I am celiac & didn’t ask for anything as brought my own bread for toast. Last visit in October on way to AZ, had a GF muffin given yo me by staff & was terribly sick. Didn’t chance it again. Usually stay there 2/x year.

Don’t stay here. Our room was unclean & smelt like pet urine & smoke. There was hair in the tub & bed, and just the whole property is in distressed condition with minimal upkeep. There were stains all over the couch & chair. The staff was friendly at check-in and then, they weren’t very kind about the unclean conditions, didn’t offer us other accommodations, so we left without staying. In full transparency, we were able to collect a refund after working hard to get it.

The bed was hard and furniture looked like second hand furniture as well as the dinning furniture. I don't understand how your can let the facility get so run down.

We were placed on the second floor of a building with no elevator which was a real challenge when we had to unload all our luggage. The building we were in was also separated from the main hotel building so going to get breakfast in the morning became too complicated and we just skipped it.

Problems with Expedia app when booking, first time said there was an error so rebooked a 2nd time with no problem. Approximately and hour later the first booking now confirmed and it to charged my credit card. I now have two 140 dollar payments to expedia, I called expedia there answer was they needed to talk to hotel to confirm they would allow one booking refund. Well they could not get in touch with hotel and 3 days later said since they were unable to get confirmation from hotel they could not refund. So if anyone uses Expedia I would recommend you revisit there policy, maybe like me you wont use them for further room booking. Also concerned why hotel never answered there request.

Check in is at 3:00 and at 3:25 we were told the room was not ready and it would be \"awhile.\" We asked how long awhile is and the desk clerk called housekeeping. Suddenly our room was ready. We waited over 15 minutes to check in and only one person was ahead of us and they were at the desk when we walking in. The lobby was packed with people waiting to check in by the time we finished at the desk. They need more help during peak check in times. The room was fine except they bought the dimmest lightbulbs ever. Breakfast was good. No one was at the front desk during check out. I did not want to leave the keys on the desk so I stood there. Finally someone emerged. I handed them the keys and said we were checking out. She just stood there looking at me. No receipt, no \"thanks for staying at La Quinta. Front desk couldn't care less about your business. There are other hotels in the area that are just as comfortable and cheaper.

First time visitors to this area. The hotel is a great place to stay while you explore the area. The grounds, facilities and room were clean. You could observe staff keeping the place clean. Competitively priced. Next to a large grocery store. It was busy but was still relatively quiet. Good free hot breakfast in the morning.

I booked 2 rooms a month before our stay , and when we arrived they didn’t have 2 rooms close together, and one was pet friendly, I love dogs but do not wish to sleep in a stinky pet friendly room, they offered one of us a room across the parking lot on the 2 floor which had no elevator, at 67 I was not wanting to haul our luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel was very dirty and run down. I would not recommend it. The breakfast had no meat!

We have stayed at this hotel often in the past. We choose it for the cleanliness, the atmosphere, safety and the full breakfast in the morning. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

My room was not to typical LaQuinta standards. The mattress was lumpy and had two distinct places where it was obvious that people had slept. Mattress should be in the dump. There floor was uneven. It was if they had put stuff under the carpet before it was laid. I couldn't figure out what they were. Going into the bathroom was particularly bumpy. This was a handicap room and someone with a cane or walker could trip on this hazard. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the TV remote had buttons that didn't work. I emailed the manager the next day and have had no response. Otherwise property was ok, but don't stay in room 108.

The exercise equipment was broken or squeaky and annoying to use due to the squeak. Tile in the bathroom was cracked and no water pressure in the shower. I also did pre check in with the promise that it would be quick - not so quick.

Two employees at front desk, one had no personality and looked mad that she was there -the other one was pleasant. No price match to internet pricing so I had to book online and then wait for booking to go thru. Property is in good location. Needs to brought up to La Quinta standards. Things are in need of repair - there are neglected fixes that are easy to remedy.
