Très joli et original hall : grands bassins avec poissons rouges. Hôtel bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre et parking (3€ la nuit) sur place. Chambre un peu rustique (déco avec des fausses têtes de cerfs au mur), très bien entrenue, assez grande et bonne literie. Côté route, c'est un peu bruyant avec les fenêtres ouvertes : route + voie ferrée : prévoir les boules quies.

We stayed at this hotel for 1night we had a nice room not ultra modern but clean and tidy,small down side was the shower could do with updating to a shower cubicle instead of the old fashioned curtain. We also ate our evening meal here and it was very nice food and a good portion, would use this hotel again and the restaurant if I was in the area. Breakfast was very good too. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful

Nice place, close to the source of the Danube

Really nice hotel with good report on quality and price, close to Donauquelle. The rooms are not to big for a family, but nice and comfortable. The breakfast is a challenge, as there is so much good food to choose from. And if you have a dinner, you'll not regret it either.
The train station is just across the road, but could be a drawback also, if you get a room on that side of the hotel. The narrow ramps of the multilevel parking are not really car friendly.

overpriced and not to the standard expected

The hotel looks ok to start with, but the rooms are a horrific disappointment. Shower curtains with mold, blankets over rugged sofa bed, a basin that was so old the enamel was tearing off.... I could go on. Oh, and dont come with a large car because you wont be able to get it into the garage without bumping it.

The hotel is a 3 star not more

The rooms have not been renovated in years, the furniture is old-fashioned (at best) the room organization is ilogical (tv in odd place), no underfloor heating in the bathroom, old sofa covered with blanket etc. the parking is horrible. If you have a normal size car, good luck getting it in and out without bumps. if you have a mini (the original) or a VW bug no worries.

Nice hotel close to the train station.

The hotel was nice because it was close to local transportation that you could take all over the black forest. The room was clean but there were pieces of the wall and the trim around the floor that were falling apart or falling off. The biggest con was that there was no aircon in the room and it was a hot weekend. If we opened the window there was so much noise from the neighbors. They were playing music really loud and shouting. Overall it was alright.

Great hotel, great location, great staff

A hidden gem. We have never visited the SW of Germany and were delighted to find the area was so lovely. The hotel was very conveniently positioned for the town. The reception staff were lovely, accepting my poor german before politely suggesting we speak in English. The public reas are great and the room was large and very clean. Wi-Fi a bit iffy.

Springs in beds, stained carpet, smelly koi pond in lobby, can't understand how it gets an EU 4 star rating! Great staff however. I would stay at a local gasthaus hotel instead. Stayed for 7 days, had to have several things fixed while there, crappy bedding and pillows.

We booked this for 2 families for one stay,
On arrival the hotel staff was quick to check our bookings and allocate the rooms
On that day they had a wedding party at the hotel with limited access to kitchen facilities to the public
But the General Manager Mr Omar was very keen to help us
As we were on a 8 day trip to other EU places
We requested him to help us warn our food at the kitchen
He accepted that with no problems at all
our stay could not get better
The guy was such a dedicated person

I had problems to connect to the free wifi, after an hour of trial and error, i connected my cell phone but the connection only lasted 30 or 45 minutes. the laptop computer never connected.

next day breakfast was good, enough to choose from.

Hotel lobby was impressive. Breakfast was fantastic. Huge variety. Booked in at 4 pm and asked to make a reservation for dinner. Was told the restaurant was fully booked. However we were able to order room service. Not as nice but better than going hungry. Room (of course) was not as big as it looked on the internet and the first room we were given had people in it already! We stayed here as it was less expensive than staying at Titisee and not too far away. Couldn't get the internet to work even after taking the computer down to the front desk but we would stay here again.

A taste of 60s on Danube source

The hotel overlooks the Danube (or better the Brigach). Rooms are nice and rather large. Location is slightly outside the village, you have to cross the railway and the Danube (the second one being much easier to cross) to go \"downtown\". It is a totally oversized facility for the little town of Donauschingen, with some taste of Soviet style resort (large and empty spaces). The hotel looked apparently desert, but very nice inside. The personnel was not very good, I wanted a room on the Danube and the lady made some passive resistance to give it to me (claiming the existance of noise of the road !) but then I got what I wanted. I asked for information about the town (how to visit the source of Danube) and I was addressed to an empty desk full of brochures ... well this also fits the soviet style ... Anyway it's difficult to get lost in the town so ... In conclusion the place was nice, good breakfast, large spaces, cheap price ... what more ?

Fantastic staff, good food, free parking and Internet. What can you want more?
One side of the hotel faces local rail tracks - it didn't bother me at all (not so loud and small traffic) but if you are especially sensitive and sleep with windows open, you may want to ask them for the room on the opposite side, should be perfectly quite and the air is nice from all the nature surrounding the place.

We had to pay tourist tax as an extra by checking out. Hotels.com say on the site; included tax, we complained, to no avail. This was the first time so far in our 6 week trip, this shows in my opinion a negative side of the hotel-management. We have paid now 2 times the tourist tax. For this reason the overall rating is 2.

It is unfortunate but the hotel did not meet my expectations. I found some of the staff unfriendly and unprofessional. However, the food in the hotel was excellent. The decor was tired, the rooms not well cleaned or maintained for a hotel of this standard. Overall a disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

Hotel was prima voor onderweg. Sfeer in hotel is donker en daardoor grimmig. Parkeerterrein is erg smal en donker. Geen diner mogelijkheden. Kamer prima, maar als je met drie personen bent dan moet er wel voor drie handdoeken zijn. Helaas was dat niet zo. Personeel is vriendelijk, ontbijt is goed.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und Schönheitsreparaturen werden gespart. Der große Lobbybereich mit den Koi-Teichen und dem Frühstücksbereich zeugt von früherer Größe.

Das azimmer war sauber und mit originellen Stoff-Hirschköpfen dekoriert. Den Kühlschrank und das TV-Gerät musste man erst einstecken. Der kleine Balkon hatte nur einen Gitterboden auf dem sich abgebröckelter Putz gesammelt hat. Die Fenster kann man nur bedingt öffnen, weil sich davor Spinnennetzte spannen.

Da der Preis für drei Betten aber günstig war, wie auch Parken und das Frühstück, und die Lage zur Innenstadt sehr gut ist, ist es ein gutes Hotelangebot, wenn man nicht so genau hinschaut und nicht zu viel erwartet.

Das Internet war sehr schlecht. Ich hatte einen Blick auf die Gebäude im dritten Stock und es war sehr deprimierend. In den Ecken des Zimmers waren Spinnweben zu sehen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Unser Zimmer war groß und schön gestaltet. Außerdem haben wir gut geschlafen, da das Bett bequem war. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Zwar nur für eine Nacht gebucht fielen einige Dinge auf :
- Parkhaus mit sehr engen Auf- und Abfahrten, die mit einem Zafira nur mit \"kurbeln\" ohne Kollateralschaden nutzbar waren
- Haus, insbesondere Flure und Aufzug schon arg verlebt
- Zimmer ausreichend groß, bedauerlicherweise nicht abdunkelbar
- \"Aussicht\" vor allem auf das Dach des Hauses
- Bettwäsche leider schadhaft und teilweise fleckig und mit Anhaftungen versehen
- Matratzen sehr weich und leider Ursache für Rückenschmerzen
- Waschbecken mit Oberflächenschäden im Bereich des Ausfluß sowie Biofilmbildung im Überlauf
- Frühstück \"überschaubar\" in Menge und Qualität, Tür zur Küche und einem Lager-Nebenraum standen durchgängig offen, Personal bemüht

War schon des öfteren dort und muss diesmal eine schlechtere Bewertung abgegeben, da einiges anderst ist. Mir kommt es so vor, als wären es neue Besitzer.
Im Fitnessbereich müsste mal die Gerätschaften überprüft werden.
Irgendwie, kam es mir so vor, als wären die Mitarbeiter nicht sehr glücklich. Nun mal warten wie mein nächster Besuch dort ausfällt.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war mehr wie schlecht. Die Einrichtung ist total veraltet. Museumswürdig. Mit Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Keine Klimaanlage. Sehr schmutzige Teppiche und Lampen. Einzig die Empfangshalle mit Frühstück und dem Personal war ganz ok aber keineswegs für den Preis angemessen.

Werden nicht wiederkommen !

obwohl 4 Einzelzimmer bestellt u. bezahlt , wurden uns nur 3 angeboten (angeblich sonst alles voll) . Für 2 Personen gab es nur 1 gr. Handtuch , die nur auf Drängen bereitgestellte 2. Zimmerkarte war defekt ! In einer Badewanne noch Haare vom Vorgänger , reklamierter nicht funktionierender Fernseher wurde nicht \"repariert\" . An Rezeption war niemand befugt , das zuviel bezahlte Zimmer auszugleichen !!

Bett (Die Matratze war hin und man hat die Federkerne auf der Liegefläche gespürt, daher schlecht geschlafen), Zimmer roch muffig, Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Parkhaus (unglaublich schmale Auffahrten, so dass auch bei normalgrossen Autos (Peugeot 304) und bei Autofahrern mit vielen Jahren Erfahrung Schäden vorprogrammiert sind - uns ist zum Glück nichts passiert)

Ein schöner Osteraufenthalt,
Nur wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof. Man muss sich nur die Takte einprägen und schon steht, dank der Kundus-Karte der gesamte Schwarzwald offen.
Einziges Manko. Am Ostersonntag gab es nur ein Buffet zum Abend - dabei hatte ich mich den ganzen Tag schon auf ein Schnitzel eingestellt ...

Attraktives Hotel

Die Hotellobby ist sehr einladend. Sie geht direkt in das Restaurant ueber und das ist um mehrere Fischteiche und Wasserspiele angelegt. Insgesamt sehr attraktiv und angenehm zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Die Restaurantkarte ist etwas klein aber alle Speisen sind sehr gut. Die Hotelzimmer sind geraeumig und sauber, koennten vielleicht ein update vertragen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin oefter in der Gegend des Wyndham Garden und werde gerne auch wieder hier wohnen.

Wij liepen de marathon in Bräunlingen op zondag 14 october, dit hotel was dichtbij.
Goed hotel, echter geen rekening houdende met alle aanwezige lopers door het ontbijt op zondag morgen niet eerder te openen (pas om 07:30) en helaas zaterdag avond slechte bediening bij de bar (een of andere interne ruzie)

Theoretisch wäre es ein hübsches Hotel, aber sehr renovationsbedürftig. Das Personal, vor allem beim Frühstücksservice war unfreundlich und unorganisiert.
Unser bereits genutzter Frühstückstisch, wurde erst auch Nachfrage hin abgeräumt, aber obwohl man Kaffee nicht am Buffet bekam, wurden wir dabei nicht gefragt, ob wir Kaffee möchten. Im angerichteten Frühstücksbuffet waren Haare zu finden und die Melone war angeschimmelt!!

Verloren glorie in een achterbuurt

Bij check in was het personeel zeer grof en ik kreeg eerst de gereserveerde familiekamer niet, want we waren maar 2 personen.
Prijs kwaliteit is alles behalve evenredig. Alles is verouderd en tapijten vuil, gaten in de lakens en geen airco ( ik dacht nochtans met deze filter gewerkt te hebben...
‘S morgens en ‘s avonds lopen er voor het hotel landlopers die je aanklampen. De kamer werd niet goed gepoetst, er zaten grote spinnen rustig in hun web... etc

Toll gelegenes Hotel

Super nettes personal und ein hoch auf den Koch mein Mann hat eine laktose und gluten Intoleranz und es wurde alles extra für ihn zubereitet ohne das wir das ständig erinnern mussten super kellner/innen personal sehr qualifiziert und das essen war toll.

ファミリールームのエキストラベッドが床に直接マットをひくタイプで、子どもが落ちる心配なく安心して眠れました。新しい部屋ではありませんでしたが広さも充分でした。朝ごはんのバイキングもチーズやジャムの種類も多くおいしかったです。ロビーの池に子どもたちは喜んでいました。

チェックインの時の記入カードがドイツ語でその時の対応スタッフもドイツ語での対応でした。

Die Zimmer sind groß und gut. Ein No Go in dieser Preisklasse, eine Dusche mit Vorhang oder in anderen Zimmer eine Badewanne. Negativ keine Getränke im Fitnessraum.

Can't receive wifi on the bed.

Can't receive wifi on the bed but it is great on the sofa and Lobby. When you take a shower the water suddenly cold for 10 second then remain normal and then suddenly hot for 10 second. You need to take a fast shower in this hotel. The house keeper (who is a lady) didn't knock my room door and open my door in the morning after my breakfast before the check out time 45 mins when she see me then she just close my door without a word. You need to put your baggage behind the door at night to prevent the staff open your door without knocking. The view is nice and the location is great, too!

Zimmer waren mit Spinnweben versehen, auch Haupteingang von außen...trotz dezentem Hinweis an Rezeption keine Abhilfe
im Badezimmer lagen Haare auf dem Boden-schwarz, nicht zu übersehen

HP gebucht, Frühstück wirklich in Ordnung, Abendessen KATASTROPHE !!!
01.03. Rindsroulade, sehr zäh,
02.03. Schwinefilet und Spätzle beides kalt und Schweinefilet total verbrannt !!! Der freundliche Kellner bat mehrmals um Entschuldigung und wir bekamen das Glas Saftschorle und das 1/4 Glas Rotwein umsonst.
Der Gipfel...beim check out wurde uns die Gästekarte/Konuscard überreicht womit man öffentliche Busse und Bahnen umsonst benutzen kann...u diesem Zeitpunkt kurz vor Abreise hatte wir zu zweit schon 31 € für Ausflüge mit Bus und Bahn ausgegeben
