Perfection a little out of town

From the welcome, to the massages, to the pool, to the departure, everything was great. This property is a short drive away from Lamai which has a number of bars and restaurants but less crazy than Chaweng. Being out of the way a little bit meant that it felt more relaxed and the upkeep of the property was up there with the best. Breakfast to the room each morning and a daily massage to make you feel totally relaxed. I highly recommend

First time in Koh Samui and it certainly won’t be our last after spending time at this top villa. We stayed in the junior suite and woke up to beautiful sea views each morning. The staff were very kind and prompt in handling our requests. The inclusive massages were amazing!!

Everything about this property was fantastic . From the moment we walked in to be greeted by happy friendly staff to seeing our room or should I say a magnificent white style Mediterranean villa . Over looking the sea and views of the pool . The interior is very clean and modern and well maintained . The gardens were looked after immaculately everyday . It was like our own little oasis. We spent 7 days here and ate in the restaurant everyday either for lunch or dinner . The day menu is very well priced and lots of locals love coming here which shows the outstanding quality of the food they served . My favourite was the noodle soup with chicken .It was just so flavoursome . We had high tea as well a few times and being able to have a variety of loose leaved teas served in a teapot . Served with scones or for a little more cakes presented on China high tea stands. It was such a treat and nothing like I have had in Thailand before . The dinners were also well presented and the Aussie steak served up with green curry sauce was exactly to my liking as we were served around the pool with great wines to accompany our meals. Loved our time here it was just perfect .

Great stay, lovely food and beautiful views from ocean panoramic room. Great soa services too and helpful staff.
Mini bar - only contains water and 2 bottles of sprite. Not so much of a 'free minibar' as most hotels provide water.
Hot tub is not jetted.

Wonderful choice for a relaxing time

I have no idea why some reviews state that this is run down unless it has been renovated since because the grounds, rooms, and facilities were impeccable. The service was great as well. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, including the owner. Breakfast was included and delivered to our room in the morning at the time of our choosing. It also included a free spa service. We both had massages which were great. They offer facials, Thai massages, and relaxation massages.

The restaurant serves a minimal but delicious menu as well as cocktails. The hotel was relaxing, quiet, and offered beautiful views.

The area is a bit out of the city but has a few shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. We had no problem getting a GrabTaxi when we needed one.

I would highly recommend with one suggestion - stop using plastic straws in the restaurant. The local area and beach (not in front of the hotel but further down) is extremely polluted and plastic only adds to that problem. We brought metal straws but either way plastic should be done away with. Otherwise, five stars!

Quaint place, facilities need an update

This was our first time on Koh Samui. We enjoyed our stay here but found the overall experience average.

There is no real reception area so we stood awkwardly next to the bar until someone greeted us. We were given some nice slushies on arrival and taken to our room on the second story (no one to carry bags, which was no issue for us but something to consider)

We weren't told how to order breakfast or to book in complimentary spa treatments, FYI this is in the bar, the spa sessions fill up quickly so if you don't get in early you may not be able to do this daily.

We changed to 3 different rooms on our 4 night stay, the first was an upgrade, much appreciated as the room was quite loud next to the road. The second because the airconditioner broke and noone could fix it. We experienced 3 different rooms and noticed consistantly that they could do with some TLC. Paint and varnish was peeling, all the airconditioners left a damp musty smell, tiles cracked, sinks appeared to be blocked, blinds rusting. Again this is not a HUGE issue, just a little average.

Staff were friendly but some struggled with English, asking for them to call a tour company or restaurant was difficult. If you ask them to get you a taxi they will call a friend, cars were nice but expensive. Better to hail one on the street.

Location was out of the way, fine if you have a scooter, expensive in taxis.

Breakfast each day was really lovely and arrived promptly. Spa treaments (when we got them) were great!

Beautiful boutique hotel on the beach

Wow, where to begin. This is a really beautiful small boutique hotel situated around a stunning pool right on the beach with the most amazing view. They have a small spa room here and you get a massage or a complimentary spa treatment each day. The staff are so lovely and helpful not to mention the owner Nokie, this charming lady was incredible, so kind, she dropped us into lamai in her car and also offered to take us to lunch at a waterfall around the other side of the island which was stunning. She also arranged for her chef to give me a Thai cookery lesson, I prepared the food during the afternoon and then the staff served it to us on our veranda in the evening. It was magical. You can hire scooters from the bakery across the road and make this your ideal base to explore the island. I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent hotel & services but not much to do.

This hotel is suitable for honeymooners and newly weds.The hotel staff are courteous. Nice and quiet ambiance.The balcony attached to the room is very beautiful and you can see the sun rise from your balcony. The sea is quite far from the shore & not suitable for swimming. Spa is very good. Nice pool. The Jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise and quite relaxing. There isn't much to do and no nice restaurants around the hotel. Can get very boring. We had to book taxis to go to the happening places in Koh Samui and to have dinner but the taxi fares are exorbitant. Breakfast is served in the bedroom and you can order anything that is there on the menu. I was expecting a buffet breakfast so was a little disappointed. The owner of the hotel is a lovely lady and gave us good tips on where to go, what to do and what to eat. The wifi connection was erratic and we didn't have wifi for one & a half days.The restaurant at the hotel is pretty expensive and some days the chef doesn't show up at all. They had complimentary drinks which was wonderful.

Old and run down

Horrible breakfast-miss out my breakfast on second day, when i went to the cafe and ask, the staff showing face and blame that is my fault. When serving the breakfast, show a very unhappy face with only half our my order.
Villa look rundown without maintenance, booked for 180 degree view room package but when check in was not the room as i booked.
I saw a snake outside my room balcony during afternoon of my first stay, i dare not to open my door access to the balcony and use the bathtub.
Staff not passing message of my transport pick-up time, the driver angry with me and going to kill me on the way to airport (keep speeding up like he is not sending me to airport and wish to sending me to hell. I told myself if i die on the road, my spirit will stick to him till he die). Please don't book your transport pick-up or day tour with TOUR EAST (T.E.T) LTD unless you would like to die on the road.
The lady boss and the front office staffs are nice, this is the only things that i feel impress.

Amazing romantic hotel close to the beach

It was wonderful! I really recommend this place if you go to Kho Samui. The hotel has only 9 rooms it means it's very peaceful place and the service is more personalised than a bigger hotel. So, to be clear the service was perfect and I wanted to thanks again the team being really attentive to special requests (vegan,...). Also the view is unbelievable. It's absolute paradise.

Villa Nalinnadda was an absolute paradise! We spent 4 days there for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The setting is fantastic, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the staff was first rate. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and this property. The owner was attentive to detail, staff put so much effort into making our stay one to remember and I would not hesitate to go back!

We really enjoyed the service and hospitality. The facilitated an early checking and early checkout. Not only that, they made sure that we were given packed breakfast before we left at 4:30 am to catch an early flight.
Daily complementary massage sessions were great.
The owner/manager went out of the way to make us comfortable.
We would go back just for milion dollar views in the morning.

Lovely setting right on the beach.

Staff were very helpful and made sure we really enjoyed our stay. Any request was dealt with promptly - be it extra mugs and glasses for the room, or helping us decide which excursions to take and organising the bookings for us.

Nalinnadda is a small boutique villa, with 8 different sized bedrooms, each with enormous floor to ceiling windows on 2 (and sometimes 3) sides of each bedroom. The while villas, the beautifully manicured green lawns and the blue sky, pool and sea made for a wonderful and relaxing setting.

honeymoon stopover

My husband and I stayed here for one night as a stop off on our way to Ko Tao. It was further away from the airport and ferry than we had anticipated from the map (about an hour driving), but the hotel were happy to arrange transfers for 900baht. We arrived before check in time so our room wasn't ready, but instead we were greeted with a cool drink, somewhere to leave our bags and get changed, a dip in the pool and an hour long massage. We were very well looked after, but also given a lot of privacy. We stayed in the beach front collection room. There is no access to the beach but the pool, and the views, are amazing. We could hear the road noise, as it's a tiny place, but it was still very relaxing. This is the perfect spot for people who don't like to get out and about much, as there isn't much around.

Romantic Villa Filled with Mosquitoes

Keen on escaping the hustle and bustle of our daily city life, we chose to stay in this quiet neighbourhood in Samui. And after seeing Chaweng and Lamai, we were really glad we made this choice. The setting within the villa is as beautiful as photos online suggest, and the service is highly commendable. We stayed in the beachfront house. Whilst the beach is not the most beautiful, it does provide for a most stunning view at sunrise if one wakes up early enough to catch it. The only downside is that the bathroom has openings above the shower and bath area, making access to the room very easy for mosquitoes. So closing the bathroom door is a must after every visit, and we had to be on battle mode when we entered the bathroom in the mornings.

Nice place for relax but abit disppointed..

There are 3 of us for this Koh Samui Trip. We were very disappointed when we just reached the villa as we were informed that we have to pay additional THB1,000 per night (total paid for the stay = THB2,000 for 2 nights) for the additional 1 person as we were being told that the maximum occupancy for their room is 2 people. We were very surprised and shocked as we have booked for 3 people and I thought it should already included the costs for 3 people. Hotel staff did mention about there are some term or conditions or additional charges note shown if above 2 people when we book but we did not aware and never see such or maybe we have overlooked? After the discussion and argument, we did pay the additional and the hotel did compensate us by upgrading our room type and given 1 time spa only for the additional person as our booking came with unlimited spa. Not to spoil our holiday mood, we accepted and it is a nice place to relax and chill~~~
The lunch set (only have 3 sets) in the villa (open from 10am to 3pm only) is very nice and worth to try it. the noodles (dry or soup)are superb and the price is not very expensive (around ~THB80 per bowl).
In overall, the stay is pleasant except the additional charge incident.

Amazing experience

The hotel is very nice and the staff is just exceptional. We had stayed here in November and the climate was very good we especially enjoyed it because of the view from the Hotel room. The manager(Hikia) of the hotel was most helpful and gave us some good suggestions. We stayed at this hotel during my wife's birthday and the owner of the hotel Nokie was just awesome as she had cooked a vegetarian meal for us which was great as we had a romantic dinner by the beach which was very well arranged and the overall experience was just out of the world. I would definitely visit Thailand only so I could visit this hotel again.
Only Downside is that the hotel is away from the Lamai and Chaweng Beach but we had hired a car so this was not a problem.

Nice food, good presentation and taste.

One suggestion (for 180 degree seaview):

Room wasn't ready when I arrived in late afternoon, but enjoyed complimentary drink and massage by the water. Breakfast delivered to room in AM. Would book here again. Decent value for <$100 USD

We stayed for 4 nights in two different rooms. The \"Beachfront Collection\" room is relatively nice-separate structure, closet to beach, furthest from loud road (for a small island community), and in best condition (but far from perfect). The other rooms are significantly worse-need remodel, ever-present sound of road, strange bathrooms (e.g. Shower on outside balcony in view of several rooms). Overall, this place should have been remodeled 5-10 years ago. The staff try hard to please, but are disorganized. The location is 2-3 km from the main area of Lamai (for better and worse). This is a decent value for $80-$100 USD, but there are probably better options on Ko Samui at comparable prices.

The staff was amazing!

Everyone was very helpful, accommodating and eager to please. i would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to everyone who is willing to drive a few extra miles from the airport (about 40km). On our last evening at the hotel we had a very romantic dinner, thanks to the staff, who set up a special table with candles and put on some nice jazz to accompany the lovely and delicious food prepared by their chef. The idea was to celebrate my birthday and spend some quality time together. Needless to say, it was perfect!

Var ikke mulig å skjerme innsyn fra utendørs badekar, så her blir man lott blottlagt. Ikke samme fasiliteter og utvalg (roomservice) som på større resort.

Eine traumhafte Zeit auf Koh Samui

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schön gestalteten Hotel war einfach super. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Nach einem herzlichen Empfang wurden wir über alle Annehmlichkeiten ausführlich informiert (hierzu gehörten das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer als auch das inklusive SPA).

Das Hotel liegt an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt unterhalb von Lamai und bietet dazu noch einen schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird alla Card am Vortag bestellt und zur Wunschzeit direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch das Personal im SPA Bereich, welche uns umsorgt und verwöhnt haben.

Wir waren insgesamt vier Tage dort und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

dejligt og meget afslappende ophold med meget flot udsigt og fantastisk dejlig mad.
Flot udsigt fra sengen, hvis du vælger Beach front.

Maden kan nydes fra egen terrasse, men personalet er ikke så god til at fjerne tallerkner igen.
Massage er godt, men koster ca. 5 gange så meget som andre steder.

Tips og tricks til hotellet:
Billigere massage
Lanterner langs vandet for at gøre det mere romantisk / hyggeligt
Massage brikse tættere på vandet, så du kan høre bølgerne.

三泊しましたが、色々な点で、客の方が我慢する場面が
何度かあって、小さなホテルの悪い部分を目の当たりに…

タイの英語しか通じないので、
普通の日本の方にはハードル高いです。

テレビは何度消しても一日中勝手についてる…
ローカルのテレビも見れなければ、ネットフリックスやAmazonプライムが見れると言われるけど、設定は難しく…現地で契約してないと無理な様です。

お湯を沸かすケトルは部屋にもロビーにもなく、レストランで頼むとポットで120バーツ取られました。
タイのホテルで、5000円以上払ってケトルなしは、私の経験では、ないかと。

8時前だと朝食が用意できないとの事で
水とサンドイッチを持たせてくれるのですが…
紅茶など温かいものが欲しいとお願いすると、スタッフ間で言い合いが始まり…
無理ならケトルを貸してくださいと言うと、
じゃあ、出発の10分前にレストランに来てここで飲んでと言われ… 当日行くと、他のスタッフには伝わっていない…みたいなやりとりに　うんざりしました。
これは、リゾートではなーい！！！

リピートは確実にないです。

他の方が書いていたコメントは、？？でした。スタッフが変わったのかな？？

インテリアは凄く素敵なホテルでした。
本当に小さなホテルで、ビーチも泳げない。
1日そこで過ごす事は、無理かと…

目の前の道路の交通量が多いため常に車の音が聞こえる。
宿泊時はホテルの一棟が工事中だったため騒音がひどかった。
(これは事前に教えてくれるべきかと)
施設自体や眺望、スタッフには大満足です。
二泊三日で3度もスパを受けられました。

Fantastisk hotell!

Supert hotell! Nokie og Martin (og alle de ansatte) var utrolig serviceminded og bistod med alt det måtte være. Frokosten var fantastisk, det samme var lunsj og middag. Banoffee kaken MÅ prøves, det samme må pork ribs. Saltvannsbassenget som nylig er renovert ga et deilig avbrekk fra varmen når behovet var der. Vi bodde her i 5 netter som en del av vår bryllupsreise. Tusen takk for et strålende opphold, vi kunne ikke drømt om en bedre plass å være på bryllupsreisen vår! :)

Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Morgens wurde einem das Frühstück auf das Zimmer gebracht und man konnte mit blick auf das Meer sein Frühstück genießen. Zudem war in dem Preis eine tägliche Spa Behandlung inklusive. Also ideal um einfach mal abzuschalten! Das Personal war top. Sie haben sich viel Mühe gegeben einem den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Neben der Freundlichkeit konnten sie vor allem mit ihrem Engagement punkten. Das war seid langem der beste Urlaub mit dem besten Service ! Danke an das Team!

Les photos sont un peu datées Et les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation. Mais l'accueil est extraordinaire. Préférez les chambres en RDC car vous serez au bord de mer donc loin du bruit de la rue qui est vraiment à côté. Hotel idéal si vous aimez les petites structures. Restez dîner un soir vous ne serez pas déçu.

L avis d un couple disant qu après avoir fait le tour de la île il regrettait de n avoir pas connu la établissement plus tôt m à poussé à y aller et je confirme : quel beau séjour.
- confortable
- jaccuzi fonctionnel
- propreté
- massage inclus
- petit déjeuner servi dans notre chambre
- le niveau culinaire est haut

Situé dans un secteur calme de la île loin des touristes du bruit de la aéroport.

Seul bémol plage non pratiquable mais à quelques mètres en scooter ou tuk tuk Cristal Bay.

Ein kleines, aber sehr schönes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und sind stets auf Wünsche eingegangen. Der Service entschädigt für die etwas abgelegene Lage. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist das hoteleigene Spa.

Deilig og rolig hotel

Vi hadde en flott opplevelse her. deilig rom med flott utsikt. hotell personale er så utrolig søte og hjelpsomme. Maten på hotellet er noe av det beste vi fikk på hele reisen. Nett var veldig bra og nye air conditions som hjalp veldig hvis det ble litt for varmt. lite hotell med få rom som gjør at du blir tatt veldig godt vare på og føler deg hjemme.

Imødekommende og venligt personale.
Morgenmad på værelset hver dag og gratis massage.
Hvis man er til afslapning, så er stedet lige dig - eneste minus er den lidt larmende vej foran hotellet, men rammerne, servicen og personalet opvejer dette.

Odotuksia huonompi!

4 tähden ja 100 e hintaiseksi ei vastannut odotuksia. Iso ja valoisa huone. Ei remonttia nähnyt pitkään aikaa. Suihkusta tuli ainoastaan kylmää vettä.sanoin eka päivänä siitä mutta eivät saaneet sitä kuntoo.

View from rooms and the pool are great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms and facilities are getting old but still comfortable. Great breakfast and spa are also included. However the hot water supply for shower was very unstable and water pressure was low. There is no dedicated parking area that you need to park at road side just in front of the villa entrance.

サムイは、車代が高いので事前レンタカー予約をお勧めします。
島は、１時間で1周しますがのんびり色々行くには車は必需品と思います。
部屋のベランダにジャグジーがシャワーが外でカーテンのみでした。

Bra men lite besviken

Hotellet var ett mycket trevligt hotell.
Personalen var mycket trevlig.
Ägarinnan och en person till i personalen var mycket duktiga på Engelska vilket gjorde att kommunikationen var enkel.
Frukosten var superbra och att det ingick 1 massagetimme varje dag var en mycket trevlig överraskning, då det inte framgick vid bokningen.

Ett minus var att hotellet blev överbokat och jag blev tillfrågad om att byta hotell för 1 natt dock där Villa Nalinnadda stod för allt. Jag ställde upp och flyttade.
När jag sedan kom tillbaka dagen efter så hade dom flyttat mig till ett annat rum.
Rummet i sig var helt okej, men jag personligen anser väl kanske inte att man gör så mot en kund som trots allt ställde upp för dom.

ホテル写真に一目惚れし3泊しましたがイメージ写真の通りどの角度をとっても絵になるホテルでした。
ホテル前屋台のスペアリブ煮込みとチキン煮込みは絶品で部屋のテラスに運んでくれます。滞在客以外のお客さんも多く食べに来ていました。
難を言うと、泊まった一階の部屋はシャワーとトイレが向かい合っていてこれに仕切りがないので水しぶきが床に飛び散ってしまうこと。
朝食はテラスまで運んでくれますが8時時点ですでに日差しが強く屋根はあっても影がなく外で食べるには辛いのでビーチパラソルが別で置いてあればよかったこと。
このぐらいです。
朝食はオーダー式で前日18時から用紙がレストランに置いてあるので丸をつけて出しますがパンがとても美味しく驚きました。
タイには何度も来てますがパンはイマイチなのにここのクロワッサンとクロックムッシュがすごく良かったです。
バイクをレンタルすればラマイビーチまで遠くないし日曜日のマーケットはローカルフードも多く金曜日のフィッシャーマンズビレッジマーケットより断然こちらがお薦めです。
是非ともまた泊まりたいホテルでした。

Todo lindo!!! El desayuno es medio justo. Estaria bueno que los jugos sean naturales. El masaje bien salvo que la que me los hacía a mi estaba enferma así que se iba cada dos minutos a toser 5!!!

小而美的民宿飯店,服務人員非常的貼心,早餐很好吃~另外隨房附送的spa,好舒服，每次都做到睡著!!!

像家的民宿

在蘇梅島待了4間飯店
這間像民宿不像飯店
泳池及海景非常美
我們外出回來時還準備了蠟燭與花瓣
令人非常驚喜與貼心
早餐送到房內非常好吃
按摩也舒適但只有1小時
可惜房內設施已多斑駁老舊冷氣聲大
除此之外沒別的缺點了
整體來說以這價錢覺得偏稍高了些

beach not suitable for swim
only had few villa , its feel like private area ..no loudly and much traveler here ,it good for relax ,they don't have toothbrush and toothpaste in bathroom ,villa area was small ,the few of villa just around the swimming pool
