I stay in Comfort Suites all over the US. This is the second time staying here. The staff is always very nice and helpful but the hotel has gone down hill. The outside is ok can change the neighborhood but pick up the grounds. The inside is clean but the rooms look like they are under repair. There were drywall repairs done around the room and bathroom but not repainted. The mattress was not very comfortable with lots of divots. The pillows seemed new. The pool was not open. Overall for the discounted price it was worth it.

It was your typical hotel room but our particular room had a lot of issues. Not sure if it's property wide but I can only assume. The toilet leaked, the bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom faucet was broken and wouldn't shut off completely, the sleeper couch didn’t have bedding and was stained, the edge of the TV was broken, and the a/c wouldn't turn on. We got it working by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Even then we couldn't adjust the temperature. There was also a weird unexplained hole in the floor that we could feel under the carpet. The inspection on the elevator was two months past due. And at 8:03 AM they were knocking on our door for housekeeping. The food was fine and plentiful.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious. Nice floor plan but in need of updating. Room had a smell about it. We got use to it but wasn’t a fresh smell that some rooms have. Maybe the carpet needs taken out. Breakfast was good. Very close to I-75. That is why I heard faint traffic noise during the night. Close to a reasonably price gas station on the way out to get back on I-75. I would stay there again but hope they have updated by then.

My daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area. We discovered it after being on the road for 11/2 hours. We called and someone had turned it in and they saved it at the front desk. It took a very honest person to do that. Everything from the nice bed to the fresh breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

First the double charged me for the room, even tho I had already paid through Expedia. They said It didn’t show even tho I had a confirmation and paid for insurance. Then, our room was dirty and the pullout bed had some really really bad stains (looked like blood). They gave us another room, which unfortunately didn’t look any better, unfortunately they didn’t have any more rooms available for us so my kids had to sleep on 3 sheets and 2 blankets. If it wasn’t for us being in a car for 12 hours we would have left. We were all exhausted. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!

Our room was average, the bathroom was dated and had some meldew. The check in fellow was very friendly helpful and just down right nice.
The hot tub has been out of service for months.
Omg, breakfast attendant was Extremely rude and the breakfast was horrid. The biscuits were at least two days old and cold. The sausage was just barley done and eggs were nasty too. As someone with diabetes i do not eat all the carb filled items.
We booked this hotel for the hot tub and breakfast.

The room was average- the furniture seemed run down (lots of wear marks on coffee table, missing closet door handle, etc. The beds felt comfortable, however the room was advertised to sleep 6, but no extra pillows or bedding for the pullout couch in the room or closet. We were excited to use the pool area, but it seemed a bit neglected and dirty, and the hot tub was broken- no water in it and the hot tub area was cautioned off.
The hotel has a free breakfast, but the quality of the eggs/ sausage and potatoes were not good at all.

1st room towels had bodily fluids and fecus on them. Toilet wasn't bolted down and tipped when used. Front desk wasn't able to address issue besides moving us into a different room. No management on duty or on call till Monday. The second room drain in bath was slow. During shower one would stand in a foot or more of standing water.

Each year, as “Snowbirds”, driving to FL from MI, Forsyth, GA has always been our stopover spot. We’ve had good success at Comfort Inn & Suites over the years so we tried this one. Not again, the room was invested with lady bugs of all things. The staff was very good to deal with on this issue but it shouldn’t have happened. With so many options, it’ll be easy to pass on this property next year.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC was fine.
Some things were out of order and not being repaired in our 4 days there - including the spa hot tub, ice makers on each floor.
But the breakfast was great, with choices even for me with food sensitivities. There was scrambled eggs and breakfast meat every day along with a wide variety of typical offerings of biscuits, waffles, and cereals, etc. We had a relaxing stay.

In the evening, the first 3 nights, the girl hung out with the employees at the hotel next door. If you needed keys, towels, etc. You had to go next door. I didn't book a room next door! They don't clean the room unless you ask them to. Getting towels was a hassle because you had to go next door. The last 2 nights, an older gentleman was there and he got us what we needed.

The room needs work. It was not a suite by any means. The desk was broken, the shower leaked into the entryway and water smelled like mold. The ice machine was broken and of course was told to go next door. Maybe i should have booked next door. Everything is there including employees!

Horrible places. Staff was sitting and occupied with their phones. We found a blood-stained comforter and blood stains on the wall. We found doorknob holes in the wall. Paint chips everywhere including the bathroom. Bathroom has one set of towels for a double-bed room. The floors were uneven.

Service was terrible. When my husband asked for a new comforter after telling her their were old blood-stains on it, we were told to expect that at hotels in general.

The room wasn't sanitary.

They advertise heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated (or it is and they just didn't have it turned on)and the hot tub was out of service and gross. They did not have any pool towels in the pool area so it was a good thing we had extra towels tjat we brought. The ice machines were down. All of them. We had to walk across the parking lot to the next motel to get ice. Bed was comfy. We chose to stay there for the pool and hot tub. So, that was disappointing. The room was clean but did not smell clean. The telephones were disgusting, the one on the desk looked like it had a years worth of dust on the cord. AC works GREAT! We like to sleep cold so that was a bonus. Linens were good, bath towels and washcloths were good. We liked the set up of the room. Overall its was a good average experience.

Peeling paint and huge stain on mattress.

The first room we went into the bathtub had peeling paint and I have a daughter who has pika and will literally put everything in her mouth and the couch bed had a huge stain went to the front desk and she allowed me to go into three other rooms who had the same exact problem. Try to get a refund from hotels and was told there was nothing that they could do. This place was absolutely disgusting and will never be staying there again.

My son had to sleep on the couch instead of the pull out bed. There were large pee stains and no sheets. Woke up to bugs. Mattresses are thin and noisy. It was either a sauna or freezing. No in between. Once we say the bugs we were out. Left hours before we had planned.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The absolute worst front desk person we have ever come across in all of hotel stays in history. First, it's false advertising when they say they have a hot tub, then you get there and get told it's been broken for a few months. Then you get told that no one under 18 can swim in the pool without supervision so when you say one of the kids is 18 and the other is 17 so they're good to go then you get told that they still need an adult because the rules are posted on the wall, which only says children must be accompanied. Then when you call this person out on the wall thing they say they are calling the cops, which they do and when the cops show up we get told we have to leave. All this after we have paid for the room. Then they would not give us a refund so we were out $115. This front desk woman should not be in a position of customer service and this hotel should be put out of business. Not joking.

My itinerary stated check in was 2:00PM. I arrived at 2:15 and there was no one at the front desk nor anyone to be found on the first floor. A lady came in and said she had rented a room for a party and we would have to go to the Clarion next door and tell them we were here to check in. I was very concerned about security at this point and tried to find a room in another hotel but wasn't successful. There was a sign on the ice machine telling you to go to the Clarion next door for ice also. I was on the 3rd floor. The next morning when I went down there was a very dirty small cloth cooler with a sign saying ice on it. The pool did not look inviting at all so we did not use it. Online at Expedia it stated there was a marketplace there. There was an area for such but everything was empty. The elevator was dirty - floor had not been swept in awhile and there were puddles of water from people leaving the pool. We had to be very careful not to slip on the water puddles. I feel this place was misrepresented on the Expedia website. I wish I had taken picture so I could upload them but I didn't. I could have stayed at the Clarion cheaper but choose Comfort Suites because room entry was inside, however I would have felt more secure at the Clarion. I will not be a returning customer. As a matter of fact I would like to request a partial refund as the property was not as represented.

The only real positive was the convenient location right off of I-75. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel room felt sketchy, none of the ice machines were working, and the coffee—served in an extra small cup—was cold. The bagels tasted stale, and to top it off, no one was at the front desk during checkout. Another employee told me to just leave the keys on the counter, which felt uncertain and unprofessional.

The overall atmosphere felt dirty and uncomfortable, especially knowing it was connected to a sister motel next door that looked even more rundown. There were also quite a few homeless individuals hanging around the area, which added to the uneasy vibe.

The ppace olis affordable but I think ill pay a little.more next time for a better stay. They have a pool and a gym which is great. But the room itself was a bit run down. Damages om walls, a corner was damages also, and the bathroom wasn't swept. When I arrived at 11:30 Pam the front desk lady must have been having a bad day because she has a very bad attitude. Not even my friendly small talk could lighten her mood up. It was very unwelcoming. The computer was messing up but I obviously had more patience to deal with that than she did. But the morning staff was very nice including the lunch lady.
