Pathetic

It was pathetic. Not even 1 star kind of hotel. Even Lodges and Dharamshalas are better. When I reached for check in I realized that I made mistake and I told the receptionist to show me the Room. It was so congested. Cockroaches were seen. Dirty bedsheet and Pillow. IO cancelled the booking, since I had chosen to pay at Hotel.

This is my sincere request to hotels.com to please have an honest audit before you enlist such hotels. I have 3 bad experiences now.
Do not try yo compete with Oyo. You need to maintain standard.
Your loyal customers may shift to some other platform.

5mins from the International Airport but the rooms are very dirty, not good at all for a tourist! The area is very noisy and not convenient for everyone!

Cheap near airport stay.

I booked this hotel for overnight in between flights as it was a reasonable price and closer to the airport. The neighbourhood is a very busy market area and main road below the metro. The room booked was a deluxe king. The room was small, the bed maybe a queen size, one of the pillows was unusable and there were no towels, this was fixed by the hotel. The room was infested with mosquitos and it took some time to kill them all, the hotel provided and electric insecticide device. There was an old light blanket with cigarette holes for a bed cover. The room was not well cleaned. The air conditioner worked and was not noisy and the hot water heater worked :-). There was decent food and chai nearby. It suited our needs but would not recommend.

Unclean Shady Hotel...Did not feel safe

As soon as we entered, we were told that we had to pay extra for AC room. In Mumbai, every hotel room is by default an AC room. This was a scam. The rooms were not clean and the bathroom condition was pathetic. There was no privacy as there was a window above the door and it could not be closed. The overall vibe of the hotel was shady and I could not keep my wife alone in the hotel. It looked very unsafe. The hotel was filled with bad smell. There was no sanitizer or room freshener. We did not even stay there for an hour. We checked out within an hour and had to book another hotel which had room implying an AC room. Pathetic experience of Hotel Plante Plaza and even Hotels.com.

Bit dirty and worned out hotel

The hotel photos looked fine on the apps but upon check in, the bedsheets did not look cleaned since a long time, the room was somehow cleaned but not spotless (old fixtures) and there were lots of mosquitoes even though there was a repellent machine.
Budget hotel in a very busy and loud sometimes district of Mumbai

Unsafe hotel with rude management.

Management was unkind. The staff would continuously stare every time I would leave the room. Twice I found a staff member sitting outside my room. On the last night, without being informed, we were locked out after returning late. Upon entering the room, I discovered someone had showered inside my shower. I would not recommend this for a comfortable or safe stay.

transferred to another hotel of the same \"branch\"

Arriving at midnight after a long long ride I was transferred to another hotel. No explanation why! Staff was very unfriendly and rude. They wanted me to pay before even seen this new hotel. They told me it's a hotel of the same branch. It was called Cosmo and was not far away from the hotel that I've booked.
My comments refer to that hotel!
They helped me to get a taxi Rikscha, but asked very pushy for a tip.

A Terrible Experience in a terrible environment

I booked the room as almost in advance with Expedia. I checked in at noon. They said that the room they reserved for me is in repair and they have the room for me in an other hotel. The other hotel -named Apex was a place that I wouldn't choose and therefore I don't blame the people at Apex Hotel. I felt insulted by the Planet Plaza Hotel receptionist and by the people at Expedia

Bad smell in the hotel and the room, the room and the bathroom is too small not suitable for humans،I could not stand the filth of the hotel 30 minutes , I made the check-out after the check-in in 30 minuets

On arrival I was transferred to another Hotel

I did not get to stay as I was immediately transferred to the Cosmo Budget Hotel without being asked if that was ok. On arrival at the Cosmo I was very surprised at the area surrounding. As they could see I was not happy they quickly showed me a room. It was clean but small. I was a bit uncertain about the area to start with and it was very difficult to be picked up in a car, no room and hard to find. However as I got used to the area I enjoyed my stay. 4 nights

It is not a hotel at all, expedia pl. don't misled

It is a terrible place, not a hotel at all. Something like a small trading place, made as \"so called\" hotel. It is near a shanty, and you will hear all shanty noises. Don't ever think of it, even it is offered for free!

Pathetic hotel. Don't get fooled by the fancy pics. The hotel is in a shady area surrounded by shanties. Hopelessly insecure area. Stay at a lodge...but not here.

very small hotel its like a store not a hotel and i trust Expedia and book this hotel but was very bad experience as Expedia i don`t know how they link kind of this hotel. very bad experience there was not place for breakfast in the hotel you order your breakfast and they will bring to your room so you can imagine how small hotel would be.

First of all I was not given accommodation in the booked hotel, ( planet plaza)put me in hotel cosmos,not given advance information,on the way to hotel was told by the driver I will be going to different hotel due to electricity problems, when asked to cancel said, could not do it,hotel room full of dust on glasses and water jug, overall very bad experience, not worth.

good for short stay

hotel is difficult to find. You really have to look for Mukund Hospital since the hotel is right opposite to the hospital. Very close to Leela hotel. The hotel stay was good. My room has AC doublebed. The bathroom was clean too. OK to use this hotel for short layover at a budget price. We arrived late night around midnight and ordered food through hotel staff and the food was really good.

not recommended at all

we have booked this hotel for one night arriving noon time to Mumbai domestic airport and flying the next day from the international airport. As it says on the Hotel.com page, these hotels supposed to provide shuttles between the hotel and the airports. We have contacted the hotel front desk to arrange the shuttle from and to the air ports but there were no shuttles! They even ripped as off arranging a car taking us to the international airport for 400 rupees (3 min drive). Also, the hot water in the showers could only be used as “hot bucket”

Hotel rooms are very small, and also its location is not good. Not a single taxi driver knows about this Hotel, From front it looks like a small restrauant. Bed sheets of room is in bad condition, asked to House keeping staff to change it and his answer was 'These are clean bed sheets, and rest are in worse condition'

Very close to international airport

The hotel is clean and well presented. The room is very small and felt claustrophobic, which then caused the smell from the bathroom to drift into the room.
We had an airport transfer included but we needed an extra one which was greatly overcharged at INR 500. Outside the hotel people were offering a transfer for 200

A good budget hotel

We were shocked to see the entrance of the hotel as it was on a busy road crammed next to small shops.the exterior of the hotel had fooled us, the interiors were comforting and I really liked the room. It was clean, comfortable with a good ac. Can't say much for the service. We weren't given our complimentary breakfast on the first day and the breakfast given to us on the second day was pathetic. The bread was stale and the omelette was thinner than paper. The hotel has good comfortable rooms but service doesn't get any praise.

Good for stay for a few hours before your flight

We spent there a few hours before our early flight.
Small room with no window with A/C. Did not hear the noise from very busy and crowded street.
Very small bathroom with small sink,bucket and shower in the wall straight on the floor.
Dirty towels, not toilet paper.

NOT FRIENDLY,I HAD A ARGUMENT FOR WHAT I HAVE BOOKED . AND I HAVE ASKED FOR THAT THEY STARTED ARGUING FOR THE ROOM.
I HAVE BOOKED THE HOTEL BECOUSE ITS NEAREST TO AIRPORT. BUT NEXT TIME I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK THIS HOTEL ,IF YOU DONT HAVE A MONEY THEN IT'S OK.ALSO BATH ROOM HAS A WATER DREEPS. NO TOILET ROOL THAT ONE ALSO I HAVE TO ASK;IT WAS BRACKFAST INCLUDED:- THEY PROVID ME 3 PIECES OF BUTER BREAD. ( FROM 1 SLICE OF BREAD THEY CUT 3 AND INE WAS MISSING.) SO OVER ROLL 3RD CLASS.

We had booked a deluxe room with king size bed through expedia but on arrival was told that the deluxe room is not available and that we had to settle with a room with 2 single beds. Where did the deluxe room with king size bed go that we paid for? Whom should we trust? the hotel or expedia? Rooms are very small.

located in marol pipelines,it was not very far away from the commercial shopping centers and malls, and transportation was also easily available. The staff were very polite and the room service was also prompt.

dont go by the flashy pictures

I had a short stay at this pathetic hotel..i would suggest pls dont go by the flashy pictures posted on the website. the hotel is pathetically located with worst staff. the rooms r not even average not worth paying even Rs. 1000/-.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone of my near and dear ones.

Nice hotel close to the airport

my parents stayed for a night and everything went smooth. they did not know hindi or marathi language so i was worried how things go. but they hotel staff were very nice and took care by calling my parents over phone for the airport pickup and made sure they were comfortable during the pickup and hotel stay.

Hotel is Okay to stay but is not what they have shown in the picture. Over priced. Someone looking to stay near the airport just for an overnight stay, may consider. Ideally suits single person or a couple. Certainly not suitable for family with Kids. Very compact rooms and really not much room to move around or keep excess luggage

A hotel for people with a budget in d in minds

first of all, I appreciated the fact that there was Airport pickup to Hotel and also complimentary breakfast...all in in a reasonable price package. The quality of room was average but it can be better, but free wifi was of great quality. It's location in andheri main road is helpful for you get ready transpiration and food. So, I am content with my stay at the hotel.

Does what it says on the tin

A very small hotel.... If you blink you might miss it!
A compact room which you would expect for a Bombay hotel in this price range.
Very clean, friendly staff, wake up call was on time,
Very close to the Airport, loads of eating options & bars very local.
Overall for 10 hours to kill in Bombay & on budget just right!

Short Stay in a budget hotel

This was short stay of one day. Hotel is close to international airport, rooms are small and it is a budget hotel for those who just want to stay to spend night only. Rooms are clean with good AC and comfortable. I couldn't find chairs for sitting arrangement in the room. Above all it fits to your pocket if your budget is limited.

Hotel is not suitable for stay who prefers hygiene

Manager as well as workers in the hotel are not trained and their communication skill in English and Hindi is very poor. Hotel is located in vegetable market and Surroundings are also not clean. Rooms are very congested. Hotel has no proper kitchen facility to provide foods to the customers.

DON'T STAY HERE
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty bed sheets. Noisy room.
Complimentary breakfast was a cup of tea and bread and butter, a total joke.
I know this is a budget place but you can get so much more for your money in Mumbai, just spend a few extra £ and move away from the airport a bit.

This is an excellent place to stay if you simply want a clean, comfortable place to stay near the Mumbai airport. The hotel and room were small, but pleasant and well appointed. Service was good, too. Ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight.
