The room was clean, quiet and the customer service was exemplary. However, the TV was not working. Hotel personnel came to try to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved. They did offer to change my room, but I opted to stay since it was very late and I had already unpacked. I would come back because of the customer service.

Very nice staff. 2nd floor hallway reeked of Marijuana both days I was there, person above me must of been auditioning for Stomp, and kept their dog in bathroom when they would leave, and dog barked loud for hours. Fire alarm went off late one night, they addressed the malfunction. Interesting place.

1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well.
2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair.
3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults.
4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not dispense the correct beverage. She was told “sorry that’s a third party vendor and I can’t do anything about it.”
5. We could not figure out how to get the tv chsnnels to work and when asked we were told every room has a different input so try others. To her credit, she did offer to come up and help however it was late and was not worth the time any longer.

We were very dissapointed in our stay and will not be staying again. I am shocked that it has an ‘8’ rating.

The king size bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped so badly in the middle it was very hard to sleep with two people. I could not sleep due to the uncomfortableness from trying not to fall in the middle next to my husband. The loudness and constant banging from doors and room across/ above us was beyond obnoxious at very early hours of the morning. Not my best experience.

We were there for a cornhole tournament so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but the staff were amazing. The rooms being attached to the convention center was a huge plus! Us being there in January it was nice to not have to leave the whole weekend.

Business trip- two nights. First night very quiet. Second night- hockey teams checked in, I was concerned about late night noise. Everyone was quiet before 10 pm. Getting fast food in the area is a bit of a drive, nothing close as far as that. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans is close though.

The facility was fine, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating when we had to change rooms because the heater didn't work. This just was not your regular Hampton Inn quality. It seemed very old, perhaps a repurposed building? The pool had a sign that said, Pool is open but the heater is not working..... My boy was sad. One of the reason we stop at a hotel instead of pressing on home, is so my kids can enjoy a swim.

One more thing I feel compelled to add, whenever I take the time to review a Hampton stay, is why do Hampton's place the eggs and hashbrowns in the same steam warmer as bacon or other pork products? How can you be so insensitive to Muslims, Adventists, Jews and Vegetarians? It makes the hashbrowns and eggs inedible for us.

The room I wanted was at least a king bed and the room was not what I expected. Not up the Hilton standards and smelled extremely bad! The person in front of me had same issue. They really should not rent those rooms out and have caution tape around them. Then had king rooms available but the manager would not let us have one and we were put in a double bed. My husband is tall and that is unacceptable when they had available but did not do the right thing for their guest. Avoid this property not up to Hilton standards.

I chose this hotel because of a rating above 8 on hotels.com. Definitely was disappointed. Hotel is dated and not very clean. Old carpet and stains on furniture in room. Hot tub was not working which is one of the main reasons closed doe repair. Upon looking at older reviews it’s been closed for months.
After going to bed we were woke up by a group of young people slamming doors and yelling and having a party in the room next to ours. After waiting an hour we callled the front desk. They called the room and it got worse. The front desk then told us there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t even move our room since the hotel was sold out. The group of guys continued their loud party until well after 1am. I’m not happy with the lack of sleep. Also, The lack of hotel enforcing quiet hours.
The breakfast in the morning wasn’t any good either.
I take several trips a month and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had all year.

I travel with my pup everywhere. I never care about any pup fee. But paying the 75 dollar fee this time meant I was downgraded to basically a human kennel. Under the guise of I will be closer to the dog walk area, I was placed on the first floor next to the back door. Not an issue, until I walked into the room. No real carpet, just and inside/outside floor covering. No padding, just glued directly to the concrete. The furniture was out of a garage sale, beat up and unkept. Sheet on the bed were old and worn. So old the elastic on the fitted sheet no longer gripped the matress.
I never leave a bad review. I there is nothing nice to say i leave it alone. But the manager on duty continually lied on the idea I was put into a dog room. Said there was no such thing. I asked why no carpet, she replied that there must of been a maintenence issue that was unresolved. I told her I checked the room next to me during cleaning and it was the same. A dog room. Just outside my room there was carpet with padding, but not in mine. I paid for a king bed, was given a queen. I guess that is what dog rooms get.
Now there was an area for my pup to do her business, but no grass, all lava rock. I invited the manager to walk on it barefooted, because my pup was. It is jagged and unsafe for pets.
While this facility is pet friendly, be prepared to stay in a dog room. Not the room you reserved online. felt like i was punished for bringing my pup, and paid for that punishment.

This property should be avoided at all costs. Old and dirty.Stayed the first night and the next morning door locks quit working. Went down twice trying to get in the room and was told they didn’t have us staying there as we were listed as no shows. At 4 pm check-in the day prior we were told our room wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. After reloading our luggage… 5 minutes later…we were told they had a room. The room had a bad smell and furniture, carpet was dinged and dirty. Fridge freezer lid was broken and we couldn’t because it never showed us staying in that room? Confusing!There were gnats flying around food bar(health violation) Total disappointment in this particular property!

No working business center. Had to switch rooms because of malfunctioning toilet. Key cards had limited programming to the door. Only 1 key out of 4 worked. Had to email confidential doc to front desk for printing. Carpet stains. 1980 wall paper. Original Oreos elevator with metal slamming doors. Hilton should not have the name on the building until it is finished. Per the Hampton policy, I will be enforcing their satisfaction guarantee in a few days. Staff was the only bright spot here. Rates are way too high for this building.

Mattress was especially comfortable bcs i like a less firm mattress. Breakfast food was very good w multiple choices. Clean & ample breakfast seating. Pleasant staff all around.
Room furniture very old & tired. Room colors very dark. Carpet was old. Only 1 upolstered chair in room was very stained & filthy. App unfortunately wont let me load photo. I wouldn't sit on or place anything on it. We had to have sink unplugged & toilet plunged when we arrived (wasn't dirty). Tub was nearly impossible to safely stand in to shower. Tub was especially narrow & floor curved up at sides making difficult to stand without slipping. The grab bar on long shower wall was incorrectly installed vertically, not horizontally, making positioning in shower difficult. I would not stay here again.

Handicap accessible room is a sham and a shame. Tub instead of a roll in shower. Toilet is too low, no safety bars. Sink,lotion and linens are too high. Room does not offer enough space around furniture for a wheelchair to move. Beds are too high.
These are just some issues for ambulatory visitors. I cannot speak for those with vision or hearing difficulties.
Please do not offer accessible rooms if you really don’t have them

Booked reservation online, arrived for check in clerk at desk had issues checking us in, computers were not working, had to take information 3 times. Simple check in should’ve been 5 min was 20 minutes.
Smell when you first walk in was terrible - consider air fresheners or a good clean.
Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Hotel wasn’t busy and it was loud with the few people booked in.
Bathroom was a disaster, shower/bath had dirty marks, ceiling in bathroom peeling.

Bed looked like it was thrown together, bed skirt was half off the bed.
Room heat didn’t work we had to turn up to 80 to feel a bit of warmth.
Tv was unplugged from the tv and the cord was dropped behind the cabinet.
We were told half the amenities were not functioning until further notice (ie hot tub).

We booked her because we always have great service and experience but this is not a hotel we’d book again, especially for the price we paid and found out not all amenities were available.

Truly disappointed - this isn’t an 8-8.5 star, we’d give it a 5 if that.

The stay was ok, but the property could use a refresh. The upholstery in the room and lobby was showing wear and needed to be cleaned. There were 3 layers of window coverings, the room darkening layer was fine, the sheer layer was very wrinkled and the outer decorative layer was o ly partially secured to the rod. The mini frig made a whooshing sound and had to be turned off to sleep. We stayed 2 nights but never received fresh towels or any housekeeping at all after the first nights stay.
