Top-notch service, great facilities, and an efficient location. Something just hits differently at Marriott properties in Korea—if only the U.S. locations could match this level. This property is in the business district, so there was no traffic noise at night, making for a very peaceful stay. Each room is equipped with a water purifier, and the hotel offers a nice gym and sauna. The subway is less than 10 minutes away, and a connected walking path from the station leads directly to IFC Mall and Hyundai Mall.

We adore the friendly staff in this hotel! Ms. Kim, William, and Stella were patient, warm, and extremely helpful . They took care of us like family. They make our first trip in Seoul/SK so much easier. We will stay here again if we visit Seoul in the future. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment was spacey and well kept. We also enjoyed their spa facilities. Shopping and dinning within walking distance. Airport shuttle is next to the hotel . We used Uber and called taxis because it costs about $40.09 one way.

It was the worse beds we slept on
The beds were very painful
We have family of 4 and booked 2 rooms, everyone had backache due to the stiff of those beds
Also, no one believe it but we think Marriot at this location has ghost , around 1:30 am we heard all weird and creepy voice that has no words , just sound

Fantastic accommodations with incredibly helpful staff. Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. The gym is well-equipped, with a squash court (but very low ceiling) and a Korean bathhouse that was perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. Easy walk to Yeouido Station, and a bus stop right outside. Grab a T-Money card (for public transit) at the 7-Eleven in the basement level, where there's also a café that opens at 8 a.m. for a quality coffee fix. A bit off the beaten path (ie financial district rather than the shopping district) but would definitely stay again!

Happy biz trip in Seoul

The room is in great condition and all equipments and furnitures are in its best condition. Tv is a bit old hotel tv be cause it doesn’t provide Netflix option. 24 hr gym, daily operating sauna, and golf range are also plus. I can not find a better residence hotel in Seoul’s at this price. Just 1 small bump is the narrow passage to the basement parking. I advise if not confident, don’t rent a car and park in the basement.

It is located in the financial district so it is quiet in the evenings but has easy access to shopping and dining and it is also easy to travel to other parts of Seoul.

So nice apartment with a view!

The hotel is well located at less than 10 minutes to the Yeouido metro station which gives you access to everything. The rooms are fantastic. I was just missing some shower products close to the bathtub like you have within the shower. Taking a bath, seeing the city lights was a great experience. Also the sport area is fantastic (squash, golf, pool, fitness...).
The food at the hotel is a bit expensive if you compare to the food prices in Seoul, but the quality is super nice so the price makes sense.
Best thing was the apartment space... It's incredible.

원 베드룸으로 해서 아이 셋에 어른 두명이 묵었습니다.
사진보고 조금 작은가 싶어서 투베드룸 하려고 하다가
일단 현장에 가서 업그레이드를 하자 싶어 그냥 갔습니다.

1. 전체적 느낌
홍콩, 대만의 작은 가정집 느낌.
복도를 중심으로 거실과 방이 연결되어있고
복도 중간에는 주방과 화장실이 있습니다.
2-3인 식구가 왔다면 북적이지 않고 딱 좋았을것 같아요.
거실이 아담하지만 주방은 또 생각보다 넓네요
그리고 방이 좀 큰 편입니다. 드레스룸도 있구요.
바닥은 마루바닥이라 아이들 맨발로 다니기 좋았고
침대가 불안하다면 바닥에 이불깔고 잘 수도 있겠어요.

2. 주방
작은 식기부터 피자컷팅기 까지...
냄비 후라이팬도 종류별로 다 있고
온갖 식기류는 다 갖춰져 있어서 너무 깜짝 놀랐습니다.
생수도 있었지만 정수기가 있어서 물을 따로 사지 않아도 되었어요.
아파트먼트 호텔이라는 말이 무색하게 모든 살림살이 어쩌면 투머치로 다~ 갖춰져 있어요.
심지어 세탁기, 건조기까지도.. (신발장쪽에 있어요)

3. 화장실
다만 비데는 벽면에 설치 했다고 되어있는데 없어서 좀 의아했어요.
욕조가 있어 두 딸래미는 욕조에서 바쓰놀이 하고
그 옆에는 샤워공간이 따로 마련되어있었구요.
어매니티는 THANN 이 준비되어 있는데, 이런 허벌향 너무 좋아해서 맘에 들었습니다.
화장솜도 센스넘치게 준비되어 있었네요 :)

4. 룸
룸 컨디션은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 창문도 열수 있어 쾌적했습니다. 보통 호텔방 너무 건조한테 창문 살짝 열어두니 통풍이 되어서 잠도 잘 잤구요.

엑스트라베드 추가한거 방에 놔주셨는데,
킹사이즈 베드 밑에 놔주셔서 아이들이 장난치다가
난간에 다칠까봐 일부러 거실에 옮겨달라고 했어요.
근데 거실에 놓으니 쇼파랑 같이 활용해서 자니까
더 넓어져서 편히 잤습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ
침구류도 깨끗하고 포근했어요.

5. 조식
조식 조금 기대했는데, 중급 정도 되었어요.
메뉴는 다양하고 아이들 먹을 국,밥,김 등등 세삼하게 잘 준비 되어있는데, 왜인지 엄청 맛있었던 메뉴는.. 기억에 없네요ㅠ
과일이랑 요거트종류가 다양했던건 맘에 들었어요.

6. 그 외 시설
수영장이 너무 맘에 들었는데,
대형 자쿠지와 어린이수영장, 레인수영장이 갖춰져 있어서
초딩 아이들 이 세군데 왔다갔다하면서 반나절동안
신나게 놀았어요.
수영장 앞에서 관리해주시는 이모님이 계속 지켜보시고
수영장 물품 관리 계속 해주시구요.
저희 막내가 갑자기 코피가 났는데, 휴지 물티슈 등등
계속 갖다주시고 함께 걱정해주셔서 감사했습니다!

정수기도 비치되어 있어서 아이들 잠시 목 축일수 있었고
킥판, 거북이판 구비되어 있어 아이들 놀기도 좋았구요.
수건은 비치되어있는거 마음껏 쓸수 있습니다.
그리고 가장 좋았던건, 샤워실이였는데
샤워실 안에 탈수기, 온풍기가 있어서 아이들이 씻고 나왔을때도 따뜻하게 체온유지가 되서 좋았어요.
샴푸, 바디용품 등등 다 구비되어있어서 바로 샤워하고 체크아웃 했네요 !!

1박 쉰게 너무 아쉬워서 다음번엔 2박 이상으로 가려구해요!
너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다!! 또 만나용 ♥

언제나 집이면 좋겠다 싶은 곳이에요 이번엔 마음먹고 해산물 찜 등등 요리를 해먹었는데 조리도구가 완벽하게 갖춰져있어서 요리할 때도 신나고 그릇도 예뻐서 먹을 때도 신났어요 침대도 너무 넓고 침구도 푹신해서 꿀잠자고 만족스러웠는데 체크아웃할 때 예쁜 핫팩+@까지 주셔서 더욱 더 즐거운 숙박이었어요 :)

I was thinking it was going to be a rough stay. I booked the 2-bedroom apartment. Air con was giving me issues, and i also had to ask them to clean the AC units2 times as there was black mold. They were extremely cooperative and attentive to my needs. From the check-in all the way to check-out, everyone in the hotel was absolutely perfect. So friendly and welcoming. I would have to say, they are the most friendly staff I have seen so far in my many, many years of going to hotels in Korea. Due to their customer service, I will def come back and stay again.

Beat hotel in Seoul that I’ve stayed at. The front desk was the best, so nice and spoke great English. They helped me and my family many times. The gym is amazing, pool was okay since was kinda cold and you had to wear a swim cap? My dad did the golf range which was fun and the buffet for breakfast was super fresh ($30 a person give or take) overall amazing stay perfect location from the KBS shall, park, IFC mall and train station.

Friendly and caring staff. Rooms were clean, comfy and convenient - which made it feel at home! Breakfast buffet had a wide spread of tasty food! Good facilities and kind junior staffs but outdated appliances, bad management and confused parking system.
I stay over 60 days at hotel in Korea per year but had 2 worst experiences for 3 nights with this hotel due to their management system.
After I complained the inconvenience and checked out, they provided another terrible service to my in-law family who stayed there another night.
I wouldn't be here again.
If this hotel was in the US, I would sue the lady at front desk who wear uniform with a brighter color, maybe beige.

MEA seoul is Superb service apartment every stayed

This is my first time staying at this Executive Apartment, and I thoroughly experienced my stay.

If you prefer extra space and appreciate a small kitchen and living room area, this is a great place.
The apartment was well appointed with all the necessities, great bed and bathroom.
The maintenance ladies were superb in their daily routine job as well. They were kind helpful and always cordial.
The reception staff was excellent, in particular with helping to make arrangements and translating as required.
So grateful to their wonderful service! Great gym in the basement, and about a ten minute walk to the subway stop.
There is a terrific 25 m indoor pool with separate kids paddling pool and hot tubs.
On weekends locals like to swim and stay with family for a relaxing weekend.
Opposite the Yeouido Park which's a great place for walking, jogging & cycling.
The hotel is located in the financial district and well connected by the underground.
There are a lot of shops in the neighbourhood, as well as a huge mall in the IFS building.
However, it is not the most lively area in Seoul.
The attention of the front desk personnel has clearly outdone that of other places and they will make you feel like a king!! I have lived in a bunch of countries already and travelled half of the world and this is unquestionably the best attention I have ever got: this is really important when you are new in a city and you don't speak the language!
I honestly recommend MEA!!

This serviced apartment has great amenities such as large sauna, kids room, etc. Food at the Park Cafe was good. Breakfast was great for the price. Dinner was enjoyable, and it was good to have a discount for guests. But it may not be easy to identify the building outside. It is 10 to 15 minutes away from IFC Mall for shopping. For dining you can enjoy several options within the hotel. Staff here cares about the guests, which was good.

HORRIBLE. YOU MAY DIE THERE

Stayed two nights. On second night, I woke up middle of the night for restroom. Room was COMPLETELY dark. I suddenly remembered that I left TV and light on when I went to bed. Room was so dark and so quiet (I could not even hear or feel electrical noise in the air) like inside of coffin. It was about 1:50AM. I tried to turn light switch and TV but it didn’t work. I was so scared. SO SCARED! I jumped out of bed, grab the room key and ran out to the elevator. Hallway was also dark (only emergency light dimmed) and elevator didn’t work. My room was in 4th floor. I tried to use stair to go down, but there was no light and so cold. I realized that I didn’t even wear shoes. My cellphone was out (since it couldn’t be charged at all). I really don’t know what I should do. When I went back to my room, card key didn’t work. Door didn’t have room number indication light. 40 y.o professional woman in panic was completely stuck at the hallway with bare feet and improper outfit in the dark. I wanted to cry and scream for help. Suddenly I remembered the telephone on each floor. I called to the lobby and front desk person answered. He said that there was power outage due to electric inspection from 1:30 to 4:30 AM that night and THEY GAVE WRITTEN NOTICE TO EVERY ROOM WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!! Front desk person said that he will come up. I don’t know how long I waited him but he didn’t show up. Instead hallway light came back. I could enter my room that didn’t have power thru that night.

spacious one bedroom apartment style n is so much better than a hotel room! though i have a good view of the road, the glass window was dbl glased so there was no noise at all!!! fantastic area for us as it's away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas! very good quality cafes nearby and being an office area has local eateries too! mahogany cafe is a must go if u like gd coffee and a quiet place to relax! twosome place has red bean bingsu n is 24 hours!!! one of the better dessert cafes too.....also next to a park if you love walking in the morning......we thoroughly enjoyed this marriott ! we arrived quite late n was tired so we dined at the hotel cafe and was most pleasantly surprised!!! their pasta was really good! well done and we will be back , thank you to the very helpful staff at the reception

I would favorably compare this hotel against any serviced resident type hotels in Seoul including Oakwood. It was a totally pleasant surprise.

Great place for a few days or more.

My wife is Korean and we visit Seoul regularly. We have stayed in a number of the better hotels, (Shilla, Plaza other Marriotts etc) but like having the apartment. Initially we thought the location was not good but as we stayed we really liked it. Lots of restaurants etc. Everything is within walking distance once you get to know. Having a kitchen and extra room is great. We like to prepare our own breakfast sometimes. Fantastic bed. Excellent Gym and spa. Subway is about 8-10 mins but we only use it in peak. Out of peak Taxis are alway available and fare to most places (Myeongdon, Seoul Station,Gangnam, fish market) is only about $10-12. We had a one bed apartment.

Maybe good for long stay. but not for short stay.

Nice roomy hotel in Seoul Korea.

Hotel is nicely located in Yeoi-do. The bus to airport is right there. Hotel staffs are nice and well mannered.

Convenient location

The hotel is located in convenient location to get around Seoul and easy access to the Incheon Airport. It is very clean and comfortable and I felt as if I was home.

Clean, modern and comfortable

The staff was so nice! They were the best part, very personable and friendly. The room was nice and clean, although it got extremely warm. Be mindful of the thermostat because we were boiling by the time we were ready to leave. There are not a lot of places to eat nearby, but the Italian restaurant downstairs was really good. The food and mini bar is absurdely expensive but there is 7-11 in the basement if you don't want to pay ￦6,000 for a soda. Breakfast ends at 10 which hard for us lazy bums and next time we'll probably pass since it's not anything special. But, I was very happy with our room and it was a nice retreat! Oh, but don't break anything (like my husband did) because it is crazy expensive to replace. It was totally his fault but it still stung paying after spending all that money on our room. Didn't ruin it, though! We would definitetly go back.
