Everything here was great! Room cleaned good whenever needed - staff incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect stay at a great location.

Great service from people who bent over backwards to accommodate a disabled family member.

Great hotel, good value. Only 2 stops from SNU if visiting. Train station close by.

Very good location
I stayed for 3 night while visit my son in university. Closed to sillim Station and direct bus 6017 from incheon international airport. Very good
Eve
Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpful—would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T).

The room was incredibly nice and well cleaned/maintained. Bed was comfortable and the room had AC installed. The hotel has a good location by Sillim station (Line 2) with plenty of other bus routes nearby. Staff were professional and courteous. Overall, fantastic value.

The sound of the toilet dripping in the upstairs room was loud as if it could be heard right next to it. Soundproofing problem.

Everything was amazing. But a bit disappointed because there was no bathtub as publicized

A great find
This hotel was a real find. The room was huge & very clean. All the staff were so helpful. A light didn’t work but apart from that I could find no fault with it. The price too was very good

Loved the hotel
Had a great stay, the staff were nice, rooms were really comfortable, great location not far from 2 train station. My only complaint is that the breakfast is always the same. They need the change the menu a little bit. Love my stay overall

Decent hotel at reasonable price
The location of WD hotel is very convenient (Metro Line 2) but next to a busy road. Had seen many locals use the hotel instead of tourists. Breakfast choices were limited but good enough. Staff at reception speak well-enough English and are helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.
