The woman at the front desk was amazingly accomodating and very nice. The rooms were extremely clean for the price. Their is an indoor pool at the hotel next store that you have access to. Extremely reasonable price.

On our trip we booked this hotel for 2 rooms. The walls could use a good cleaning to remove spills or condensation drops in the bathroom area. The lobby was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The beds were comfy and soft. The a/c stayed cold. It does cut off once it gets so cool but will turn back on a short time after.

The pool is closed but you are able to use the pool at the neighboring hotel (comfort suites). The pool is indoor with a spa/hot tub. This portion was taped off with caution tape. Inside this part was vomit. It was there around 4:30pm and was still there around 9:00pm when we went back.

The pool was closed. We were told to use the indoor pool next door because they have the same owners. That pool was so cloudy ane dirty, I refused to let my grandbabies swim in it. The 1st room they gave us didnt have working air and it smelled like weed. They moved us to a room with air and it appeared to be cleaned and didnt smell. The lady at the front was the best. She tried her best to make things right.

The room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible, they should have been discarded long ago. There was NO place to sit in the room, no chair at all. I had to use the shower chair to sit, or sit on the bed which is not comfortable for me. We had no cell service in the room at all. The WiFi provided was exceptionally poor and slow. The included breakfast was poor, no juice, just sausage and egg sandwiches, coffee and donuts. No coffee maker in the room. On the positive side, no apparent bedbugs. Would not stay there again. This stop served us well on our trip. The room was missing a coffee pot and sheets/pillows for the futon and the phone didn't work to call the front desk but I found the staff to be very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient. We would stop there on our travels again.

The staff was excellent but the facility needs so much work. It’s outdated and not cleaned well. There was mold, bugs, and wet floors in the first room we were in. We got changed to a handicapped room which was only slightly better but at 1am, there wasn’t much else to look for.

Room was clean, slight paint peeling on the ceiling in bathroom, but it was clean, other than the smell of marijuana that I couldn't seem to get out of my nose, even after spraying air freshener. The bed was firm but comfortable. I check and double check beds when I first get in my room, and everything was in order as it should be. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. We felt safe on the grounds, but the curtains do not close tight, so we had to rig something up to keep them closed, and there's only 2 sets of steps for the whole hotel, and they are halfway down, right across from each other; our room was very close to the front on the second floor, making it impossible to see our truck from the room, unless we walked outside the room. There was also a gap around the door, and someone had stuck toilet paper inside the peep whole. And, we could hear the train go by, so it wasn't completely soundproofed, as advertised. There is a Shoneys in front of the hotel, so that was a plus.

The lady at the front desk, just told be which side my room was on, but where the stairs come up is like 205, 206, so I went right and walked completely around the property only to come back to side she said and 230 was the first door to the left, she could have at least told us the numbering was weird.
The room was clean, carpet was stained.
The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean.
The room was cheapish so I guess you get what you pay for?
The area was surprisingly quiet. We couldn't hear traffic, sirens, other people, and the parking lot was full.

Our room was missing the TV and wasn’t very clean. We went to lobby to inquire they offered another room we looked at it but smelled of pot. We went back to lobby they said they couldn’t offer refund because manager wouldn’t be there until Monday. They offered us another room. It was a double queen, not the king suite we had paid for, it was almost midnight at this point so we took it so we could get some sleep. The room wasn’t very clean. Would not come back or recommend others to stay here.

Room looked nothing like the photos. Very old and dingy. Several dead bugs on the floor. The worst part was the curtains, the black out curtains only cover a quarter of the window on both sides. The middle part is see through sheer curtain anybody walking by can clearly see into any room they want to! I had to use a clippy clothes hanger to sort of close them. Also access to the rooms are outside doors, doesnt feel very safe for a single traveler.The staff was nice but I wouldnt stay here again.

The pool was out of order and overgrown, weeds were getting out of control outside. The shower floor was patched unprofessionally and painted ( paint was peeling); towel racks were rusty; there was a line of fuzz and dirt around the room at the baseboard.

We chose Clarion based on Choice Hotel reputation. It is a very poor run down site. We were extremely disappointed. The first room had water on floor and rusty shower pan. The second room's tub was pitted and looked like mold had been in it. Neither of us showered because of the poor condition of the tub. The breakfast bar only had water and coffee to drink. The food didn't look fresh. The hotel entrance had a broken front door, the snack case was empty, and drink refrigerator was empty. There was a sign saying to not operate the waffle maker and micro at the same time.

The property overall was in poor condition. The outside was dirty as well as the outside hallways. The paint was peeling on the outside floors and the debris in the hallways was terrible. This property needs a major cleaning and to be updated. The carpeting was filthy. I couldn’t put my feet on the floor. I wouldn’t take a shower either. There were dead bugs in the overhead ceiling light in the bathroom. The outside of the property hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The outside of the walls of the property is filthy and needs to be cleaned. There is trash all over the outside of the property as well. Discussing.

Very dirty! Didn’t get the room l requested and paid for? One was a suite and one was just a regular room! The premises was very dirty. Outside very dirty and full of cigarette butts and garbage! The bed sheets were dirty. The floor where the sink is had dead flies on the ground. Specifically reserved a ground floor room due to injured foot and was still placed on 2nd floor. The toilet would not stop run ONG and making noise the emitiré time. The tub was not even and felt like you could not stand properly in the tub. I specifically requested a king bed and received a room with 2 queen beds.The curtains left a weird film sensation on my hand when I pulled them closed. The swimming pool that was displayed on the website was closed and dirty. The paperwork in the room says breathe easy it’s a no smoking area. Other guests were smoking up and down walkways. Disgusting! Do not stay here because it is a health and safety issue. It was abundantly clear our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (except perhaps and hopefully the sheets had been changed). There were dirty and concerning items under each bed. It appeared to be a dirty washcloth and someone’s underwear. The most disturbing and concerning part was what appeared to be blood on the outside the bathtub. The inside shower walls were covered with dirty that I could wipe off with just my finger so clearly no one had cleaned the shower before our arrival. I had already lowered my expectations because of staying in a motel but this wasn’t acceptable under any circumstances or for anyone. Completely unacceptable.
