Excellent room with lots of space and very clean.
Easy check in and all staff were polite and efficient and we ate in the restaurant and had a very good meal at a very reasonable price.
I can recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again especially as it is only 5 minute drive to the Terminal

The folks here treat you like a king and queen. I loved my breakfast where they make what you request!! Very close to airport. A 45 min - 1 hour drive from hotel to Gateway of India and cruise port. So glad I chose this hotel from so many options. Cake shop nearby if you crave a sweet snack, but not much else.

Fantastic hotel near Mumbai airport with great dining and transportation options. This hotel helped my mom that missed her flight a few months ago in a last-minute booking. Really appreciated that. Booked again for our vacation. Great experience. Some feedback: Room 220 has has a window next to the bathtub that leaks into the main sleeping area. Could have used a few more power outlets or a USB outlet or two. In-hotel dining was delicious. Keep up the great work and service.

It a great value hotel for overnight stay at Mumbai airport
Despite the low price, the hotel was in better shape than I expected.
The manager received us and addressed us personally through out check in
The bell Porter (I forgot the name) who helped us with our luggage was prompt, friendly and professional. Turned up the next day to collect the luggage at the time requested by us during check in.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the night of stay which was good.
I just had two minor issues

We were given just one room key card. Apparently it’s hotel policy. So in the night I left my wife in the room to visit friends and when I turned up at 1 am requesting to be let in the room, the man at the check in gave me a second key card. Bizzare

Hotel Valet arranged a large airport taxi due to size of our luggage @Rs850/- unfortunately all my luggage did not fit so I ordered a similar OLA that arrived promptly for @Rs 186/- to T2 Mumbai

All in all, I will recommend this hotel for overnight stay as the staff is pleasant, ‘no’ is never an answer and everyone goes out of their way to help the customers. Plus it’s 5 mins drive to T2

From the moment you walk through the entrance everyone is there to help you. From the bellhops, to the manager their service is exemplary. The free breakfast is wonderful and varied. They have welcome cookies and flavored water in the main lobby. Just the thing after the drive from the airport. We had laundry done and it was perfect. Clean, folded without wrinkles and fresh.

We stayed at the Mirage while travelling to and from Mumbai - the proximity to the airport, the large rooms, good service and a very decent breakfast - all combined into a perfect choice to get to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and would stay here again

Quiet elegance. Titus the night manager was charming and pleasant and welcomed us. We were extremely tired getting through customs and to the Airport hotel and finally The helpful staff just got to it. Titus explained everything and were all set. Lobby was simple spacious and elegant. The Hallways were serene and quiet. The room was simply zen. Basics teakettle bottle water. Shower water pressure was very goon and off to be we went. This was an oasis after Mumbai airport. Tomorrow After free breakfast we’re back to airport and to Udaipur.

Our stay at The Mirage was fantastic! Everything from the front desk staff to the room was commendable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we had the pleasure of meeting being served by Heera at the restaurant, Harjot and the day staff at the front desk, Ravindra, and Rakesh who took us on a great tour of the city! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff upgraded our room and it was such a pleasant surprise. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they served different dishes everyday. Even the lunch and dinner menus are good, with fair pricing. Our 5 day stay at The Mirage was excellent!

Great and handy stay near the airport

Big room, comfy bed, decent selection on the TV and wifi was good (was on business, so all the attributes I wouldn't normally review!) and it had a bath, which seems an increasingly rare find in a hotel. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful - able to organise transportation to the airport and very proactive in returning my forgotten passport after checking in!

My check in experience was very embarrassing due to unprofessional behaviour of a member of staff at the front desk.

The reflection room are spacious, housekeeping was good and breakfast was nice with good variety of hot and cold foods.buffet lunch ad dinner was also great with alot of different dishes. Disappointed!

I have been staying in the hotel for a night or two for last 7 years but sad to say that I had an awful experience this time. The room cleanliness and maintanence is really in bad shape.

Hotel has deteriorated over the years.

Very disappointed with the current state of the hotel, having stayed there previously over the past 10 years. The lobby and restaurant give a false impression as you walk into the hotel. The rooms were in a poor state and appear to have been neglected over the years. The windows and curtains were filthy. They claim to be rated as 4 star, however the rooms would suggest that it should be rated as 3 star. The hotel claims to have 24 hours room service, however they only provided a very limited choice from menu.

Near Airport

Staff were very good. Room was OK. However room was field with mosquitos. Need to reach out to the desk and they brought something to control the mosquitos. It took almost 4 hours just before leaving the hotel.

Not far from Airport

Well I stayed for very short period because of my incoming and outgoing flight. Hotel staff were good. Could not see the total view and hotel ambience. Was a bit surprised when I did not see any dental brush.

Excellent place close to airport

this was the first time I stayed at the Mirage and I found it a surprisingly pleasant experience. Nice sized room, comfortable and clean. The buffet dinner was very good, with enough choices and although not as extensive as other hotels it was priced very reasonable and well worth it.

HOTEL NEAR TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Its very difficult to find Hotels like Mirage Hotel in India. The hotels are either too far from airports or too expensive.I hd travelled to Kolkata and Delhi but most of the Hotel that I had stayed are dusty and rooms are too old.Anyway Mirage Hotel is the best stay for me in India.

We stayed here while visiting Mumbai. Food great.

Food was delicious staff very helpful. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it but it is near airport. We plan to stay there when we return in January.

OK for a sleeping stop off

We needed an airport hotel for our transfer from London to Goa. The hotel seems to have high standards and was good for a sleep for a few hours. Breakfast was disappointing for a westerner. Not much edible on offer. A toaster which only had one side working; no fresh fruit, coffee was instant only and the pre-prepared coffee urn had milk and sugar already offered. No fresh juices. Limited hot options. Staff not very smiley. We had asked for 2 beds; told we had been \"upgraded\" but staff had to make up a sofa bed for one of the beds which took 10 minutes. So despite being a \"suite\" with a dirty fridge and a random chocolate bar with all of the rest of the mini bar missing, it wasn't necessarily an upgrade from what we could see. Good enough for a sleep when transiting the airport but a rough area outside and quite a few 'niggles' which would probably prevent us from staying there again if ever we needed to transit again.

Great position

I always stay at this fabulous boutique hotel close to the airport. The service and staff are wonderful, the rooms are nicely furnished clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. I always get hotel pick up from the airport and there is never any problem which I am very grateful for as I am usually a solo female traveller.

The internet was agonizingly slow.
When I asked for a late checkout at 8pm I was charged for half a day - OK I guess, But then told I had to be out by 7pm or it would be a full day. - For the sake of one hour I found this uneccessary.
