We had a really nice experience at Symphony Suites. It is a bit far from the cities, but calmer. It does mean you should rent a car, but they are very cheap and useful for getting around the island. The breakfast option was quite good. Georgia was very helpful in providing directions, getting us the rental car within an hour delivered to the hotel, and booking boat cruises.

This stay was our favorite of all time! The location is incredible: beautiful views, luxury stay, amazing concierge and team! There was easy parking access for our rental. We also loved how close it was to the port and a quick drive to other parts of the island. The breakfast experience was worth it with SO many delicious options, personalized each day for us. Georgia was exceptional in her attentiveness and care, including organizing with my husband a special birthday surprise! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Horribly loud on the Genesis Suite balcony. There are a lot of places similar to this to stay in Santorini, but we paid extra to stay here for two reasons: the private hot tub and the private balcony. The site states that the Genesis Suite is located on a road- but it was not clear how LOUD and busy the road was. It’s like you’re in an echo chamber up there. It was on a two lane, uphill highway (or as close to a highway as you can get on Santorini) and every car had the shift into a higher gear right below our balcony sending plumes of exhaust that made the space completely unusable. The attendant said sometimes there is ‘ash from the volcano’…. It’s exhaust from the 4 wheelers, trucks, cars, you name it, but definitely not from the caldera located miles away. Within 15 minutes of arrival I asked if there were other rooms available (some have balconies not facing the highway) there weren’t and she informed me that there would be no refund if we left, but she could offer complimentary breakfast. Ultimately, I booked a much better room for significantly less down the road and we left and ate the cost. There’s also no free transfers (which other hotels offer) and location is only walkable to like two places). They do deserve credit for a few great things: the room is huge and the view is great when enjoyed from inside the suite and the hot tub truly is private.

Georgie and the staff at Symphony were the best ever!! They were so warm and welcoming when we arrived and were super helpful with dinner reservations, city attractions and transportation.

The room was spacious, spotless and had all the amenities, including coffee, water and A/C. It was the perfect location for food and fun.

Everything she arranged was terrific - especially the island tour and catamaran boat ride. Pickups were flawless. Location away from the craziness Oia and Fira was a plus - accessibile but also serene. Two great restaurants, including the Santos winery, within walking distance. Suite itself was spacious and also serene.

WOW!

We recently spent 2 nights in the Juno Honeymoon Suite Caldera View and Hot Tub and it was fantastic. The views were exactly what we were looking for and the room was excellent. Room was super clean and has everything you could need during your stay. The hot tub was a great feature that we took advantage of both nights. Everything about the hotel was excellent!

We rented a car for our stay as it allowed us to see the whole island. The hotel has a very large parking lot so no need to worry about parking on the street.

The hotel is a short drive to Fira and Oia which we liked as it was in a very quiet area allowing us to escape the busy towns. Georgia who runs their office was so helpful during our stay and assisted with booking our boat excursion which we highly recommend. If/when we come back to Santorini we would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was that the property was advertised as including a 24/7 shuttle service, which was not accurate. There was an additional charge of 30 euros, even though the airport is only approximately 5 kilometers from the hotel.

I found the charge excessive and the advertisement misleading.

The hotel staff made planning excursions extremely easy and went through lengths to ensure that our stay was magnificent. The hotel picked us up from airport and dropped us off at the sea port when we were checking out. Highly recommend booking this place. Oh and the hot tub was clean, fully functional, and the staff gave us a tour of our room the first night. Overall we loved the stay. Cannot begin to thank the staff enough. Hotel wifi was good, easy to access, and we loved every second of our stay in Santorini. Thanks again miss Georgia for being such a great staff member at Symphony Suites.

The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street.

There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must.

Waking up to the view everyday made our stay so nice and relaxing! The balcony was lovely! The wicker balcony chair was so comfortable! I do wish we could have moved it as it was very close to the wicker chair on the balcony beside us. The complimentary breakfast (that we chose ourselves) on the balcony was perfect! The room was beautiful, gave great extras like slippers and a loofah. One disappointment was that there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom, and it wasn’t a full body mirror. There were two other small mirrors on a different wall but not great as I could only see my face in both. My second disappointment was that you have to pay for laundry, which is a bit misleading as it sounds like it’s included (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Other than those things, everything else was amazing! The location is pretty ideal, close to great winery which is about a minute away, with a different beautiful view, and close to nice dining areas and shopping. Would recommend a car or ATV as it’s very hilly and even our car struggled sometimes. Staff at the hotel were also super friendly and welcoming! Definitely a great hotel to experience!

I only stayed one night at Symphony Suites in Santorini, but it was truly perfect. I had the Iphigenia Suite, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious.

Even though it was a short stay, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations.

An amazing place to stay in Santorini. We were in 'Juno' and the view was simply incredible.

All the staff are lovely and very welcoming. Georgia was always available and even messaged beforehand to confirm details. Little touches mean a lot.

There's parking if you need it, but we chose to use buses, with a bus stop about 50 metres away.

We were looking for a hotel, somewhat close to the airport and picked “symphony suites“ Georgia has been incredible. She organized our pick up from the airport. She organized our check-in all they had to take place at one in the morning. She could not be more delightful and helpful.

The breakfast was delivered to our room right on time and it was perfect.

The view from the hotel is lovely. However, the roadside knows is deafening… So for a quick overnight, it’s OK but for anybody sound sensitive this would be difficult.

Overall, we thought, but we expected, and it was lovely!

Amazing location right next to Santos winery. They arranged concierge pick up to the port after we arrived by ferry. They also arranged our drop off to the airport at the end of our trip. We also had a hot tub that was warm and we were able to use pretty late. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Daily coffee and water was brought to the room. Great location on the island. They also arranged a guided ATV tour of Santorini which was fun but our guide wasn't very friendly (I suspect he didn't speak much English). The hotel is close to Santos winery which was so good. We went for a tasting and had dinner. Everything was perfect. If you want to visit Fira and Oia stay somewhere closer to that part of the island.
