, but not back to your car.
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the staff were amazing

The room had a few comfort issues that made our stay challenging. The windows wouldn’t close properly, and the air conditioning was not functioning, which made it very difficult to stay cool—especially in the intense Granada heat. Additionally, the minibar was fully stocked, but everything came with a charge, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at where basic items were complimentary.

We loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Ines. We were a little early, but were allowed to check in. The employee working the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. No problem at all. They had someone to bring up our bags. We had a view of the Alhambra just as advertised with a nice sitting area. We were about a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra which is why we came (I would recommend taking a cab if you are going. Only about 5 minutes by taxi and avoids walking up significant hills; we learned the hard way, but at least we got our steps in :)...The walk to the main plaza from the hotel is only about 10 minutes which was great too. When we checked out the front desk called us a taxi which arrived within minutes.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I go back to Granada
