When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled, and no one could tell me why this happened. The hotel Is a complete dump. I would strongly advise Expedia to remove themselves from 3 rd party booking of this hotel. Dirty, unorganized and old.

Just passing through for a couple days (hockey tournament) and only needed a clean place to sleep. Needed to check out after one night. Very dirty, fixtures broken in room (also a strange choice to use large exterior lighting in room), no breakfast, very loud in the middle of the night, lack of staff at front desk. The hotel was good enough to cancel the rest of my reservation, which I do appreciate.

I specifically picked this hotel for there amazing free breakfast and I’ve been here almost a week and every morning I go to the desk and ask if there is going to finally be breakfast and they look at me like I have 10 heads so absolutely frustrating especially when they tell you that they’re going to try their hardest for the next day and the next day comes and they’ve done nothing

The breakfast is provided by a third party is a mess. There was just one girl working there and was complaining about everything there. The eggs were like yogurt, potatoes were burnt and toast was also half burnt. Some guests were just going inside making their own coffees etc. and some guests from walk ins just left to see the inside establishment. Shouldn't offer such poor breakfast in such a poor place.

The room wasn't spotless. The washroom wasn't cleaned to the proper standard. The king size bed had the bedding. Plain sheets were used as fitted sheets. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The quilt/duvet was just the liner. There was no quilt to speak of. The heater couldn't be used for risk of setting off the fire detector. As the heater had been cycled over the last few month. And, switching it on produced a burning smell, from all the dust accumulation in and on it. The 06h30 continental breakfast was non-existent. The attached restaurant was never opened at the quoted time. So, breakfast was never available for my timing requirements.

Grateful they allowed my dog to stay in the room. Place was clean. Looked like faulty wiring in the room, and a couple of issues with other rooms (door doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling, another room door was open, entire room in disarray). When we went for the free breakfast, the restaurant was sweltering. The server offered to seat us where it was “better” - it was not better, and we left

A giant crack in the bathroom ceiling. Stained tub. Not a single hook or hanger to your towel or clothes on. Not a single chair either. The so-called closet was broken and the dresser drawers were dusty and dirty. The continental breakfast is bad too.

Enough parking, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable for the price. Bathroom was clean but bath tub needs some TLC. Breakfast was included, it had a smart tv with all the streaming apps you want. Sheets were clean.

we change rooms because there were bugs in the room and no chair to sit the bath tub should be trowne oput .they gave us a other room that one had cacroachs .we ask for our money back .with a little harm twisting .im 85 and my wife is 81 we left at 1030 at night to drive back home to the state what a place they should be ashamed will never stay at a travelloge again my first and last time .

stayed here for a quick overnight trip and it did the job. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. It’s a solid choice if you’re just passing through or need a place to sleep for the night. Staff were polite and accommodating. No major issues during my stay. Would consider staying again for a short stopover.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very small. The floor looked clean but was unswept. The bed was fairly comfortable but the bedding was super thin and cheap as well as the curtains. I'm not sure how to discribe the comforter other than disposable. The curtains were thin and did not keep the sun out. The bathroom was very cramped and the shower tub was in disrepair but the water pressure was decent. Its an ok place for an overnight stay in a pinch.

This was the worst hotel stay we've ever experienced. We booked a single room with a King sized bed a couple weeks in advance. We received nothing stating our reservation for a King sized bed could not be fulfilled. When we arrived , we were told the hotel was booked solid & we would have to take either a queen sized bed or 2 double beds, for the SAME price of the king sized bed room we originally booked. We opted for a queen sized bed but we're not reimbursed any difference in the cost of the room despite the rates online showing that they differed by $20 a day. The \"made to order\" free breakfast at the hotel \"restaurant\" was a set plate that was the same every day. The food was basic. The coffee was terrible. The hotel apparently was \"updated\" in 2021, yet all the finishes in our room were dated looking. The only \"updates\" were a new tub surround that stuck out like a sore thumb as it did not match the color of the rest of the bathroom. The walls were covered in dirty fingerprints and marks. The floor in our room was sticky!! It made our bare feet dirty from walking on it. There were no linens in the bathroom, no towels or face cloths. No bath mat either. We had 1 roll of toilet paper for a three day stay. My partner was ill with a cold and there wasn't even a box of facial tissues in the room. The \"satellite\" tv only had 1 working channel, the rest were all static. The front desk staff did the bare minimum of their jobs, they were not super friendly.

Easy booking, friendly and helpful staff, a little disappointed there was no hair dryer, I’d expect that in a hotel, even most motels have hair dryers, so I had to go purchase one.
TV was not working, it was on, on arrival but when I switched channels it had no other channels to view. Couldn’t find the original channel anymore after that.
Otherwise it was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Once in the room, the TV didn’t work, and despite calling the front desk three times, nobody answered.

While the room was clean, it felt quite shabby and outdated. The shower was particularly unappealing, with some areas looking dirty. To make matters worse, I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from other guests on my floor, which kept me awake for most of the night.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of customer service and the poor condition

New paint and laminate flooring. Upgraded to a king size bed - but no fitted sheet on bed, no extra blankets or pillows. Pillows on the bed were horrible. No kleenex. No garbage can or recycling in room other than small bin in bathroom.
Television was great - even had Netflix. Breakfast was hot and adequate. Not a luxurious or “nice” place to stay but it only cost $100 so I feel like I got what I paid for!

I know they are working on it ... but oh goodness.

1. no safety lock on door
2. bathroom door didn't close
3. You need a manual and a PHD to figure out the tv as it is NOT obvious.
4. Breakfast? Sit there. You can have this to eat and nothing else yet the bacon and toast burned beyond comprehension 10 minutes for coffee. Discourteous..and you have to walk to breakfast in case you have an agility problem.
5. Pillow cases were stained --- yuck.
6. Does NOT look like the photo...trust me
7. Ask for main floor as no elevator if agility problems exist.
8. Had to ask for cups
9. no blue box...and one tiny garbage pail.

The staff were wonderful, hot breakfast was good! Even made us special take out meals so my bf could bring it back to me in our room. Late check out is available for a small fee. Overall great stay. This is the fist time I don’t like Travelogue stay for many reasons
1- the quality of bed mattress and bellow is poor old and not clean
2- washroom no hot water in the sink and the bathtub is very dirty and corners are black from fungus
3- breakfast if late at 8 am instead of 6am and it was open choice for fruit egg hotdog coffee water juice now dark dingy place cold coffee crumble egg 1 toste burned
If that’s the situation will be for this hole I advice to change to a motel or improve the business.

Lunch started at 8 a.m. and it's too late for us. We would have appreciated the opportunity to have a coffee at the hotel and a fruit (or muffin) in order to leave early. The curtain of the room did not close completely. No microwave oven. The room contained 2 double beds and there was no space left. It looked like they tried to install 2 double beds in a space not provided for this purpose. Parking was easy and free, we enjoyed it. We smelled a smell of cannabis in the hallway of our room: really unpleasant.

The front desk clerk was lovely. She was kind and assisted me with an earlier check in.
The rooms are old. The actual room across from me had a door that didn’t go all the way to the top of the frame (yes really). And there’s no elevator, so if you have any problems lugging your stuff up 12 stairs it’s not the place for you.
I wish it was old in a quaint way, but it’s more like the basement bedroom at your cousins house old.

The hotel was showing some age with a few broken windows ( not in our room) and the toilet seat needed replacing. No towel bars in bathroom.

However the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and any issues we had like getting the TV set up were dealt with immediately

The room included a free breakfast however we planned to leave before 8:00am and the staff opened the restaurant an hour early to prepare us a meal, going above and beyond.

Would stay here again.

-Felt safe
-15 min drive to downtown, 7 min drive to shopping mall, and supercenters if needed (Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, etc)
-Tim Hortin and Bus route right in front of the hotel within walking distance to different types of eateries if needed
-Rooms were clean Ac works.

The rooms were used just for sleeping and going out around the area. It served its purpose, especially accommodating a dog on the trip. I would go back and stay again since my objective is to enjoy the town and surrounding area.
