Our recent six-night stay at Impressive One was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and cared for by Stella, her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made our experience unforgettable. Gorge and Erini were also graciously accommodating to all of our needs, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The atmosphere, service, and hospitality set the highest standard, making Impressive One a remarkable place to stay. We look forward with great anticipation to returning in the future. Location was great for us as we had a wedding to attend near at one of the wineries nearby. Grocery store around the corner, only thing I would say I didn't like was we were charged 1 Euro for a bucket of ice one evening. We were having drinks and requested a couple buckets, after two they started charge us 1 Euro per bucket. Figure Ice would be complimentary.

We both loved the hotel & especially the staff, Kostas & Irina. Over the top friendly & helpful. The hotel is located on a busy wIndy road that is remarkably busy. But that makes it ez access to taxis & buses 1.60€ to get to Fira! A santorini bargain! Breakfast dinner were good too & we enjoyed bakcony, pool & lounging areas. Tour pu great too. This is the place for a base to see all of Santorini. If you rent transportation this is a good option tho I didnt

The junior suite was super spacious and comfortable and had an amazing view of the sunset. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The food was tasty as well. The area was a bit hard to walk around with no sidewalk for a while, but we were able to walk to a winery and a restaurant nearby.

Very friendly, helpful staff. In walking distance of Purgos and Meglichora - two LOVELY cities with sweet dining, cultural and shopping experiences. Best sunsets on the island across the street from the hotel. (Yes - better than Oia.) Thankful for the water bottles provided as Santorini does not have drinkable water. Amazing front desk help in tips for seeing sites on the island.

Because of the Santorini environment, be prepared for damp surfaces (hang your clothing). Our room did not have hot water (very lukewarm). And one day the housekeeping staff did not lock our doors. Nothing taken. Just have care.

We arrived after midnight and they waited up for us, arranged our transfer to and from the airport at a fair price. Breakfast buffet every morning with some traditional Greek options. Coffee machine always ready and easy to use. Room did not have an iron and electricity went completely out when plugging in an electric razor with a converter. Quiet hotel at night. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly and always available for anything we needed. Great experience overall.

First, the staff were outstanding. We arrived before check in, and the receptionist gave us towels and let us rest by the pool. Our room was gigantic. We had a balcony and could walk to the pool. The kitchen staff was superlative. The food was very Greek, i.e. fresh and delicious. We were on the middle of the island. After we visited Oia and Fira, we realized that we had made the right decision by not being directly on one of those busy and touristy towns. We had a chance to rent a car and drive around the whole island, which is just beautiful. If you rent a car, rent an automatic. The hills are intense. The Impressive One, was indeed impressive. We give the whole team A .

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff. They worked hard to ensure that we had a great stay. Even made to go breakfast our last night there since we had an early flight.
The only minimal parts to our stay that were not great the pool water was too cold to enjoy and the breakfast menu was changed and not as fulfilling.
We will stay here again.

I set up a hotel transfer with them a week in advance. After picking up my luggage and heading out where he was supposed to waiting, no one was there. Between my wife and I we had 7 bags and people were looking at us, because clearly we were stranded and we were sitting ducks. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. He put me on hold and then said he’d call me back after speaking to the driver. He eventually called back and said the driver picked up someone else and left without us. He told me I should take a taxi because I’d have to wait for him to send someone else. Completely unacceptable and disappointing customer service. When we finally arrived he was nice and helped move our bags in, however 2 hours later the hotel lost power and it became extremely hot and stuffy in our room. After about 20 minutes the power came back on. Overall, the hotel and our room was clean and the included breakfast wasn’t bad either, but we got off on the wrong foot and I had would rate my overall experience as unsatisfactory.

Beautiful small property, perfect for vacationing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is delicious and sitting poolside for breakfast really makes it magical. The hotel is next to a busy street but you don't really hear anything. I only had two areas that were a bit disappointed by. The air conditioner is pointed right on your face when you sleep and cannot be redirected, but the big issue was location. I love where the hotel is locaed, nice quiet area with an amazing wine focused restaurant and you can even see an amazing sun set from the hotel it self. But there are no sidewalks in the area. So if you want to walk to the amazing wine restaurant or just about anywhere you have to walk on the street and the drivers drive very fast and a bit hectic. So make sure you rent a vehicle for your stay

We had a big problem checking in I booked two superior rooms one for myself and my husband the other for my son and his childrenIt quoted the rooms could sleep 3 people as it had a double size bed settee . They said it was only for a child under two but when I booked it with yourself I stated the age of his son and as one would assume when it said room for 3 people it was correct! The money was taken from my credit card 2,weeks before are arrival so we obviously thought all was fine! They tried to charge us another 30 euros per night for the room which as far as I was concerned was incorrect. This was most distressing for us all and could have spoilt our complete holiday and as we were all there for a family wedding it was totally unnecessary!
As far as we were concerned our contract was with yourselves! I would appreciate your comments

WOW! Were we ever impressed!! The room was phenomenal with all the amenities of home. My husband and I stayed in the junior suite which had a beautiful view of the sea, spacious terrace and discreet entrance. The bed king bed was so comfortable! And entire hotel was up kept and clean.
The location of the hotel itself was on a main road, so it is easy to find, but you definitely should rent a car or ATV to get around as its a little out of the way from the closest village (about a 15 min walk), and the capital town (about 10 min drive). Even though on a main road, the traffic noise was not that bothersome as others have mentioned in reviews while lounging by the pool. Honestly, if it does bother you that much, a pair of earphones with your own music would do the trick!
Buffet breakfast was authentic, freshly prepared and very tasty with good variety. But the absolute icing on our stay was the hospitality of the owners. George and Giota were such lovely people, ensuring we had a fantastic vacation by taking care of whatever details they could. We were absolutely blown away by the customer service! They definitely made our vacation feel like a second home, and we were sad to leave. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers to Santorini and would love to visit again.Thanks Impressive One!

We could not rely on what reception told us.

It was a long way from the central area, a must Taxi requirement. On the listing the location is not obvious.
We booked a king bed and ocean view. When we checked in we were told they did not have a room like that, however afterwards, when walking down the stairs, a room had its door open and it did have a king bed and ocean view. When we arrived we asked if there were English speaking news stations, specifically CNN, and were told emphatically YES. This also was found to be untrue.

I was looking for a nice, but well priced place to stay in Santorini that would put me close to the wineries. I selected Impressive One based on location and reviews. They helped coordinate my transport from the airport, and the man that picked me up was not only waiting right outside the airport holding a sign for me, he was extremely nice and gave me some great recommendations and info about how wine is grown in Santorini on the way to the hotel. The hotel was absolutely adorable. Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff all went above and beyond, especially with helping me coordinate getting taxis and transport to the ferry port. I felt so welcome there and would highly recommend staying at Impressive One!

Great staff but pictures were very misleading. Photos show finished floors when it’s in fact it’s just plain concrete, pool is extremely small, hotel is in the middle of no where. They had a great photographer take these photos. The one nice thing though was the staff. This was by far the best staff and most helpful of any of the hotels we stayed at while in Greece.

נתנו לנו חדר מוזנח עם ריצפה שהייתה בה רטיבות, נוף לזבל של המלון וגם כשביקשנו להחליף חדר לא היו מוכנים להחליף בטענה שהמלון מלא למרות שחדרים ממולנו היו ריקים על הטיול!

The Impressive one was a nice little hotel with an extremely friendly and polite staff. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and must see places.

The hotel is near a winery and one of the little towns but for the most part you will have to either take a taxi or rent a car to reach the popular areas. The staff were happy to help make reservations for both restaurants and taxis (The taxis had a flat rate to reach the bigger towns)

The room was nice and clean and more spacious than we expected. There was also a nice little area to sit outside attached to the room. The area around the pool was nice and quiet and was a great place to relax after a tiring day.

Nice hotel and very nice helpful staff.

The hotel is not easy to find as it is tucked away behind what appears to be an industrial building/workplace. The entrance is also very concealed. However, the hotel is nice. It's not located near the beach or in a very popular area but it is better for that as it is really peaceful. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is nice but limited but every day, they would add a twist to the menu to keep it interetsing.
The only real fault was that the chef was away the whole time we were there and so any meals other than breakfast, we had to seek elsewhere. Not a major problem as the island is so small and it is easy to find good eating places with a short drive but it was inconvenient one night when we just wanted to chill and eat
at the hotel.

Thoroughly recommend this place.

Nice hotel but not best location

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very welcoming but the location although ideal for those wanting to move around between north and south with smaller distances did not have any views, is not the nicest and there is a high-traffic road that passes right next to the hotel/pool area.

Excellent Hotel!

The staff were helpful and kind. They pointed us to some great restaurants, the easiest way to get around the island, arranged for transport for us and were all around excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and the breakfast each day was a welcome surprise!

We could ride to any parts of the island pretty quick since the Hotel is located in a good spot, connected to the main roads

Had a great time in santorini. The staff at impressive one were extremely helpful and very friendly. The town of Pygos is very close and worth checking out. Also Oia which is in the north is the most beautiful area with lots of restaurants and shops but because the island is so small we were able to see of it in 5 days. You can pretty much get to any other part in 30 mins from impressive one. It's also good for the ferry as it's really close to the main port.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. When I arrived, a member of the staff offered a glass of wine and sat with a map to explain where all the sights were located on the island. With the location, you are a bit outside of town so a vehicle is a must. The location is nice as you can get everywhere on the island very easily, but not walking distance to Thira. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to heading back in the spring.
