Notre chambre était impeccable, avec un très grand lit, de la place pour poser nos bagages, une grande salle de bains, un petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix et un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. The room was very clean, and the check-in staff were very good. Unfortunately, I tried for over 2 hours to order some food through the room service and restaurant, and no one picked up. Also, I was told the taxi would be 40 and he charged me 55 when I had seen that they had a shuttle on the website.

We stayed in a room overlooking the lake. Our Deluxe room had two balconies with lake views in two directions. The room had a large double bed with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was large, with lots of vanity items provided. Breakfast buffet provided a great variety. The staff were attentive and Mehdi in particular looked after the needs of customers with great charm and efficiency. The food was varied and fresh with a mix of local and international foods. The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, between the bustle of the city centre and the more touristy sites of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. We went out each night for an evening meal, with many options available within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel qui a connu de beaux jours. Beau hall d'accueil, belle vue sur le lac. Chambre vieillotte, literie assez molle, moquette partout, salle, réfrigérateur bruyant, salle de bain ok mais problème de chasse d'eau et évacuation douche. Pas de pression d'eau. Pdj décevant.

Very clean and excellent service. The only disappointment was, the pool was closed. They said the heater wasn't working. I specifically booked the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had an indoor pool so I could swim. The spa was excellent and I had an amazing massage from Yasmine. I would stay again but hopefully they get the pool heater fixed.

Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre était assez ancienne, avec un rideau qui tombait et une plomberie de salle de bain pleine de calcaire.
Des produits cosmétiques (gel douche, savon, shampooing) sans aucune odeur… alors qu’ils ont un SPA Nuxe, dommage.

De plus, aucun ménage n’a été effectué dans la chambre pendant deux jours, et j’ai dû demander moi-même des serviettes.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très décevant, avec un choix limité, presque ridicule pour un établissement de ce standing, avec des serveurs occupés dans leurs téléphone ou papoter entre eux.

Pour un tarif de 120 € la nuit (environ 380 Dinars), le rapport qualité-prix est clairement insuffisant.

Point positif le personnel serviable et gentil.

It’s cheap for a reason.
It is dated and has few facilities. It’s under construction. We paid for the deluxe room and asked for a room away from the construction and she said of course, and room is really beautiful. It wa sliterally the closest to the construction site, obstructing the view and with liud noises. Also looked really old and smelled tweeible of cigarretes. We got changed to another one same category and in hetter state. You have to wonder why they give guests the worst rooms being so empty.

This was such a nice hotel to stay in. I was here my first 3 days in tunisia. Then, I decided to stay the last 2 days just because it is such a nice quiet, clean hotel where I know I am getting a nice rest. First impressions, the building is clean, classy decor, and entrance security. I felt safe. Then, the reception desk staff are very polite and kind. The room I paid for had beautiful views of the tunis lake, room was so clean with a table, nice leather chair, and the balcony had nice seating. The bed was so comfortable that my partner and I slept so well.

The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, as stayed before flight, had lunch and dinner(and breakfast), at lunch the lamb saddle was quite small and very tough. At dinner, the tagliata de beef was quite different from same dish someone else had ordered at lunch, at lunch served with nice salad and veggies, at dinner 3 tiny pieces of beef well over flavored with common complete seasoning, no salad and oily veggies…Need better cook. And another thing: advertised bar serves no alcohol, and people smoke indoors…

We stayed there for a week. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit old and run down. I particularly disliked the high and slippery bath tub. The whole room is crying loud for a refurbishment.
The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the lake and witnessing gorgeous and divine sunrises and sunsets.
Food was tasty and the service impeccable. The chef made us feel at home , asking for our input every day at breakfast.
I'll stay there again without hesitation.

A hotel with some how old design furniture but very clean. It has a nice view and sitting area on LAC. if you looking to restart your system 🙂 this is the right place. Breakfast was with very good taste. One thing i did not satisfied with is the room service. They are really bad in .response.

Staff are nice enough. Welcoming and all that. But I paid more to stay here than I paid to stay in the four seasons the night before. Only stayed here due to location. Should have stayed at the four seasons. Feels like a run down hotel. Tiny rooms and absolutely terrible pillows. Noisy outside so can’t leave the window open. Ac didn’t seem to turn on. Room was hot. I won’t be staying here again.

Very nice place with extremely good level of service. Location is pleasant and very calm.

To be noted that no alcohol (beer, wine...) is available anywhere in the hotel due to local regulation for this particular location in town (lake area).

I strongly recommend this place for a short stay in Tunis.

We came and checked in in the Hotel with my sister in the room there was one complemintary bottle of water we although the reservation made for 2 persons but that was neglected and we asked the person from the House keeping to provide water she said ok but never came back ;
the corridors were very hot no Air conditioning which gives frustrating feeling while walking to the room .

A nice hotel overall, with some things to improve on. The interior is a little dated, including the rooms.

Check in process was a bit disappointing as the booking system was apparently not working so many guests were left to wait in reception for a long time rather than being manually checked in which I’m sure would have been possible.

The shower water temperature in my room was not steady and would go from hot to cold and hot again!

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and I would probably return again.
