Rooms need an update , to be 5 start , employees are great and friendly . Need have more fun activities , place is too quiet . Adults pool ? Nice view but bored all day . It should said quiet Zone adults. Resort had I Beautiful view and very respectful staff. Beautiful island , I definitely love to go back but not sure to same resort .

I am so so impressed with this resort. We are a family of 4 and had the most memorable holiday. The resort responded to my questions very quickly (prior to arriving). Check in was flawless (loved the welcome gifts). Room was as described and daily cleaned. Plenty of staff to give every guest attention. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful. The kids loved the daily family activities. Natadola beach was pristine and you can snorkel just Infront of the hotel. We missed out on buffet last day but Loved the breakfast boxes and coffee delivered to our room. Also loved the staff singing to us at breakfast!!

Beautiful resort with even more beautiful staff. The rooms are spacious, the family and kids pool is a great size that it doesn’t feel crowded. The beach is wonderful for a swim. The food on offer at all onsite restaurants are delicious. Definitely recommended and looking forward to returning.

The staff were incredible- so friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean. The beach is stunning. It is an extremely child friendly hotel with lots of activities for them.

The food was OK and the rooms slightly dated. We didn’t have the best room as it faced a walkway and people could see right into the room, and we heard people walking past early morning.

We stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday with our two kids and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and nothing was ever a problem. The resort is beautiful, the pool days were perfect, and the kids’ activities and entertainment were fantastic. I also had a 3-hour spa experience which was next level and the perfect birthday treat. Even with a bit of dreary weather, our stay was still spectacular. A wonderful place for a relaxing family holiday.

It was a mixed bag. Fiji has a natural tranquil beauty on its own and the hotel helped to showcase some of that. It’s a beautiful, walkable hotel. On arrival we were enthusiastically greeted and presented with welcome beads/necklaces. Booked a garden room with 2 double beds. The room was spacious. The beds took some getting used to as they were quite firm. Mosquitoes were a bit of an issue- the hotel provided some repellent but I advise visitors to have some more on hand. The room amenities were okay. The hotel had activities you could participate in and the pools were all nice. The spa service was very good- a highlight of the trip.
The staff were hit or miss. Some were excellent and some unfortunately were not. Sadly, being greeted constantly with a cheerful “bula” can’t make up for poor service. The food was also the luck of the draw. A pity because we had high hopes for delicious curries and seafood. However the breakfast at Navo was good.
It would have been an excellent trip but for some inconsistencies.

Honestly, it’s okay. It doesn’t give you that Fiji postcard experience. The property itself is gorgeous (but remember, it’s also Fiji so a gas station can also be gorgeous).
We were super disappointed in the food / restaurant experience from every restaurant and meal. Extremely slow service (45 minutes to get complimentary bread), subpar food at very normal prices, and for being such a well known brand they could step up the overall cleanliness and experience of each restaurant.
We truly left very ready and eager to leave which is disappointing (no one wants to feel that way on holiday). It has the bones to be better but not the execution.

Amazing resort! The room was always clean due to Mary, our housekeeping lady. She was attentive, kind sweet, caring and did an amazing job leaving our room super. Lean. The staff at restaurants, bars, landscapers, pool maintenance, etc. we’re so friendly, welcoming, attentive, amazing warm attitude. The staff was impressive. The amenities where incredible. The restaurants(specially Sera at Sana Sana breakfast restaurant was incredible)bars, pools, beach area, snorkeling area were very clean, in great condition and super accessible. I am not one to stay at the same resort twice but I will definitely stay here again. Overall EXCELLENT.

Amazing stay: beautiful resort, gracious incredibly friendly hosts, lots of things to do. We really enjoyed staying at the Club and getting access to its secluded environment with breakfast, high tea, and a dedicated pool. Water sports was another highlight, boogie boarding, kayaking, snorkeling.
The Navo fine dining restaurant was great, the Kama lounge had great special events every night and decent food as well. Only the Sanasana restaurant was a miss for us: overpriced for what is a somewhat mediocre buffet.

The resort had fabulous buffet breakfast every morning and 3 bars with live music every evening. Sunsets, Bures, spectacular swimming pools (including adults only pool)
Transfers booked by the hotel were spot on.

The entire resort is kept in pristine condition by a very proud Fijian staff. There is a friendly capable staff member to look after your every need. Rooms are spacious and kept very cool , clean and freshened in every way every day. If you are poolside there is a waiter at your call, and the food is of a very high standard or lie all day in a beach side thatch roofed cabana, overlooking the pristine clear
ocean catering for every water enthusiast.

Incredible location. Beautiful view from our room. The food was delicious - we tried all the restaurants and they were all amazing. Our room was immaculate - well service when we needed it to be and everything was of a high standard. The staff are second to none - attentive, polite and so friendly. They really make your stay special. We enjoyed the amenities on offer and appreciated all the activities that were organised for guests.

Everything worked out well and our experience exceeded our expectations. The resort was wonderfully clean and well organised. The staff were always courteous and attentive without being overbearing. We’ve stayed here more than five times over the past ten years, and it has never disappointed. The location is beautiful, the people are genuinely warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently excellent. There’s always plenty to do, whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking to unwind.

One of the highlights for us every visit is the breakfast buffet. The variety is impressive, especially the fresh fruit and local Fijian dishes. Coffee and eggs are made to order, always quick and done right, which makes mornings feel relaxed instead of rushed.

Overall, this is one of those places you come to truly switch off. Great food, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The staff were accommodating whenever needed and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was stunning. The beachfront bungalows were a real highlight, amazing if you were lucky enough to secure one and complimentary as well.

One small area for improvement would be around the pool, where cleaning up used towels and food could sometimes be a little slow. We also noticed that while there are some very nice pool towels available, there didn’t always seem to be enough of them, and the alternatives were thinner and not quite the same quality.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a place we would happily return to.

The staff is amazing. Sera at Sanasana was literally the best. We had family join us for breakfast unexpectedly and she moved us to a table to accommodate the group no problem. Housekeeping was outstanding. The staff worked together so well and were polite and efficient. The resort property is well maintained and extremely safe and quiet and of course beautiful. We were so comfortable and felt well cared for. The pool was clean towels readily available. Poolside service was quick and accurate. There are 3 unique restaurants on the property. We stayed for 7 days and never had a bad meal. Every night the resort had entertainment that was awseome. Very well run would stay there again.

What a wonderful holiday. Greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff, which carried on through our stay.” - nothing was too much. The beach was amazing, right on the doorstep of the resort, great for swimming and so warm and clean. Booked the Lounge option, which gave us great extras and beautiful views from the top of the hill (sunsets were amazing). Will definitely return.
