Clean, efficient hotel good for short stay. It’s conveniently located to a subway station although I’m not sure where that line takes you. Very close to electric town’s vibrant streets. The room is small with only enough space for one suitcase to be open at a time, but there is a desk. Loved the massage chair. The breakfast was not that great but convenient if you have to catch an early departure.

I think this was a pretty solid stay based on the location and price of the hotel room. The staff was excellent and very helpful during the checking in process. The only off putting thing was finding hair, that was not ours, as soon as getting in the room. There was some on the sink and some on the table desk. Finding somebody else’s hair kind of made the room not feel clean imo. I didn’t bother complaining and just sanitized everything. The hotel was a bit smaller than other rooms I’ve stayed in throughout Tokyo, but not surprising. Aside from that, the checking out process was simple and easy.

Location: core Akihabara, on a side of the transit thats quieter. Right next to a station. Room: more spacious than most hotels. I would say in Tokyo $80-90 a night expect a shoe box. Our budget was $120-150 per night, and this was spacious enough to have one luggage out and one tucked away. Both can be tucked away in the closet. Room itself beds are comfy, bath is clean. Overall, room is a little old. But the best of this location, close station 1 min less walk, in core of Akihabara.

Clean and wonderful room as expected! I usually come here when I come to Tokyo. The location is extremely convenient (less than a minute away from JR Akihabara station and a little bit longer to get to subway Akihabara stations) and the area has some good restaurants. Best part was definitely the location. It was right outside the Akihabara train station, and was very close to the main area of Akihabara for checking out all the shops. Location huge plus!

This was my first introduction to the service industry in Japan and they didn't disappoint! Was very happy with the overall service provided.

The room was solid. Booked a small single room and it had what I needed in it, including an extra charger that was nice. Some things were on the very small size. For a westerner over 6' tall, the chairs were too small to bother using. But bed and bathroom were fine if not good.

The biggest downside was the room temperature. It was way too hot, and when I tried to bring the thermostat as low as possible, it was still way too warm, uncomfortably so when I tried to sleep with the only one sheet/cover available.

Me encanto este hotel porque esta bien ubicado. Rapido que sales del hotel tienes la estacion del tren JR al lado y también el subway. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas cerca. Estas en medio de la accion en Electric Town. Las habitaciones son aprueba de ruido. No se escucha el ruido del exterior. Tiene una silla de masaje que la usabamos todos los días. El personal es super amigable y tienen el servicio de enviar las maletas a otros hoteles o aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas ya que es un business hotel pero estuvimos comodos los 5 dias que estuvimos. Pienso quedarme nuevamente en este hotel cuando regrese a Japon.

This hotel sits above the Akihabara Train Station. I heard the trains, but it didn't bother me.The cleaning staff was friendly and they had a practical system for maintaining your room and privacy. This hotel is a business hotel, so even though it's a non smoking building, I could still smell cigarette smoke and there was no way to open a window. The hotel room I was in was only big enough for 1-2 people. There was no where to open a medium suitcase. I had to move the massage chair in order to open my suitcase. There was an inefficient use of space. The space was taken up by way too many cups and promotional cardboard ads. I had to create my own space by putting all the excessive junk in the desk and stacking the cups. Also there were no hooks on the wall to hang coats or bags. I loved the shower, it was like bathing in a waterfall. The view from my hotel room was also incredible. When I first got to the hotel, the free little bottle of water wasn't enough, so I'd get water from the vending machine. All the floors, vending machines were empty within two days. I discovered there's a Lawson's 50 ft. from the hotel.The laundromat was always busy. There's a code to key in on the machine so your clothes don't go missing. The dry cycle eats your 100y coins. Clothes take hours for it to dry. I recommend finding a local laundromat. Don't expect your clothes bone dry. Do laundry in the hotel early afternoon and hang semi dry clothes to dry more in your room while exploring the area.

Overall it’s such a good hotel having the best location if you are into anime, cause it’s attached to Akihabara station.
I found hairs and some stains left in the bathroom and the sink area.

The room itself was small as expected but its cleanliness was outstanding, and was fully equipped with everything you need. The staff were fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed it. Its location right next to the Akihabara station is great for trips around Tokyo and makes getting back to the hotel a lot easier.

Room was very compact, but perfect for me as I travelled solo. I would say the room was overall clean, but had a few spots that needed a bit more attention. Nothing crazy at all though. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The massage chair was actually really nice at the end of a busy day!
The laundry area was extremely busy when I was there, but I ended up noticing you could monitor the machines on the TV in the room.
Staff helped me graciously when I left my room key in the holder in the room.
The price was a big draw for me booking this hotel and I would say it was well worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting stay in Akihabara!

Super convenient. You're right on top of the Akihabara central exit. The bus loop for the airport bus is on the other side of the station, so also super convenient. Wifi is so-so. Laundry on site is okay, typical washer dryer sharp combo units that don't dry very well. There are 2 other laundromats in the area...but they're both at least a 12-15min walk...in opposite directions. Room is quite small...but hey, you're not booking this hotel to lounge in your room....right?

Nice touch was the HDMI extension cable hanging out the of bottom of TV so you can use it with your laptop.

If you put the eco clean sticker on your door they don't actually enter your room but leave bag on a hook outside your door with fresh towels and water etc. Interesting concept that worked for me.

I stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The photos are very deceiving. Our room was extremely tiny, the toilet is 4 steps away from the bed. The room is not well ventilated at all. There was no interaction with staff whatsoever ever, nor was I asked how my stay was when checking out.
On two occasions we placed a tag on the door asking to clean the room, this was very decving as they would only place new towels in a. Reusable dirty bag on your door. They do not clean or change sheets and you are expected to throw your rubbish in the corridor. This was so unsightly and the hotel had a very bad smell.
For the whole building there are only 4 washing machines that barely hold 3kg, your clothes will still not be dried after multiple payments to the machine. I wouldn’t consider this a hotel at all, it was more a lodging. I would not recommend staying here at all. The photos showed a beautiful view from the room, we had a brick wall as a view the whole time…really disappointing, we traveled a long way and was really looking forward to the view. There’s no real service here. Save your money, and book somewhere else

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Tokyo. Clean rooms with a nice shower that has good water pressure. We especially like the massage chair that is in almost every room, it helps after a long day of walking. The hotel is less than a minute walk from Akihabara Station and has many food and shopping options nearby, no need to take a train. Will continue coming back here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. What I liked most was the location—just a short walk from the train station and very close to Dotonbori and major shopping areas.

The hotel is a traditional Japanese ryokan with beautiful tatami flooring, offering a truly authentic experience.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the smell in the hallway and elevator carpets, which I feel could use an upgrade.

Other than that, everything was great! It's a safe and convenient place to stay, especially if you plan to explore Osaka's top sights and shops.
