Not worth at all. Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price.

The hotel's cleanliness was very good. It’s conveniently located near Metro Line 2, and the surroundings feature a safe local food street. The staff were all excellent, although the only drawback was the limited counter space in the bathroom

Nicely preseted hotel, great staff.
Room was a little too warm for me, there was no way of taking the tempertaure down a few degrees. Openingh the window made the heating kick in and room got hotter.

I enjoyed my stay st Four Points. Room is big, and the bed suits me. No malls around the area, but plenty of reataurants. E-mart supermarket is 5 mins walk away.

The bathroom was really dirty. There were lots of black mold everywhere. I think they had simply painted over old dirt and mold to try and make it look better but it still smelled of mold. Also, we had the room made up every day but the housecleaning team did not do a high quality job unfortunately.

Nice business Hotel

The rooms are clean and sound proof with nice beds. Hotel is located near to the Digital complex metro station, which makes the commuting to other parts of Seoul quite a breeze. The breakfast is nice with varieties. They have evening street food festivals on limited days of the week with music.

pros: pretty close to the subway station(5-10mins walk) and the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience stores , skin clinics and Emart in walking distance.
cons: you can't control the room temp, the laundromat facility only has one washer, one dryer but there's a coin laundromat near by and the gym is pretty small too.

Great Stay at a Decent Price

Very good stay at a good price in a lively location. We were away from the city center but accessible by Seoul Metro Green Line 2. Nice, clean facilities and amenities. Great staff (Dennis was especially helpful). The only thing was that the power went out. This happened briefly, but it was two days in a row with no explanation given. Also, the cleaning attendant forgot to re-stock our water on Day 2. These were super minor issues that did not spoil our stay. Would definitely stay again.

For the price, and especially at a chain like Sheraton, bathroom was dirty enough upon arrival to warrant the low grade. I only stayed here because I was covering baseball at the Gocheok Sky Dome, and this was the assigned hotel, but it wasnt really even particularly convenient for that and the area was not that central to many of the tourist sites. Would not recommend.

Check in process was smooth and I was thankful that they allowed me to check in earlier. Location was great too, about 5-10min walk to subway, a huge e-mart around the corner and plenty of food choices nearby. Room was tastefully done, space was comfortable and everyone in the hotel were friendly!

Mother in law's funeral was reason for trip. The hotel location made transportation to services and events easy commutes. The room and bath/shower was western modern and clean. Fresh sheets and towels daily. The front desk staff was very attentive in arranging taxis, being from USA my phone was worthless for calling rides. Uber does not work in Korea and Kakao cannot be used without a Korean phone number.
My daily time was spent with my Korean family, eating where and what they ate. I do like most all Korean foods. I did appreciate the hotel's breakfast buffet having a few western dishes to treat myself a few times.
This is a well functioning business hotel that made my trip easier.

You have all you can expect from a sheraton, but room service starts at 11am and finish at 20h30 . Be carefull that on Sundays there is no room service. If you are on quarantine... good luck. All the rest is ok.

The room was very nice, comfy and spacious. But.... You cannot adjust the temperature in the wintertime. heating is always on. I had to have a fully open window and it was below freezing point outside, yet my room was too hot. I asked other guests, they had the same problem. I asked the front desk and they said they could not help except giving me a fan.

I had a very comfortable stay — the bed and bedding were soft and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also convenient, with a Starbucks and a Dunkin’ just steps away. The only drawback was that the shower head was quite worn and the water pressure was weaker than expected, which made the shower experience less enjoyable. If these were improved, the stay would be close to perfect.

5시쯤 체크인을 했습니다.
프리미엄룸을 예약했지만 싱크대 및 인덕션 있는 룸으로 업그레이드 해주시더군요
하지만 조리도구는 물론 식기도 없고 정수기만 있는 작은 부엌이더라구요.
방에서 음식을 먹진 않아서 상관없었습니다만 싱크대가 있는 의미를 잘 이해하지 못했어요😅

조식은 그냥저냥 먹을만 했어요

한가지 불편했던 점은 outlet이 대부분 3구, 해외 플러그 기준이라 한국인인 저는 사용할수 없었어요
플러그를 꽂을수는 있었지만 제대로 꽂히지 않아 플러그가 휘거나 스파크가 튈까봐 사용하지않았어요
이 부분만 빼면 방 청결하고 충분히 넓고 좋았어요!!

모두 만족합니다. 다만 minor한 것은 묵었던 방에 화장실 세면대 수전이 고정이 안되서 움직이고 수압이 약합니다. 찬물 쪽으로 틀면 거의 쫄쫄쫄 엄청 약하게 나옵니다.
그리고 주차장저용 엘리베이터는 시원한데 객실용 엘리베이터는 엄청 덥습니다. 요새 같은 날씨에 숨이 막히네요.
