If the room temperature can tune by the guest is much more better. It is too hot with 27 or 28°C, most of the time makes me feel uncomfortable. One more tissue box in room, not only in washroom. I hope an improvement will be done.

One of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in around Seoul. Bus and train stations are nearby. Timesquare and Shinsegae are literally next to the hotel property. I will probably stay here more often.

번화가에 있어서 접근성 좋고 놀러가기도 좋습니다.
전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋아요. 물어볼게 있어서 예약 전 전화도 했었는데 너무 친절해서 놀랐습니다. 그리고 안에 정수기 있는 것도 좋았습니다.
하나 단점을 꼽자면 호텔 앞에 소방서가 있어서 사이렌 소리에 자다가 깰 수 있다는 점입니다. 실제로 아침에 깼습니다.
호텔의 문제는 아니므로 전반적으로 만족합니다.

The property was lovely and the staff were fantastic. The only problem I encountered that I would have preferred to know about travelling as a single woman with my son. Is that there is a red light district one street behind the property. We wandered accidentally into it as we didn’t know. And a man on a motorbike came and grabbed my arm. I thought I was going to be kidnapped and screamed the street down until he let me go.

The hotel is very conveninent both for business and touristic purposes. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
There's a metro station nearby and taxi services are very good in Seoul. When we visit Seoul again this hotel will be our first choice; as long as they make high increases at the hotel rates :)

Property is about an hour north of the Inchon Airport, convenient location, attached to two giant shopping centers and the metro.

Well appointed hotel with a lovely lobby, restaurant (limited menu) and bar. They have a huge, extensive buffet breakfast that I recommend.

Well appointed, clean rooms, our room had a very nice city view. Kind bed was very comfy. Large walk-in shower, interesting remote controlled toilet with multiple functions.

Overall we had an excellent stay.

This hotel is in a great location very convenient to public transportation. There are buses across the street and a subway line below the hotel.

There is a mall attached to the hotel with lots of shopping and dining options. Below the hotel is also another indoor shopping area as you head to the subways.

The breakfast is good and offers a variety of choices.


The area outside is very safe, though I would suggest that someone be at the hotel entrance at night.. The entrance is on the first floor and the front desk is on the fifth floor, so if you aren’t familiar with the layout it could be confusing.


I would highly recommend the hotel for its location and convenience.

All staff were competent in speaking in English.

The shopping centre/mall that is part of the property is on the larger scale of shops and has a lot on offer. I highly recommend the breakfast with your booking, as they have a good buffet selection to work with.

Flies infestation in the bathroom

It was a great stay, great facilities and great environment, close to a good amount of places to eat late. We arrived at around midnight, there were still plenty of delicious Korean food around the restaurant street a few minutes away by walking. The facility is built with a shopping mall, during the day, you have all you need.

Only good thing I have to say about this property is the housekeeping staff. They were pleasant, friendly and extra helpful. Most of the valet were nice and helpful but there was 1 gentleman that told us to get a taxi across the street when the temperature was freezing and he clearly saw we had a baby in a stroller. Then pretended not to understand English because he didn’t want to help. He just kept repeating “what? What?!” So I switched over to korean and he basically said to go upstairs and request for one at the front desk. We won’t be staying here. First and last

As a UK resident who heavily relies on the brand reputation of Marriott when selecting a hotel in Seoul, my recent stay at Marriott Seoul was a significant letdown. The hotel management's lack of attention to detail and customer care fell far below the usual standards I have come to expect from this renowned brand.

When making the reservation through Expedia, I made it explicitly clear that our party consisted of five adults and one child (aged 14). However, upon arrival, we were allocated two rooms, each with only one king-size bed. This disregard for our specific requirements indicated that the management did not prioritize the satisfaction of their guests. It was disheartening to experience such a deviation from the brand's reputation.

Fortunately, amidst the disappointment, Miss Bella Kim from the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional customer service. She promptly stepped in to help us and facilitated our relocation to other rooms. Eventually, we were able to swap to two rooms with twin beds, thanks to her assistance.

However, after relocating to the new rooms, we were met with another disappointment. Room 702 had an unbearable sewage smell that permeated the entire space. It was truly disheartening that the cleaner responsible for preparing the room did not notice the awful odor before offering it to us. This oversight further added to the overall unpleasantness of our stay.

I genuinely hope that the hotel management takes these issues seriously.

We stayed for one week, and during my stay there were quite a few unsatisfying events,
After house keeping, the soap was not refilled, I got into the shower wet and no soap.
Secondly I asked the hotel for help to order flowers for a proposal, they said they do not have such service, and they recommend me with a flower boutique which I don’t speak Korean,(well it’s not in their service)
When I checked out and asked for a taxi to the airport, the valet staff ignored me for like 10min it’s, then he assisted someone else to the cab I ordered, after 15 minutes the concierge staff figured I am still at the hotel, communication between staff is bad
But other that those, my stay was still pleasant. In room dining was delicious, concierge staff was friendly
