Waited in line for about 10/15 minutes to check in and there were 2 people in front of me w nobody at the office and bartender didn’t know anything where they were. Overall experience was good breakfast was good room was very clean and bed was comfortable

The white comforter had several stains that looked like fecal matter and there were similar fecal stains on the toilet.

Room was FILTHY! Mold in tub area, toilet paper roll was hanging off the wall, TV did not work, even after several attempts by employee's, was promised a new remote, which never showed up. Room was never cleaned, was told you have to give 24 hr notice to have room cleaned. There were broken balloons, and garbage in the room, windows sills had dust and dead bugs. When the room was finally cleaned, they only made the beds and took dirty towels. Never replaced the towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Never again!

It has the feel of a very outdated hotel. Our room was prepped but I would argue not clean. It smelled like someone had just been in the room and someone came and wiped down counters and removed obvious trash and this was it. The “breakfast” was cereal and they seemed to be out of everything worthwhile at the breakfast station. The bar was surprisingly busy and had a good atmosphere but other than that, the hotel fell pretty flat. I would still reconsider even if it’s a good deal

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient, especially in the morning when we were trying to get ready. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely noisy — loud enough to disrupt sleep — so we had to choose between being too warm or being kept awake.
What made things more frustrating was that our room was next to the outside stairwell, and we could hear people going up and down throughout the night. This wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if the hotel had been fully booked, but it clearly wasn’t, which made the room assignment feel careless.
Overall, the stay was manageable, but these issues definitely impacted our comfort. With a few improvements in maintenance and room allocation, the experience could be much better.

I love the pool perfect for a family outing, also has a bar in the facility, so you can stay safe. And the location has multiple restaurants around, so it has multiple food options.

The pool area was clean but it smelled really musky and had very little chlorine smell. Pool houses usually have more chlorine smell than mold or musky smells. the hotel is big and spacious. lots of grass surrounding if you’re traveling with dogs. rooms are big and clean. my only issue was with checkin. there’s always quite the line at check in time and they only had one staff person. i had an issue with my room (smoke detector battery chirping) and it took a long time to solve. almost 30 mins. that was frustrating. but staff is lovely. they just need more staff.

Breakfast food (eggs) tasted and looked like it was made from powered eggs. The biscuits and gravy was dry and pasty and tasted like cardboard. The shower handle kept sliding down the metal poke so I always had to hold it upright. The towels were yellow and thin and were not comfortable. The small refrigerator was loud and humming loud all night. There was no silence in the room at all. I wouldn't stay there again and I would urge others to seek a room there, also.

There is no elevator! I didnt realize that when booking, or I would've asked for a first floor room. The pool was decently warm, but the room was freezing. Its a long walk from modt of the rooms. The on site bar was closed on a Saturday night. The vending machine only took bills, no change or cards. The breakfast buffett had kids standing over the waffle station and eating, there was no attendant around. But! The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall it is decent.

Refrigerator in room was so loud I had to unplug it when I went to sleep. I booked two rooms for the night for myself and my family and the staff was watching me as if we committed a crime or something. We were in no way over capacity. Staff were rude to us but friendly to other customers.

The room was dusty and gross. Bedding was fresh and clean. Kids ran up and down the hallways to 3 AM even after phone calls to the front desk after a little sleep, we chose to go down for the breakfast which consisted of hard bagels burnt scrambled eggs and a waffle maker that look like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1922. That explains why it was empty down there. I am willing to give this hotel another shot but not for while. Changes need to me made.Used to Be my favorite hotel but they are obviously under new ownership

Great price for a quick trip! We had a room with a king size bed and it wasn't overly large but we were really in it only to sleep so it's just fine. The breakfast is a highlight! There were eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffles, bread choices, cereal, fruit and coffee. The property is quiet and in a very convenient location to highways and restaurants and shopping

I requested maintenance because the shower head would not stay put no one came. I was told by the front desk that they would be there Friday morning, I was there Thursday evening, no one came. Saturday no one came. I told them about it again at the front desk and all I was told, was I don't know why they did not come. It was pretty inconvenient to hold a pretty massively heavy shower head designed for the handicap, remind you I was not handicapped, to try and shower.
Other than that, the breakfast was great, and the bar was extremely affordable and the tender was very polite. I'll go again.
