Keeping in mind that this is a guest house and not a 5 star Hilton - this place was very nice. The owners and staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the dinners were fantastic - I ate there 3 times in the evening. The internet was not blazing fast, but it was sufficient. If I am in that area again, I would definitely stay there.

Hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes of the autobahn. It is a typical gasthof in the country right next to a frequently used street. Breakfast was substandard and started at 7:00 am which might be to late for the business traveler.

Unser Familien-Zimmer (1Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten) im 2.Stock mit Dachschrägung wirkte auf mich persönlich einengend, ebenso das WC mit Waschbecken und Duschecke.

Vi var tre personer som kun var ute etter et sted å overnatte underveis til Italia. Lett tilgjengelig fra motorveien. Ankom midt på natten, men ble møtt av en serviceminded resepsjonist. Tre gode senger. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Litt lytt fra andre rom. Lite trafikkstøy.

Vi ankom lidt sent, og de ventede os med et smil. Fint værelse med godt bad/toilet og nogle gode senge. Vi var ikke inde i Altenstadt så ingen bedømmelse på området. Skulle have en overnatning på vej til Garda søen og er helt klart et sted vi vil bruge igen næste gang det går sydover.

Vi hade meddelat att vi kom sent (ca 21:45), dock fanns det ingen vilja att fixa en smörgås eller liknande till barnen. Det fanns inte heller någon vilja eller intresse att ge oss andra alternativ i byn som eventuellt var öppna, detta fick vi gå ut och leta upp själva.
Intresset att hjälpa och service orientering var lika med noll vilket är uselt om man driver ett hotell.

Ligger på kort avstånd från motorvägen, lätt att hitta. Passar bra som engångsövernattning när man befinner sig på genomresa. Dock hade rummet inte ac och det var 33 grader varmt...vilket innebar att vi fick ha helöppna fönster, och trafiken utanför var tidvis störande. Bodde i ett familjerum för 4. Helt ok, förutom hårda sängar. Frukost helt ok. Wi-fi ingick enligt info men funkade inte. Litet samhälle, dock med bra bensinmack mittemot hotellet, och livsmedelsaffärer på avstånd.
