The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street.

The room was clean and amazing, the amenities were great, a lot of walkable things around( even tho they don’t really have sidewalks in Santorini). I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay here when I return for another vacation.

AMAZING views from the Venus Suite room I reserved. The pictures online don't do it justice how nice it is in person. I would definitely here again. Georgina (Reservations Manager) was MORE than helpful answering my questions, setting up my airport pick-up and gave suggestions for things to do around the island. 10/10!

Perfectly situated hotel with amazing view conveniently located between the ferry port and airport and removed from the hubbub of Oia and Fira. Room was very clean and spacious with two wonderful terraces, one of which had a hot tub to soak in while enjoying the view.

Waking up to the view everyday made our stay so nice and relaxing! The balcony was lovely! The wicker balcony chair was so comfortable! I do wish we could have moved it as it was very close to the wicker chair on the balcony beside us. The complimentary breakfast (that we chose ourselves) on the balcony was perfect! The room was beautiful, gave great extras like slippers and a loofah. One disappointment was that there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom, and it wasn’t a full body mirror. There were two other small mirrors on a different wall but not great as I could only see my face in both. My second disappointment was that you have to pay for laundry, which is a bit misleading as it sounds like it’s included (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Other than those things, everything else was amazing! The location is pretty ideal, close to great winery which is about a minute away, with a different beautiful view, and close to nice dining areas and shopping. Would recommend a car or ATV as it’s very hilly and even our car struggled sometimes. Staff at the hotel were also super friendly and welcoming! Definitely a great hotel to experience!

We were looking for a hotel, somewhat close to the airport and picked “symphony suites“ Georgia has been incredible. She organized our pick up from the airport. She organized our check-in all they had to take place at one in the morning. She could not be more delightful and helpful.

The view from the hotel is lovely. However, the roadside knows is deafening… So for a quick overnight, it’s OK but for anybody sound sensitive this would be difficult.

We had the most amazing stay, the view is incredible. We enjoyed using the hot tub, the room was so clean. Loved our stay at Symphony Suites! The space is great and centrally located to get around the island. Our only regret is the jacuzzi wasn't truly heated - so on days it wasn't sunny and warm the water wasn't comfortable to be in!

Amazing location right next to Santos winery. They arranged concierge pick up to the port after we arrived by ferry. They also arranged our drop off to the airport at the end of our trip. They also organized for ATV rental. Breakfast was brought to our room daily at the time we requested. Always clean. The room was beautiful and spacious. We also had a hot tub that was warm and we were able to use pretty late. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Daily coffee and water was brought to the room. Great location on the island. We could get everywhere in under an hour.

Only stayed one night so it was good for that. View from room was nice. The hotel was relatively close to the port and the hotel arranged a shuttle at a cost. They also arranged a guided ATV tour of Santorini which was fun but our guide wasn't very friendly (I suspect he didn't speak much English). The hotel is close to Santos winery which was so good. We went for a tasting and had dinner. Everything was perfect. If you want to visit Fira and Oia stay somewhere closer to that part of the island.

This was our first time in Santorini and when I tell you this is the spot to stay!!! We rented a buggy because it is away from the main towns but it’s so much more peaceful and more privacy! When booking in town you can have people easily see your balcony from the main streets and I think I would hate that! Our buggy brought us to every spot we needed to go and we stayed here for 9 days!! Which is longer than most but it was perfect. The accommodation of this hotel are top notch. Beautiful view and everything you could ask for. Please stay here-trust me, you won’t regret it!

If your staying a couple nights and want to relax its a good place to stay. Woukd suggest the luxury catamaran sunset tour with pickup near the hotel. Staff was simply amazing and the room was beautiful. I was impressed that it had nice touches like a robe and slippers to drink your morning coffee in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. This hotel is located down the road from a winery. Not located near town if you want to walk around so you will need to get transportation to Fira or Oia but we didn’t mind. It’s good to know that transportation is pricey (20 or 30 Euro + ) to get to places and they all only take cash. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for everything.

Another special thanks for their chef for great and delicious breakfasts which delivered to our room daily. For us wasn’t walkable to Fria/ Thira so we rent a ATV, and it was fun! Their staff can help for renting car, bike or ATV to go around! Also public transportation is available for a reasonable price. Highly recommend the place, The best views are in Venus, Juno and Iris suites (which mostly reserved) and also Nefeli and Genesis suites has amazing views too. Definitely will come back. Beautiful location with a great view. Location is perfect nice and quiet and away from the main areas of Santorini that get crazy full with people and foot traffic. The staff we're great and helpful with anything we needed. The view alone is worth staying here. I'd recommend renting something to get around if you stay here, it's worth the piece and quiet you get here.

The staff were so helpful and gave us some names of restaurants and places to visit. Beautiful rooms and stunning views. We had an outdoor spa on our balcony and it was wonderful. The breakfast was delightful and tasty delivered to your room each morning, you could pick different options each day. Plenty of parking which was great because we hired a car and just a 2 minute walk up the hill to Santos Wines. The cleaning staff were awesome to, we went to the beach alot and each day the sand from the previous day was gone. Very happy with this accommodation, it was romantic, clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities to have a wonderful platter and some wine for dinner on the balcony and just enjoy the view.
