We used the valet parking services through the hotel instead of parking across the street in the car lot. The price was a little bit more but knowing the car was safe and not having to worry about where to park was great! They have a restaurant and bar located near the lobby of the hotel. On our second night, after returning from a long day, we found that housekeeping had been in but when I pulled back the blanket, there was hair all over the bed and small brown bugs. I braid my hair before bed, so I knew it wasn’t mine. It might’ve even been bed bugs.

I chose this hotel because of it's central location, reasonable price, and - let's be real - swanky lobby. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great West-facing view, but there were obvious signs of wear throughout (the pleather bed frame and headboard was peeling on almost every surface, the loveseat was worn/stained giving a dirty appearance, and wardrobe door broken). It didn't impact the experience, but wasn't a great look. Everything else was great.

This was my first time in California, and honestly, I expected a better experience. When I checked into my room, the bedding had large brown stains — not sure if it was coffee or something else, but definitely not what you want to see when you first arrive. The bed frame was also peeling pretty badly. I did get switched to another room, which helped, but it still left me feeling uneasy. Like, what if the sheets in this one look clean but aren’t?
On the bright side, the staff were really nice and the property itself is decent. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it based on my experience.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for our stay. We were here for a volleyball tournament for my son and were able to walk to the stadium every day which is so nice. Driving in LA is not my favorite so for the convenience alone, it's fantastic. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor - a plus!
