It was alright for what you pay. Beds and pillow are as hard as a rock though and there’s no ventilation in the pods so it gets super hot. There’s also no common area to chill or make food or tea which I found disappointing.
Everything’s clean and well kept though and super close to train station so that was very handy.

Stayed just to experience & check off my bucket list. The hotel was ok, clean & a good capsule to stay in because it was all women only. They don’t have a big locker to store your medium or big size luggage, so make sure to just bring your carry on. Very loud night from people outside drinking, as well as inside, but they provide earplugs. If you’re a light sleeper like me & has a bad back, I suggest not to stay here or any capsule hotel. LOverall I’m happy I got to experience my 1st capsule hotel at 9hr nine Kanda.

Very good location in Tokyo, extremely clean and tidy. They provide you with soap, shampoo etc, slippers, hairdryer, towels and even Pyjamas! You can even ask for a different size. Capsule itself is as it is - a capsule, but I surprisingly slept very well.
Very friendly stuff personnel.
I didn’t like that there’s little space to rearrange things in suitcase / open close it. But it’s because the building is so small.

This hotel was very clean and staff are very friendly help is available around the clock. The concept is very fun and clean as well, highly recommend unless you are a light sleeper as it can get a bit noisy when people wake up due to the share sleeping arrangement, but very well kept facilities, showers are nice and they give you towels and pyjamas and slippers!

I would say it would be nice if more stools were added to the shower/bathroom floor as there are many girls in the morning who need to use the room to get ready but there’s not enough seating options available. Or mirrors? :)

Very nice space to stay. Quiet and safe, and very clean. The only thing that I wish was different was the checkout time (every day checkout). Every day you had to leave the facility from 11-3. I wish this was different (maybe a bit later) or non-existent. Also I think a lounge/eating space would be helpful, as I found myself wanting to eat, or just hangout, but could not do so within the pos due to noise and eating restrictions. Overall, this place was a 4/5, as everything I needed was provided, people were friendly, and the pod served its purpose.

Loved this location! First time in Japan and I was traveling solo. Decided to experience a capsule hotel and was excited to find a woman only one. Immediately booked it and I wasn’t disappointed.

You are given a locker to store your things and anything that doesn’t fit, the staff store it in the front desk area and have eyes on it the whole time. The staff are friendly and informative about the property and rules.

The capsule floors are incredibly quiet. Great for relaxation and rest. Note for those that are light sleepers, these capsules aren’t sealed. The door is a blind that pulls down, so you may hear people walking around or snoring (if earplugs aren’t your thing).

The communal showers were always clean. And even when busy there’s an area to wait or you can relax in your pod before trying again.

The whole facility was very warm, which was great because during my stay the weather was cold and rainy. I was never uncomfortable and was pleased with my stay.

The location is very close to a metro station to easily get around Tokyo. And there were tons of restaurants in the nearby area, you are spoiled for choice.

Would book again.

The pods were really cool and we felt like we were on a spacecraft but outside the sounds from the street felt like the spacecraft was going down haha. The worst place I've stayed in 10 years of travel!
It felt more like a prision than a hostel. No kitchen, no communal area, no place to sit.
My booking was for 5 nights yet, I was forced to COMPLETELY check out of my pod EVERY day by 10:00 am & was not permitted to re-enter until 2:00 pm.
Everyone was expected to separate the contents of the amenities bag each morning & place it in the respective bins The floor in the guest sleeping pods area was NOT cleaned ever day...black floors show every speck of dust.
The lights in the bedrooms were turned on EVERY morning at 8:00 am. Announcements were made EVERY morning at 9:45 telling guests that they had to be out by 10:00 am. Absolutely NO accomodation was made during days where it was POURING rain.
Absolutely horrible place to stay!

It's a good place to stay if you don't need a lot of space and you're looking to do Tokyo on the cheap. It's right next to the Kanda train station, which gives you easy access to everything. There's a 7-11 right around the corner for an convenience items you might need. Bring your own pillow, though.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower facilities were shared and in excellent condition (the hotel provides body wash/shampoo/conditioner), fresh towels/toothbrush/sleepwear/slippers provided daily.

The sleep pods were fun! You have your own charger and light switch, and the rooms the pods were in were quiet and clean.

The locker spaces are easy to navigate, and my oversized baggage that didnt fit in the lockers were kept safe at reception with no issue at all.

The whole hotel has a no talking/quiet policy that means no matter what time you sleep, you aren't disturbed by noise (but if youre travelling in a group/pair, you might want to bear this in mind). If you plan on eating/relaxing, there is a table at the end of the bathroom available to sit at.

It's right next to Kanda station and made it so convenient to navigate - it's one stop away from the main Tokyo station and about 30-40 minutes from the Shibuya/Harajuku area. Akihibara was walkable from the hotel.

I found that the surrounding area felt pretty safe, but then I was only really exploring it on my way back from Kanda station. There was a starbucks a 3ish minute walk away, and a very useful 7-11 round the corner.

As a solo female traveller that doesnt speak much Japanese, this hotel was an absolute dream. While it would have been nice to have a social space/relaxation space, the location and price make this unbeatable for convenience.

Great location, right by the station. It is a busy area so you can hear the noise inside. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. Place was clean and perfect if you need a place just to sleep. Lots of choices in restaurants and affordable. Cost wasn't bad since it was only gor a night. I didn’t feel claustrophobic but some people may not be conforable with it. Washroom and shower were clean and amenities was included.

The staff are great, quick to help with questions. My only complaint is the pillow, it's flat and uncomfortable but the pods are spacious and cozy.

This stay was great! They provided everything from towels, to a toothbrush, and even pjs. It is a very short walk from Akihabara and there is a train station a block away so there is a lot to do around the area. I will say the capsule walls are pretty thin. I heard a lady snoring throughout the night, but that's to be expected. Would book here again!

Cool experience staying in a capsule hotel. Capsule hotels are a little more inconvenient than a regular hotel because the sleeping pod is on a different floor as the shower room + the locker room (where you keep your luggage). Plus, you do hear everything in the pod so if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up early by people coming/going. That being said, I was definitely glad to have the experience!

It was a very small nine hours hotel.
This was my third nine hours experience and I’d say that the Kanda nine hours is alright when compared to the other two (Sendai, Namba).

[SIZE AND NOISES]
It was quite small (especially compared to Namba) but they used the small spaces well by building upwards. This made noises of people getting ready and drying their hair less of a problem (unlike the Sendai nine hours where you could hear people drying their hair).

[FLOORS]
The reception and lockers (and one sink + one bathroom) were on the first floor; showers, sinks, hair dryers and one bathroom were on the second floor; and the rest (3 to 7) were sleeping capsules with 2 toilets.

[LOCKERS]
The Lockers were very small and were half the sizes that I’ve seen in other nine hours so I just about managed to fit everything but there were many people who had their large luggage kept at reception.

[SHOWERS AND BATH]
I was surprised by the fact that they actually had a bath tub in one of the showers but when I looked inside, I wasn’t sure if it’ll be relaxing to take a bath in there 😅

[CHECK IN, CHECK OUT]
As always, you have to check out everyday even if you’re staying for more than one night. You can check in from 1pm and have to check out at 10am. I did see some people having difficulties checking out at10am (sometimes incl me).

[OVERALL]
Just like other nine hours hotels, it was clean, minimalistic and a very good quality of service & facilities for the price!

Overall, it is very money for value choice with good location and facilities. Just take 2 mins walk from Kanda station. The pod is comfortable while unavoidably the sleep is interrupted with guests coming in and out occasionally. One suggestion of their amenities. Surprised that no cups are provided for teeth brushing . I just managed to do so with my own bottle.

For the same price, just stay at any hostel that is recent and modern. All hostels I've been to in Japan had \"pod-like\" beds, but cheaper prices and better amenities. (9 hours didn't even have space for luggage and would leave it out at reception in front of the entrance. There is no common room nor kitchen (of course I was aware of this, but the point is you can get more at any other hostel and they have the same clean, pod-like experience. I would suggest staying here only if you are staying for one night and have a carry-on luggage and nothing else.

Interesting concept. Capsule beds weren't that sound proof so still had to deal with snoring like in a hostel (but at least this location was women only). Showers and lockers were excellent. And next level cleanliness. They give you a towel, pjs, slippers and toothbrush for your stay. This was a great location next to Kanda station. Good for sleep and shower which is what the nine hours concept is all about.

For the price, it was a nice stay and close to the train station. Considering it was our first hotel after a non-stop flight and the hour train ride to Tokyo, it was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. I'd definitely stay again for convenience sake as it's near many convenience stores and other places to get food, as the dining table in the shower area is very small.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check in, nice and clean and located in a convenient area. Wifi and amenities provided. Only thing is eating area (if you bring your own food) is either the locker room or at the end of the bathroom which (personally) are both awkward places to eat. I only stayed one night, but if you stay multiple nights, you have to check out/in daily.

This capsule hotel was very convenient, 1 minute walk from Kanda station. We loved it here. It was our first time trying a capsule hotel and I would definitely do it again. if you are a light sleeper, you may not like it. You will hear people snoring or moving around. The temperature in the capsule was just right. Very clean facilities. Lockers are half size so you will have to check with reception to see where you can store bigger luggage; we had backpacks so it was fine. The price is great for Tokyo!

シャワールームも複数あり、狭いながらも機能的、シャンプー・トリートメント・ボディソープは完備、特に問題無しです。

空きがあったように見えましたが出入り口すぐの部屋で人が出入りする度にうるさかったです。また尋常ではない鼾をかいている人がいて更にうるさかったです(これはホテルの問題ではないので仕方ない)。ホテル側の対応としては耳栓があるくらいです。
シャワー室はたくさんありますが一度使用したシャワーは水浸しで髪の毛も排水溝に詰まっているので見るのも嫌で使用しませんでした。チェックイン直後と早朝は誰も使用しておらず綺麗なようです。
唯一飲食できる場所にあるテーブルは油が付いておりこちらも使用しませんでした。
ホテル側の問題だけではなく、汚しても拭かなかったりゴミもきちんと捨てなかったり客層の問題もあるのではないかと思いました。

予約をして宿泊前にいくつか不明点があったので、アプリから問い合わせをすると、すぐにお返事があり対応が早く丁寧で良かったです。
その分、期待をして宿泊に向かったのですが、荷物を預ける時・チェックインの時とスタッフの方の表情が硬く、淡々とこなす雰囲気に少し圧倒を受けてしまいました。
宿泊中は、様々な年齢層•海外の方も利用されてるので仕方のない事ですが、夜中に何度もドアを大きい音で開閉したり、携帯のアラームを大きい音でかけて寝てる方、ドライヤーを陣取って使う若い方…。カプセルホテルでお得に泊まれるので致し方ないと思いつつも、限度・マナーがあるのでは？と感じるほどです。
人手不足もあり全ての対応は大変かと思いますが、みんなで利用している場ということが分かるような対策•対応を検討して頂けると、今後も泊まりに利用に来たいと思えます。よろしくお願いします。

カプセルの中では飲食できないけど、自分の空間が持てるのがいい。

カプセルの入り口はドアじゃないのでイビキとかは聞こえる。

女性だけの施設なので安心感もあり、機会があればまた泊まってみたいと思った。
シャワー、トイレ、ロッカー全てが清潔感があり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがとてもいいにおいでした。

シャワーブースも5室？ぐらいあったけど時間により満室になってることもあった。
駅から近いし、入り口出たら飲食店もたくさんでした。

女性1人で食べに行くって感じのところではなかった。
タバコは吸うところないです。
