The rooms were recently renovated, so they were clean. There is no closet so if you want to hang up clothes there are just several coat hooks on the wall next to the door. No Iron or ironing board. There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV. There is also a free breakfast, coffee, mini muffins and make your own waffles, and cold cereals. This hotel seems to be putting in the effort, but the outside appearance is nothing to write home about and there seemed to be sketchy guests or maybe longer stay tenants? Bright lights outside the room light it up as if it’s daytime. Definitely not a place I would return to.

The room was dirty, the towels had miscellaneous stains on them, including an old blood stain that never came out of the towels. The tub was extremely chipped and dirty, including finding hair in the tub from previous person in the room. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear someone drop their coins on the counter on the other side of the wall, if you want privacy, you’re not getting it here. Also, the clientele leans more towards people that have drug issues. I did not feel comfortable at all. They offered to switch rooms, but since I had already cleaned the entire room, I was in already myself. There was no point in moving. However, the staff on site were very pleasant and understanding when I brought the concerns to their attention. I would say that was probably the best part of my stay with them.

It should be labeled a motel, not a hotel, when you enter your room from the outside, it’s a motel
A very old building, they are updating the rooms carpets are removed but the floors are very cold rooms are painted over old walls and doors so the damaged walls are covered over, no door mats to wipe off the boots let alone placing them on a shoe tray, staff are kind and trying to accommodate your wishes

We checked in expecting an 'Executive Suite\" as advertised and looking like the picture in your ad.
It was a bare room with very poor furnishings and unclean. We then moved to a separate suite that wasn't much better and woke up to find an inch long bug on the bed. We left early and expected a refund for the second night which didn't happen.

I’ve stayed here once before and it wasn’t the best but this stay was the last straw. The rooms are very run down, outdated, and dirty. Barely any stay essentials (Soap, toilet paper, towels, etc). The heater couldn’t even keep up with the size of the suite so it was cold all night. Area was sketchy. Did not feel comfortable or safe.

I tried not to cancel, but move the dates of a week long reservation, and the manager said no even tho i tried to do it 90 min after i made the first reservation. I had to leave my hotel that i paid for at the time and drive overnight on short notice cause they couldnt tell me if they could waive the rediculously expensive reschedule fee.

Then when im here, its a nightmare for these people to make a 1 day extention. Told them i sleep in the day, and asked them for a do not disturb sign. They didnt have one and just put in the notes not to knock. Since they cant communicate, they thought i had to check out on wednesday, even though i reserved till friday and made the reservation with them at the desk on tuesday. So the cleaning staff is banging the door in the middle of my night telling me i have to go dowm stairs and talk to the front. If i didnt have to stay here i wouldnt.

Would I stay at this hotel again no and another reason I informed the front desk that I was checking out a day early and I still had to pay for the third day and I gave them notice and hotels.com. I won’t be dealing with them either.

The room didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The floors were filthy and the one queen bed had weird crumbs all over it, so my friend and I had to share a bed. The bathtub had a mysterious yellow stand on it and we believe it was dried urine. All of our towels also had yellow stains on them, and so did a few of the pillows. We were in the hotel only to get ready and to sleep so it wasn’t the biggest deal, but it would’ve been nice to sleep in a clean place after a long day of travel and being at an event. The lady at the front desk was kind and friendly when I checked in, and she was very helpful with information about local cab companies.

The room was very poor too terrible. There was only one ceiling light in the living area/kitchen. The refrigerator was in very poor condition. The hot water was almost nonexistent and took a long time to become even warm. The TV was all screwed up and the maintenance person that was sent over to assist had a very difficult time with it, but got it working. But it was all screwed up again in the morning. The bedroom had no hangers, an odd table in the closet area, and the closet shelf was severely warped. The bathroom had the same issues with the water that the kitchen did and probably the worst thing was there were wood pieces in the window tracks. I asked and was told that they were probably there to keep the windows closed. Was it because the windows were unsecure? I think so.
It appeared that there were a few new things done flooring, bathroom, vanity, but the rest was very, very poor.

It is a dog friendly motel, but not a garbage can in sight!! Can't pick up after your dog with no where to dispose of baggies. I left them by a tree. They do not empty your garbage can nor give you fresh towels, you can however go to front and ask for them. Beds were comfortable and clean and rooms were large.

The place looks like it’s falling down. The “suite” is bare bones with a picnic-type table and bench and two seater couch. No other seating. The vinyl floor turned the bottoms of my feet black (no carpet), the refrigerator leaked water. Saw a cockroach. No hangers for clothes. Only one lamp in the living room none in the bedroom by the bed. The bed was comfortable enough.

We checked into a jacuzzi room. You can tell the property has been trying to upgrade with new furniture and flooring but the smell of mold was overwhelming and we found that it was covering one of the walls. The staff was able to switch us to a new room which was definitely better but still had some cleanliness issues. The positives of the stay were that the staff helped immediately and the beds were comfy.

From day one my room was not adequate. I got on a website and was sent a text to come back to the hotel room to change rooms on Saturday morning late afternoon upon arrival back to the hotel. I was told there was no rooms available even though I received a text message stating there was so I decided to put it on video. The police were there in a total of six times over the weekend every time somebody went to jail one time somebody actually went to the hospital. My room was brighter at night than it was during the day. Even after you would try and put the curtain up to block the light it wasn’t impossible. The dogs literally barking all day long and all night long throughout the night to be woke up at 8:15 AM with a blower motor blowing grass clippings. Underneath of my hotel doorway was definitely the last straw. I would never stay here. I would never recommend staying here. In fact I have added this hotel to our do not stay for work. The people at the desk were great however the upper management did not care. They say they tried to help me, but they did not. Nobody called me even after I asked and put in a special request for someone to actually physically call me no one ever. Did they sent me text messageswanting me to respond in the next 20 minutes. Sorry I was driving around town trying to find somewhere safe to go instead of just being able to stay in my hotel room and enjoy ourselves for the weekend because nothing worked. Even the plugthey gave us did not work to small

I don't see how this hotel gets such good reviews. I will say the employees were extremely nice and the cleaning team seems to work hard. We were on the second floor and heard people stomping around all day and night. Smokers were everywhere you couldn't go anywhere without smelling smoke. It's old and run down....just really bad.
False advertising. Advertised as saying guests have access to a nearby gym and this is a total lie. I asked about it they said they don't have that that they would contact the general manager and get me some kind of credit because I said that's one of the main reasons I booked there...... Never heard a peep from anyone about it, no follow-up, and stayed there two nights so they had plenty of time to get with me.
Also, seems like a lot of locals stay here.

I’ve stayed in this hotel three times and have never had an issue. Check in and out are so easy. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. The rooms while updated, were a little slapped together. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty clean, although there were hairs stuck on the shower wall this stay.
