I booked the superior double room for 4 nights, location is good, staffs are fantastic!
It is an old hotel, thought the room has been renovated, the bath tub drain is slow, but not a big problem consider the price I pay, it still works, just turn the shower faucet not to maximum.

Legit best place I stayed at. Perfect nights, amenities, lighting, good stuff. Only concern was the shower didn't have magnets on the curtain so when you use hot water it gets pulled inwards and that's a bit annoying. But that's like super nit picky stuff. If you're gonna stay inside a lot, I highly recommend (though I didn't lol). If you're not though, you can probably find cheaper options if all you need is a bed, bathroom, and basically a spot to store your luggage. Front desk people chill too.

Bed extremely tiny. Not enough room to sleep. We have not rested at all. They keep changing settings if central aircon so whatever you set, you end up waking up freezing. Fortunately we stayed only for 2 days.

The bed all together was very uncomfortable, the hairdryer was so slow and no outlets were in the bathroom, but there was only one mirror located inconveniently outside of the bathroom where I could dry my hair kneeling on the floor because the cord wasn’t long enough. I tried to control the temperature inside the room but it didn’t let me to do anything, I think it’s simply controlled by the hotel, the small humidifier in the room didn’t do much either. Couldn’t open the windows they were locked, need an update on the tv they are too small.

Budget friendly and comfy

I went solo on my first trip to Japan and made last minute plans for a trip. Looking for a hotel was stressful but then I found this hotel and while it was a bit more being so last minute it was worth it. The location is far enough away from noise and the tourists (there is a little noise at night if you face the street, nothing that isnt normal for a hotel). You can walk 5 min to Akihabara and 5-10 min to a train station, metro and JR. The staff have a little translation device if they need to tell you something that you dont understand. It was very safe - there were people of all ages, old, young, couples, solo travelers. You need a hotel card to go up in the elevator. There is a family mart attached to the hotel, which was where I got so much food and drink and even my first meal in Japan. The room is smaller than American rooms but honestly was big for 1 and prob just enough room for 2. I had a big and small luggage and they fit. Bathroom has a shower tub combo attached to the bedroom which a lot of Japanese hotels do not have. There was a TV, refrigerator, kettle and tea, hairdryer, cords in case you forgot your phone charger, safe for keeping valuables stored, and a desk and chair. They provide pjs (robe) Toothrbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste is provided. There is also a restaurant attached for breakfast and lunch (maybe dinner) but I didnt go during my stay. Across the street is a mall which has a grocery store in the basement. Overall 9/10!!!!!

I tried to explore the downstairs Resturant breakfast before purchasing, but rejected by the lady who served there: I have to pay the ticket before I can see what supposed to be served. I end up with the family Mart grab a couple of breads and milk for the breakfast, which is still very tasty.

While the amenities listed say Air Conditioned, what they fail to mention is the property is centrally heated. I stayed here for two weeks during the end of january which qualifies as winter, so the hotel was being centrally heated. I'm from Seattle and like to keep the tempature around 68-70 when i'm in a hotel. the first night I stayed there it felt like I was sleeping somewhere around 75. I couldn't open the window because it was locked for safety. the next morning I asked the front desk about the AC situation and that's when I was told it was centrally heated and there was nothing I, or they, could do about it. I had them unlock the window so I could at least let cold air in. This seemed fine, until the second night, when directly across the street from the hotel, a store was under construction. So with the window open I was treated to a symphony of jackhammers and rocks being thrown into metal truck beds. At this point, I started to REALLY scrutinize this hotel and picking up every single fault. stains on carpet, everything smelled like cigarette smoke, the room floor were just carpet panels, and some were ungluing or askew. the security card reader in the elevator constantly failed to read your room card sometimes taking 30 tries for it to finally read the card. the entrance to the hotel isn't lit so it's dark at night. i contacted expedia and started looking for new hotels but at that short notice there was limited options and high prices.

i will never stay here again

Overall our stay wasn’t bad. Location was convenient and the direct access to the Family Mart was a life saver. The room was dated with peeling panelling and shades falling apart. Bidet wand was covered in mold. We got the deluxe room which was perfect size for us and 2 young children.

I stayed 8 days and I need to changed the key 3 days due to not working, even the elevator need the key, but the key is not worked.

I complained this, but they just reissued key. that's it. Later it happended again.

I was frustrated their service.

Great location to the Sola Academia testing center. It was walking distance to the center. Since it is a business district many of the shops and restaurants shut down so no late night meals. The room was very tiny, hot and stuffy despite the humidifier being on, but it was very clean, connected to a Family Mart and had a lot of amenities. I would come back because of the price and location.

It's relatively close to Tokyo station. A convenience store is located on the main floor. A drug store, grocery stores are across the street. You can walk to Akihabara. Staff is very helpful. The room is nice and clean.

This place was a 7 minute walk to the Akihabara area, and when we checked out, we were able to keep our bags there for free while we checked out the area, so that was greatly appreciated. Rooms are a little dated, but still clean so that's good.

Standard size room(don’t expect too big if you are a big dude), staffs are extreme friend, I skipped the breakfast option, but I saw almost full house every morning in the breakfast buffet, clean place clean room as expected. Staff: Ultimately the staff were the best part of my stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! They let us keep our luggage there for a few hours after check out and lent us umbrellas for the rainy days.

Amenities: There was a Family Mart downstairs with a connecting door from the lobby making it easy to grab food/coffee

Location: Right outside of the main Akihabara area. About a 10 min walk on average to many different train lines.

Cons:

Space: typical of a Japanese business hotel the space is small but not as small as other hotels I’ve visited. It was fine for us two but might not be suitable for families.

Honestly not many cons about this place. Would stay again!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area - which is great for getting around Tokyo. The facility itself feels a little dated... it'd be nice if they did an update. For this reason, I feel that the rates are generally 10% or 20% higher than what I would expect or generally be willing to pay for lodging in that area. I will probably stay there again, but only when there are decent deals.

The hotel was well located for access to Akihabara and subway/bus. Room was small but cozy with sleeping robes and other amenities. Having a Family Mart on the first floor was very useful and we utilized it daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel to stay. Rooms are small, but comfortable. The hotel has a family mart outlet so daily needs are easily met. The breakfast has some some component of the continental fare in the predominantly Japanese kind of food. It is conveniently located. WiFi was free in all areas.

The hotel is fairly modern. The cleanness and staff helpfulness were top-notch. The room is small by North American standards, but relatively big to other comps in Tokyo. The location is great (i.e. close to many train stations). They even hold onto your luggage upon request after check-out free-of-charge.

Our only complaint for this whole trip is the lack of reliable internet. Our internet was pretty much unusable 90% of the 7 nights when we were there. This was particularly problematic when I had urgent matters to sort out that required the Internet. I wish the staff could have made our experience better instead of simply blaming on the fact that there are many guests using the internet in the later half of each day.

Very nice standard size room, very close to the metro station, 8 mins walk to JR station. There is a 24/7 7-11 right next to the hotel, so very convenient to get late night snacks. It's also only a 10-15 mins walk to the anime city, Akihabara! Will definitely come back to this hotel :)

The beds are way too smal compared with other Japanese chains but most importantly the service was pretty lousy. We had a broken suitcase and we had no means of disposing it. The front desk was going to charge us and made a huge fuss. What would you do if your a tourist with little to no resources.

Kinda ridiculous stance to take given we had booked three rooms for three nights. They also didn’t do the housekeeping per what was requested. I wouldn’t stay there again as the service was so poor it negated anything good about them. Consider Mets or APA or sotestu chains instead.

The hotel was excellently located in central Tokyo, with a 7 minute walk to Akihabara. There was easy access to Ochanomizu, Shin-Ochanomizu, Akihabara and Kanda stations which made exploring the rest of Tokyo easy.
The room was clean and the bed was a good size. The one thing to be aware of is that the semi-double room that I was in had some coat hangers and hooks, but did not have a full wardrobe. This wasn't an issue at all, but be aware that if you're planning a longer stay then you'll be living out of your suitcase.
The room was nicely cleaned and the hotel provided plenty of amenities. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English.

There is also a small family-mart found in the hotel lobby which was very convenient.

Would definitely consider this hotel again!

We actually paid and booked for 2 twin rooms months before the trip. To our surprise, we were told days before arriving at the hotel that the hotel ran out of twin rooms. We were out of options as we were already in Japan at another leg of the trip in Japan.

The hotel also failed to let me know if there was a room or not now that they ran out.

We were eventually given double rooms (which meant sharing a single bed) instead of 2 single beds for the twin. Yes the price bracket could have been the same but it was not what I had paid for. The hotel did nothing to try to compensate for the mistake but just took it as ‘oops, too bad’

Be warned of this hotel as it will not hesitate to bump you out of your room even if you had pre paid!
