We had an amazing stay at Petit Palace Suites Santorini and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The hotel offers breathtaking views that are truly unforgettable, and our room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was clean and beautifully presented.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. As a wonderful surprise, the team even celebrated my birthday by bringing out a cake during breakfast, which made the day extra special and created a memorable moment for us.

The location is very convenient for exploring the island, and the free parking was a huge advantage. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff, who offered us an extra hour for checkout and were happy to store our luggage after we checked out so we could continue enjoying Santorini before our departure.

Overall, the combination of outstanding service, stunning views, excellent breakfast, clean accommodations, convenient location, and thoughtful personal touches made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️🌅🏨

This was our second stay at Petit Palace, and somehow it was even more amazing than the first. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The room was absolutely beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and every detail of our stay felt special.

The hotel restaurant food was incredible and truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

What made this stay especially unforgettable was how the concierge and staff went above and beyond to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. They arranged a beautiful vegan birthday cake for her and made her feel so loved and celebrated the entire time we were there. It meant so much to our family and is something we will never forget.

Thank you to the entire Petit Palace team for another unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return again soon!

As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit bowl—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was simply amazing.

The staff especially Orea worked hard to ensure our comfort and needs were met. Hotel was perfect to explore Santorini. It is outside the hubs of oria and Fira yet accessible to all of the sites. Perfect place to stay with the most amazing views. My only concern was to its eco-friendliness as it should offer recycling, composting and limit plastic use.

My wife and I stayed here in late August for 4 nights. I cannot rave enough about how we enjoyed it here. The service of the staff, the room accommodations, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The view of the caldera is spectacular, and every night the sunset was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent as well. We stayed at a few hotels during our trip week Greece trip, but this was by far the best. I have been to several resorts around the world that didn't have this good of service with their staff. It was truly top notch. I highly recommend and will stay here again when we return.

*My Unforgettable Stay at Petit Palace Santorini*

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petit Palace Santorini, and I must say, it was an experience I'll cherish forever. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and stylishly decorated, with the best bed I've slept in for ages! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle services to and from Fira town center.

What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service. The team at Petit Palace were attentive, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed, from booking restaurants to arranging island tours.

*Rating:* 5/5 stars

*Recommendation:* Don't miss the stunning sunsets from the hotel's pool area, and be sure to ask the staff for recommendations on the best local restaurants and activities.

We booked one type of room and they gave us different and when we ask, they said this is the one what you booked. We are VIP member and they didn’t upgrade the room even if they had that for.
We found life buns in the bathroom and when we showed the front desk, the video their answer was is usually to have that in Santorini during the summer. It’s not summer yet
Time for checkout is 11 AM but at 10:30 cleaning staff stopped knocking on the door and yelled hello hello.
The air conditioning was set up for one temperature and wasn’t able to adjust.
They had the humidifier in a room which we had to unplug it because was too noisy.
The cleaning staff left the bag with dirty clothes by our apartment door.
I wouldn’t go back there anymore
And on top to everything when I check out they asking for city taxes.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our stay at the Petit Palace was perfect!!! The staff treated my partner and I like a King and Queen. From we entered the property the manager greeted us and gave us not only a run down of the hotel but also the surrounding areas and activities available. Any and everything that we needed could be booked through them with little hassle, even before we arrived to the island. Kostos’, the manager, warmth and hospitality trickled down into the other staff and that made our stay amazing. The breakfast at this hotel is overlooking the caldera and is a la carte. Free freshly made breakfast that is restaurant quality and made with love…all you can eat. Also, the restaurant Elia was so amazing that we ate there 3/5 nights. We had to force ourselves to eat somewhere else within Santorini for dinner and still deem it to be the absolute best food on the entire island. Our stay at this hotel was the best in ALL of our European tour (Rome, Lake Como, Bellagio, Switzerland , UK, Venice, Athens) and it was the most affordable. If you are considering booking this hotel…the answer is absolutely yes. We met so many different couples from all over the world and racial background and everyone bragged on how amazing the view and service was. No one could believe the hospitality at this place. The Petit Palace took “Greek Hospitality” to a whole new level. We have plans to return as often as we can.

I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good.

I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go "missing" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good.

I feel bad giving a negative review because everything besides our room was great about this hotel. If they just updated the rooms even a little, it would make a huge impact.
