The scenic view at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, it made a real difference to our entire trip. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful in making sure we got the most out of our holiday.

As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit bowl—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was simply amazing.

A free shuttle into Fira ran four times a day, which made getting into town and back super convenient.

Overall, this hotel and the service provided were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff especially Orea worked hard to ensure our comfort and needs were met. Hotel was perfect to explore Santorini. It is outside the hubs of oria and Fira yet accessible to all of the sites. Perfect place to stay with the most amazing views. My only concern was to its eco-friendliness as it should offer recycling, composting and limit plastic use.

My wife and I stayed here in late August for 4 nights. I cannot rave enough about how we enjoyed it here. The service of the staff, the room accommodations, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The view of the caldera is spectacular, and every night the sunset was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent as well. We stayed at a few hotels during our trip week Greece trip, but this was by far the best. I have been to several resorts around the world that didn't have this good of service with their staff. It was truly top notch. I highly recommend and will stay here again when we return.

Petit Palace Hotel in Santorini has amazing views of the sea and sunset from its cliffside location. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with some offering private pools or hot tubs. It’s a little outside of Fira, but the peaceful setting and friendly staff make it perfect for a relaxing stay.

Amazing views and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they prepared a take away box when we departed for an early flight. They were very quick to deliver when I called for anything! Bed was a bit soft for me but still comfortable. Shuttle to town was a nice plus, otherwise the taxi was 15-20 euros. I would stay here again for the views, the nice private pool, and the service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petit Palace Santorini, and I must say, it was an experience I'll cherish forever. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and stylishly decorated, with the best bed I've slept in for ages! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle services to and from Fira town center.

What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service. The team at Petit Palace were attentive, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed, from booking restaurants to arranging island tours.

We absolutely loved our stay at Petite Palace. The room had wonderful amenities, a great soft bed and linens. We had our own hot tub, so at night we could look at the water and see the different towns lit up in the dark making it a little more magical. The staff were amazing and all about making your stay wonderful. The food, breakfast and dinner, were great. Such fresh ingredients all locally sourced. We will return!

We booked one type of room and they gave us different and when we ask, they said this is the one what you booked. We are VIP member and they didn’t upgrade the room even if they had that for.
We found life buns in the bathroom and when we showed the front desk, the video their answer was is usually to have that in Santorini during the summer. It’s not summer yet
Time for checkout is 11 AM but at 10:30 cleaning staff stopped knocking on the door and yelled hello hello.
The air conditioning was set up for one temperature and wasn’t able to adjust.
They had the humidifier in a room which we had to unplug it because was too noisy.
The cleaning staff left the bag with dirty clothes by our apartment door.
I wouldn’t go back there anymore
And on top to everything when I check out they asking for city taxes.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, everything about this hotel, inclulding the staff is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend! I will definitely stay here when we visit again!!

This hotel is as close to heaven on earth as you can get. The views are spectacular, the rooms are amazing, and the service is top notch. Kostas did an amazing job making sure we were good at all times. But Vagellis at the front desk made our vacation perfect. He helped with reservations, suggestions and took care of it all. Love that I was able to see the sunset from here without having to deal with the crowds. The staff was amazing & went above and beyond to help me make the most of my stay. They were also kind enough to store my luggage since I had a late flight while I went to do some shopping. I was also allowed to hangout at the pool afterwards while I waited for the time to come to head to the airport.

Petit Palace is a beautiful property. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property, the service and the staff. It is just below Thira which made it quiet yet convenient. The view was stunning. Our room was fabulous with a pool and great balcony. The staff was so accommodating. They arranged for a private wine tour, a rental car delivery at the hotel. Parking on site was a true benefit. We had an early flight and the had breakfast bags ready for us as we checked out. Breakfast is amazing and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Elia Restaurant on the property. The staff was so friendly. I would stay here over and over again. I highly recommend. Truly loved Petit Palace.

Property was lovely! It is a bit south of Fira, which was a good thing (cruise passengers made Fira too busy, a bit of a hustle) but one could walk. Better yet the hotel has a free shuttle that runs you to Fira. Property is lovely, stunning views and excellent staff, service and F&B. GM personally engaged with all guests.

Unforgettable experience.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Efthimios and Vagos were really nice. The caldera view was breathtaking. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was great. The location was absolutely on point as it made it very very easy to travel around. Overall our stay in Santorini was made wonderful even better by the people in Petit Palace. I would highly recommend their service.

Our stay at the Petit Palace was perfect!!! The staff treated my partner and I like a King and Queen. From we entered the property the manager greeted us and gave us not only a run down of the hotel but also the surrounding areas and activities available. Any and everything that we needed could be booked through them with little hassle, even before we arrived to the island. Kostos’, the manager, warmth and hospitality trickled down into the other staff and that made our stay amazing. The breakfast at this hotel is overlooking the caldera and is a la carte. Free freshly made breakfast that is restaurant quality and made with love…all you can eat. Also, the restaurant Elia was so amazing that we ate there 3/5 nights. We had to force ourselves to eat somewhere else within Santorini for dinner and still deem it to be the absolute best food on the entire island. Our stay at this hotel was the best in ALL of our European tour (Rome, Lake Como, Bellagio, Switzerland , UK, Venice, Athens) and it was the most affordable. If you are considering booking this hotel…the answer is absolutely yes. We met so many different couples from all over the world and racial background and everyone bragged on how amazing the view and service was. No one could believe the hospitality at this place. The Petit Palace took “Greek Hospitality” to a whole new level. We have plans to return as often as we can.

I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good.

I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go \"missing\" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good.

I feel bad giving a negative review because everything besides our room was great about this hotel. If they just updated the rooms even a little, it would make a huge impact.

On our first stay in Santorini we didn't have a caldera view so we were SO happy that we chose to stay at a place with an amazing view like this. The hotel staff are all incredible, they are so kind and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing as is the breakfast, omg! We were blown away by the food here, among the best on our entire trip to greece and various islands. We highly recommend staying here and know that you won't be disappointed.
