Hotel was very clean and it is located in the old town area with convenient access to all major sights. Very kind and courteous staff. When we checked in, we were greeted by a very cheerful young lady (sorry we didn’t get her name) who spoke English very well and helped us with orientation to the key city sights. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast both mornings in a well appointed eating area attended by a cheerful employee (sorry no name). Kudos to Eduardo who was very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the airport.

Great hotel and very friendly team at reception.
Housekeeping was spot on too.
Location is fine, with Plaza Nueva a short walk away.

It’s on a very lively street with families sat outside the restaurants, enjoying their meals.

If you’re looking b bf or parking nearby then that can rack up pretty quickly at ~€25/day

We had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Porcel Navas during our visit to Granada. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the main attractions, including the Cathedral and many charming tapas bars.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our room was well-appointed and quiet, with excellent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, which was much appreciated after a day of exploring. We also loved the small touches like the complimentary toiletries and the daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, and their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

Overall, Hotel Porcel Navas was the perfect base for our time in Granada. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Had a very nice stay at the center of old Granada. Everything is within walking distance...well except Alhambra. Timing of our stay there was perfect. We were there for El Dia de la Cruz. It was a great festival where everyone got dressed up in traditional (flamenco-styled clothes) and gathered all over the city to dance and enjoy each others company regardless of roots.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. Laio at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was close to shops, restaurants , and safe area. My room was small , and the fridge was too close to bed. At times I hit my legs with it.

A really lovely hotel, which was spotless and well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a great choice and dining room was well laid out.

Great location, 5 minutes to main tourist area and old town, less than 5 minutes to bus and cab to Alhambra. A great base for our Granada trip and would happily book again.

We had a four night stay at Hotel Porcel Navas and it was ideal for all that we required. The reception staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative.
The room was comfortable, very clean and had excellent soundproofing which was needed with numerous restaurants
right outside. It is ideally situated for major attractions and we would happily stay here again if in Granada.

The front desk staff person in the afternoon (Linius?) was super helpful. Room size worked well for three adults. The air conditioning didn’t work, which was really our only complaint. The breakfast for the price was fair but we only did that once, as there were other choices close by.

The room and beds were comfortable and clean, though showing its age. The temperature had hit 27 degrees the day we arrived and our room was very hot. The Air Conditioning was not on/working was our only complaint. It’s a great location but be aware it’s on Calle Navas which can be very loud into the early morning hours. It’s ok, but if you need quiet to sleep then its not the place for you.

Welcoming hotel in the heart of Granada

Very friendly staff, very clean room. The walls are quite thin, so noise does travel, but it was not really a problem during our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold items - the hot items need to be kept warmer. The hotel is centrally located on a street with lots of good bars and restaurants, which give the area character. Would definitely stay here again.

First: location, location, location!!! Second: The room was clean, well equipped and I think for the first time when they ask about bed preference: two single or one king bed, and we say “King please” we got it! Not two single beds put together!!! Breakfast was good. We have a good time.

We loved it here- the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rooms are small but clean and have all the amenities you may need. It has a nice breakfast and a small restaurant/bar as well. The hotel is located on a no-car street with many good tapas restaurants right outside. It is within walking distance to many attractions. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Although its a dated property in the heart of Granada it was spotless and the staff were welcoming and genuinely happy at their job. A big thankyou to Laios who checked us in, provided us with a map, pointed out places of interest and good eating spots as well as informing us of transport routes with bus numbers and bus stops. Our room was adequate with double glazed windows, comfortable beds and good breakfast selection.
