Quiet, staff really don’t bother to check on you. Microwave in lobby, hot water kettle in room. Area is great for trying Korean cuisine, shopping and plenty of ATM’s around the area. Metro is also a block away. Very convenient if you know how to take the transportation here.

Mold around rim of bathtub. No \"room cleaning\" activation light. Cigarettes butt was found along window rim. Armchair cushion was so badly used that it was depressed in the middle.
Hot water for shower are readily available. Bed is comfortable along with their pillow and blanket. Staff are courteous as they greet me whenever i leave or returned back to hotel

I had a deluxe double bedroom and it came with a work desk that enabled me to use my laptop. Cleanliness of the accommodations in the room made my stay very pleasant. Included was free wifi, a bidet toilet system and large flatscreen with streaming services of Netlix, Disney+ and You Tube. Will use for future trips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel room was so dirty. I should have left when i saw the cockroach spray on the bathroom counter. First I only saw a few stains on the wall and in the bath tub so I stayed one night. But when I looked more carefully, there were stains on the towels, sheets, blanket, pillowcases and the headboard was disgusting. I paid for 4 nights but left after 2 because it was so dirty.

The area was nice and walkable the main problem was with the room itself. There was mold and dust, the window shutters were broken so if I tried to close them I’m pretty sure they would’ve fallen off the hinges, there was used toothpaste on the counter next to bug spray. This property was not at all what we paid for or expected. We asked for a refund and they refused to give us one so we left and booked a different hotel. Currently in the process of disputing the charges.

The rooms were the largest and cheapest in my search over 3 star hotels in Seoul in November (around 70USD per night). The staffs were calm and kind. Free water bottles and coffee available at front desk area. Close to large department stores like Time Square, Lotte Shinsegae.

The only concern was the environment that was very noisy and busy small market with lots of restaurants and bars especially on Friday and Saturday at nights. Inside hotel was quit and peaceful. It was a bit awkward that the airport shuttle driver I requested through the hotel wanted extra 10,000W at the end even though the front desk confirmed the price was 90,000W in cash when I made a reservation.

First time staying at this hotel, I love how spacious our room was, but I wish it was more cleaner. We asked to make up our room and we were expecting that the pillow cases and bed sheets will be changed (like other hotels I’ve stayed before), but they only took the garbage out and that was it. Also, the room was really dirty, I looked on the side of my bed and I saw dirty tissues and this was our first night, really dirty bed covers with molds on them, towels were really dirty, not sure if they were make up stains or something else, really dirty toilet bowl, looked like it was never cleaned before and the hotel was outdated and no free breakfast and laundry facility. Lacking in alot of things that guests will need for a good hotel. Location was really good tho and that was pretty much it.

We stayed there for 2 nights attending a wedding at The Patio Yeouido (about 15min walk from the hotel)
-- good location with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Yeongdeungpo station [Line 1)
-- a Lotte Department store on top of the station
-- if you enjoy walking / jogging, the Yeouido Park is not far
-- rooms are reasonably big but few amenities/services

Very cheap love motel. Dirty sheets(covered in men pubic and long women hairs) and pillows(obviously didn't change after previous guests, I had to ask to change it), shower rooms is all covered in mold. Towels all in holes and smell pee, I couldn't use it. One pillow was all in blood stains....

Decent choice for motel but not a hotel

It is not a hotel but a motel. Front desk people are friendly, and they have accommodating features. But the room feels a little scary for solo girl, and it smells like cigarettes. The name is misleading. But if you are looking for decent motel, this is a good choice.

Best hotel I have stayed at so far. The service was great and the room exceeded my expectations in every way. The only thing I didn't like is its location and even then it was still a 7 min walk from the train station so it's just a small comment more than a complaint. If you are on a budget and want a good hotel then I highly recommend this one!

Awful experience in many many ways

This was one of the worst hotel stays i have ever experienced. First the room they initially gave us had hair on the beds were made but obviously the sheets had not been changed. We requested another room which was dated sheets and towels were off white and used for years looked like. After the first day the housekeeper only gave us 1 towel after i told them there was 2 of us they gave us another towel at the front desk. The following day same thing only 1 towell. One day during my stay i needed an iron the rooms didnt have them so i asked for one they asked my room number said they would bring one up after about 45 mins i called they said they cant provide an iron at the moment because another customer had requested it so i assume they only have 1 iron for the entire hotel so i guess im on their time. Lastly after my 8 night stay at this hotel i asked if i could have a courtesy late checkout on my last day they sad sure but it will cost 10,000 won per hour past the 12:00 olclock check out time. I have never been charged for a late checkout especially after giving my buisness to them for over a week. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for whatever the occasion travel pleasure buisness etc. Also the rooms in the pics are nothing like the room i got they looked way bigger and they r not i guess that those rooms are hidden somewhere

The hotel room is alright but there are a few concerns. The hotel room had weak wifi. Their bathroom does not have good draining system and the flooded to the main room. The facilities ie the AC and the hairdryer are old and makes disturbing noises when you turn it on. There are no do not disturb signs in the room.

Great hotel with a lot of awesome amenities inside the room! The rooms are very nice and modern, pretty comfortable and quiet. The beds are a little stiff, but we had no problem with it. Walk outside the hotel and you are smack dab in the middle of the entertainment district, with the nearest bar/pub/restaurant 20m away. 5 minute walk from there hotel to the subway. Great hotel, great location, and great rooms.

When we checked in and found the room had only 2 sets of towels and I had gone to counter with my booking that we had booked for 3 travellers.
However, everyday when we return back, there are only 2 sets of towels and bedroom slippers. We had to go down and collect from them everyday. The staff cannot even understand simple English when I asked why there are no charging points. I had to plugged out kettle, hair dryer and whatever we can to charge our phones.
Torn towels given to us. The toiletries provided were used before. We found condoms, cigarettes butts and rubbish behind the beds. The sink was choked with bundles of hair which I had to clear as the water were not flowing......so disgusted!!!

Bring your own toothbrush

I’ve been here before about a year ago and it was better. The pillow cases were dirty, like no ones washed them in months. The shower had mineral build up in the nozzles so the water didn’t come out right. The TV remote didn’t work unless you stood up and walked to the tv and changed the channel BEHIND the tv where the box was located....and to top it off they didn’t have toothbrushes in the room. Every hotel in korea has toothbrushes but this one. Not impressed when I spent $100 for this place.

The smaller twin room feels cramped as you can see in the pictures. Each room has two PCs you can use and a phone you can call businesses in Korea.

There are no shower or bathroom locks. Shower head is amazing.

Must control AC manually using 2 in 1 tv remote. Careful of floors when wet, it’s slippery.

Bunch of restaurants near hotel all in walking distance.

Easy to reach from every direction. A lot of real Korean traditional food for medium level budget trip.
Every corner of the streets with food carts.
Hotel provides bottles of water for free.
No view from hotel but I didn't need anyway for privacy.

Nice place but the worst beds!

The location is good, lots of places nearby for good food. It's a bit hidden but not to difficult to find- the lobby entrance is in the rear inside the parking garage.
The room was mostly clean. But, a hair in the bed and in the bathroom soap was a dead giveaway that someone had just stayed and the room wasn't serviced properly.
The staff is nice, speaks English, and no problems there. There fresh coffee, ground to order, in the lobby. The products on the room are of good quality.
The big problem..The most uncomfortable beds in the world! And, all rooms have them
If they fix that, I'd gladly stay again and again.
You get what you pay for, but a bed of pain isn't acceptable. Oh, room 703 had a window that opens. Nice view! Lovely bathroom with tub and rainfall shower. Just get new mattresses!

To begin with this is not an ordinary hotel and rather should be advertised as a motel, to be more exact a “love” motel. Korean couples come in and out just for who knows what and its really uncomfortable. Definately would not recommend to a family. They dont have signs to clean the room while vacant which means they will NEVER clean your room. We asked before we left for a few hours assuming that they wouldnt clean the room since there was no sign, and lord behold! They left our room dirty until we had to go back down and ask again to clean the room. We were exhausted from touring and they made us wait outside in the hallway until the room service was done. You get what you pay for, go somewhere else. Also, beds are extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the metal frames and wires, not a place you want to sleep after a long day! Surely not returning.

Lots of places to eat and go out to close by and public transport is easy to find. It is a bit more local but still welcoming. English level is basic and enough to get you by, but hard to ask for any detailed help. 2 nights is a good length stay, beyond that, it would only suit someone on a business trip for the convenience and basic needs. Bed was quite hard but still ok.

I would come again.

Although I enjoyed the hotel, it was not the best. the room was always at 85 so we slept with the windows open. Luckily Seoul was experiencing snow so it evened out. The bathroom was awesome if you ignored the stains on the wall just like the stains in the bedsheets. But, my friend and I loved the two computers that came with our room. We wished they could connect to the TV but oh well. The shower and tub are separate from the toilet and also the sink area. The location was the best part, near a subway station and Shinsegae Times Square. Considering the price we paid for the hotel, I'm pretty happy. The staff was kind and the location was awesome.

I stayed for 7 nights in this hotel. Staffs at lobby would greet me every time i enter. Friendly Staffs. Room was cleaned up every single day and towels were changed. Everything was nice and comfortable and it is just 5 mins to yeongdeungpo subway station.

Very good valu for money

I stayed a total of 12 nights in 2 different rooms. As one reviewer has said, this is a typical Korean love hotel, but there were plenty of ordinary guests and a smattering of westerners. It did not feel sleazy in any way. The hotel has no lounge or restaurant facilities, but the rooms are comfortable, there is free wifi, and there are free bottles of water, cans of fruit juice, Korean tea and instant coffee facilities in the rooms, plus kettle and haidryer. Beds are firm.

The whole of Seoul felt very safe to me, although I am a 6ft white male! I lived in Seoul for a year in 1981/2, so have comparatively sound experience to judge.

Modern Design, Uncomfortable Bed

The room was nice and modern but the bed was really uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, and it made a lot of noise when you turned. Overall it was clean. The towels were quite old. The hotel says no smoking but our room smelled like smoke when we got it.
Its located in a bar/restuarant district and its close to a Lotte Department store and Time Square shopping mall.
