Overall, my wife and I had a great experience at TIA. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but we cannot blame that on the resort. We had fantastic spa services. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with our stay. We ordered a grab into Danang, which was extremely affordable and got us to our destinations quickly. Our highlight would have been the breakfast buffet in the morning. Extremely healthy and endless options for the both of us. We have been travelling in other parts of Vietnam currently and wish we were back at the quietness of TIA.

The rooms are incredible, and the resort is picture perfect. 2 nice pools, sunbeds on the beach, state of the art gym but the best part is the daily 80-minute massage/wellness treatments. Wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience at TIA Wellness Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed friendly, warm, and always ready to help us with ANYTHING. It’s rare to come across service that feels this natural and kind.

The resort itself is beautiful. The design is calming and modern, but not cold it has this perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Every space, from the rooms to the spa areas and even the gardens, felt carefully thought out and truly peaceful.

What really stood out to me was how the whole place seems centered around well-being, not just as a concept but in the little details too. The food was delicious and always fresh, the wellness treatments were some of the best I’ve had, and even just walking around the property felt grounding. Couldn’t get enough of the aesthetics.

It’s the kind of place that stays with you after you leave. I felt recharged in a way I didn’t expect, and we plan on coming back every year.

Every aspect of TIA Wellness Report is fantastic. One of my favourite hotels on my travels around the world. The staff are amazing. So friendly and happy to help with any request big or small. The spa setup and services are unbelievable given that your treatments are included in the room price. For those wondering whether you will be offered low quality treatments, rest assured that these are the same treatments that you would pay a lot for in most hotels.

The rooms were nice and spacious. I liked that it wasn’t a high-rise hotel. The restaurant, like their breakfast buffet and dinners were good and the staff was excellent. The spa service was good and staff was accommodating.

The only service issue we encountered was the all day breakfast dining area near the pool. It was a beautiful location near the pool. We wanted to eat off of their breakfast menu, 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We were very rudely asked by a male server “You didn’t eat breakfast this morning?” But in a very angry tone. Felt irritated, but let it go since everywhere else the service was good. On our last night, it happened again. A different male server asked the same thing in the same angry tone. Then, they later informed us that there would be a charge. We didn’t care about the charge, just the attitude. Don’t advertise it as an all day breakfast if they are going to be angry serving it.

Wow! We were so impressed by TIA Wellness Resort and would return again in a heartbeat. The staff were excellent and paid complete attention to us and our requirements. We just loved our treatment inclusions with the room, my partner and I had a massage and foot treatment each in a couples therapy room with two extremely skilled therapists. The therapists were just of outstanding standard and dealt with the problem areas we each had in our backs fantastically. The food at the resort can't go without mention as it was also outstanding. Everything was conscious so if we had burgers (which we did) all the info was clear about content and the food was prepared and delivered in a healthy way and not laden with unnecessary fats but still outstandingly tasty. There are health conscious treats and minibar options in your room that are awesome as well. The robes, towels and all amenities are top class and the villa was lovely with the best toilet facilities we've ever used lol

Tia Wellness Resort is a gem. We hope to return some day!
Quiet, relaxing, great food, beautiful beach, pools, spa and daily massage, private pool with suite, smaller place with hospitality and care from all staff was amazing. short taxi rides to street markets, the DaNang beach area, Hoi An for quaint cafes and restaurants and souvenir market shopping, etc. Many new hotels being constructed nearby but we did not hear the noise- beach in front of other/ new construction ( a walk down beach) had construction trash, but near Tia was clean and pristine . Loved our time here !

There is a large common pool on the ocean and beach is walking distance. Complimentary spa is also relaxing. The therapists are well-trained. I totally recommend to stay with them.

Fusion Maia was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly clean, trendy, and beautifully designed with an amazing pool and beach setup. The rooms felt super private -- each with their own pool and yard -- and the inclusion of spa treatments was a fantastic touch. We found the staff was SUPER helpful and accommodating (especially Chloe!). The food at both restaurants was fantastic and very fairly priced -- we ended up not leaving the property and ate all our meals there. One note was that while we were at the hotel, there was somewhat noisy construction at the property next door.

though the staff are friendly the overall facility seems outdated and lacking small touch ups. notably the furnishing in the guest rooms. bath tub in the rooms took nearly an hour to fill and could not be as enjoyed.
staff were kind but comparing with the price the service received was mediocre.

We booked this villa as a celebration of our friendship anniversary. We were greeted warmly by the manager and our fasionista Ms. Thuy Tran. She surpirsed us with a handmade card and several items which made our trip much meaningful. At the spa, Ms. Du, was espeically kind and helpful to help with our booking. I can not say anything negative about this place. My friends has such a wonderful time and we are sure this will be our place to celebrate next year.

Good to be back staff very friendly and put in every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Bit underwhelmed by the Asian buffet on the Saturday night as ran out of choice too early for those of without children who booked a later dinner. Bits of the location starting to tire too - broken loungers one example. They cope with the huge development next door as best they can too but it also has an impact on relaxation. Notwithstanding enjoyed our stay, had some great treatments at the spa and would return.

The room was great., beautiful and sophisticated with a private pool. Welcome cookies and fruits are prepaired. The quality of shampoo & conditioner was not good. If you have long hair, I would recommend you to bring your own treatment. We could enjoy many types of spa massages twice a day. I love smoothie bowl at the beach cafe for breakfast.
Unfortunately, some staffs were not so friendly and the operations of front desk and spa reception were not smooth in comparison with the service level of Japan. But totally I’m satisfied with my stay and would like to stay Fusion Maia again.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, from going for yoga lessons, having 2 guaranteed spa treatments daily, private movie screening and the awesome breakfast selection. We only left the resort once for dinner during our 3d2n stay.

Only downside is the big construction next door which disturbed the peace and tranquility at times. Understood from the hotel staff that the construction is slated to be completed in 2020.

We will be back when the construction is completed :)

A couple of negatives were construction noise from a new resort being built next door, and an occasional (quite) bad smell which would waft over when in our villa's pool.

Overall though, one of the better places I've stayed :-)

The service staff only smile to caucasians, and display of what my husband termed as ‘poker face’ to us. Not sure if we got a super cheap deal at hotel.com, no drink was served at the warm reception area. I guess the attraction of this place is for the spa included, but the quality is that if the roadside spa centers. Although they put ‘guaranteed 2 treatments’ they only gave us one short treatment and one Long one for the first day as there is ‘not enough slot’. Room was ok but not fantastic, rather dirty and the Housekeeping was quite messy. Came to fold our wet towels instead of changing them? Resort was in the middle of nowhere and restaurant served bland and expensive food. Think there is a manager who goes around trying to make small talks w us and improve the standard, more has to be done for the general staff.

Incredible stay! I don't think the all-inclusive spa was prevalent enough when booking. I found after the fact, but you get 2 spa treatments a day and the spa is superb. The resort is gorgeous, each room has its own secluded pool. Big bonus was the resort never felt crowded. This resort has limited rooms so the amenities like the beach/pool/restaurants are never packed. Can't recommend Fusion Maia enough. The staff is also exceptional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and well looked after. Our room was perfect, and the private pool was a real bonus. The bath and bed are huge. We did hear the construction noise from the next door hotel at times but it definitely wasn't bad enough to ruin the experience and you barely notice it after a while.

The beach is beautifully clean and the treatments at the spa were excellent. They are all included so, whilst you get to book two in advance, some days, we were able to book a third and were never charged. There is also a beautiful pool at the Spa with a waterfall which is a great place to hang out throughout the day. The transfer in to Hoi An is about half an hour but is very comfortable.

The most important thing that made our holiday special however, was the staff. We had an utterly charming \"fusionista\", Rick, who took care of our every need and checked in with us every morning at breakfast. All of the staff tried their best to make our stay perfect, including ensuring that my girlfriend's food was personally checked to make sure nothing she was allergic to was included.

Overall, I'd 100% recommend Fusion Maia for a luxurious spa break.

a very nice hotel, but unfortunately one of the biggest construction is right next to the villas, which mean you face construction noise more or less 24/7.
the next 12months or so , nobody should go to this hotel. Even worse they try to hide this construction, it is not visible (on the time of our booking) on their website and hotel.com hides it under policy.

Don't be fooled by the spa treatment included.

Extremely poor English, staff smile and nod then forgets your requests as they have no clue to what you have requested for.

Spa is limited to 100mins per day, and must do 2 different treatments, which is annoying and in real time they only do 30 mins for each treatment which is way too short. Also as treatment is factored into the price. The quality of the service is not so good as the therapist do not expect to be tipped.

Also, they do not allow you to book the treatments more than 1 day in advanced. So when you do the bookings most of the popular treatments are full.

The hardware of the hotel is good. However, for this price I would stay elsewhere and get proper spa treatments.

Great value for money, very spacious villas with private plunge pool. Friendly service, ok spa treatments that were included in the price. Da Nang has an issue in managing tourism as along the whole beach hotels and resorts are built and being built and there is a lot of plastic on the beaches. Also the sea water quality is poor compared to most resorts. So very nice resort but Da Nang needs to manage and control tourism to get visitors to return.

We booked the spa as a 40th birthday gift for my wife. When we arrived, even when we booked in advance, we were told that only one session is available. In the following days, we were told that we could only book two sessions and then only after we have completed the two booked sessions, could we book more. But in the following two days, when we were trying to book more, we were told that no space available. It was not until we spoke to some other guests did we find out that actually some guests were allowed to book three sessions. We guessed it was because they paid more. However, we raised this issue to the management becaus when we bought the holiday package, it says unlimited spa. If there are different options (2 or 3 sessions), we should have been told. This is cheating.

Breakfast is very good, have a variety of choices of food, coffee and drink. Spa is included, but service is just average, not really relaxing. Room is nice, but cannot watch TV when seating on the sofa as the TV is located between the bed and bedroom.

Beautiful spacious rooms with nice private pool. However the hotel is extremely expensive compared to other similar properties in Vietnam. The buffet dinner was 70 USD per person which is absolutely crazy and not worth the money! Also the service was very slow, we had to call someone to get our table cleared between each course... Drinks were also very expensive. Overall I would not recommend this hotel

Amazing stay and experience overall!

It had been a while since I had a getaway and Fusion Maia Danang offered me a perfect one! Smooth checking-in. Well-prepared and spacious room was certainly satisfying. Main pool and the beach in front of the pool were breath-taking. Every staff was friendly and always there to help guests out. Especially, when my boyfriend felt sick, a nurse at the hotel was very attentive and caring. I really appreciated that. On top of that, massagers at the hotel were all awesome! Every component of Fusion Maia Danang made my vacation very relaxing and unforgettable. I would definitely visit Fusion Maia Danang and other locations where Fusion Maia chain is located!

Fusion Maia -- thumbs up.

Met all expectations but expectations are quite high for such a price and place. Overall, worth the money only booking spa appointments and preferences was somewhat problematic. They often ran out of slots or specialists. The food was also quite good but the menu selection is a bit limited. The service overall from everyone from the bartender to the receptionist to the housekeeping staff was excellent -- attentive and very efficient. Good training. Went in April and the water was too cold for the beach, but little plunge pool was nice. Take your significant other, not the kids!

Staff meet standard but not that of a five star resort. Food and beverage lack of variety, standard above average. Massage difficult to book.

Hotel facilities are all good. Spa can be taken as comprimentary. I wanted to take more massage at spa. This trip was in busy season, then it was almost full booked for spa.

Perfect resort but one thing ruin the whole

All facilities and services are excellent, really appreciate that. However we had a bad experience in the first night that the hot water was not working and water power was not great and we had to wait for some time before getting fixed and we had to give up the hot bathing that night as it was very late already. This critical item ruined our honeymoon trip there despite all other things are perfect.

I filled out their query why I chose Fusion Maia and returned the e-mail 2 weeks before check-in.
As I have been working in Vietnam for several months, I wanted to cheer myself up on my anniversary in Fusion Maia.
My choice was right. I was fully satisfied with this hotel except one thing.
When I came back from dinner at restaurant with feeling of fulness,
a pice of birthday cake was prepared in my room.
No one mentioned my birthday at my check-in nor at dinner restaurant.
I disappointed very much about their reaction.
I felt as if I would have received things with no heart.
Only I wanted from the professional staffs called Fusionist and Fusionista was some words to cheer me up.

Spa treatment isn't exactly as they advertised

Fusion Maia is a beautiful resort and came highly recommended by my friends who stayed previously. It offers free yoga classes, free wine tasting, free shuttle transfer to/from the Hoi An Old Town & the best part is that it offers \"unlimited\" spa treatments on first come first serve basis. We were a group of 7 ladies and we rented the villa. Everything was great and we loved the accommodation immediately. We were also very excited about the spa treatments and wanted to see what more we could book in addition to the 2 we reserved in advance since it was a big selling point for us when booking this hotel. When we arrived at the spa, we were greeted with unpleasant attitudes at the booking desks. They insisted that we could not book more services until they have a better idea later in the day. when asking to change from the initial booking, they also insisted that there were no changes. We felt cheated by the spa offer as it's not easy to get anything more than 2 bookings and the price we paid for the villa (i.e. USD $1,600/night) could have afforded us much more and better services at other resorts.

After unnecessary lengthy communications, they offered 30-min head & foot massage for some of us, & the rest received a 30-min foot massage. For next morning, they also finally confirmed booking of 2 more sessions of services per person (i.e. mani/pedi, facial,etc).

It was consensus... cust service needs improvement and we will not return again.

1st impressions are not favourable with 3-4 star hotel lobby. minimum of 2 Spa sessions included per day. All villas have small private pool. Buffet breakfast included.
