Well originally I wanted to give it a 1 star, location - it’s far away from everything, a 4 star hotel had black mold, not working safe, WiFi, outlets, the place is not up kept and outdated, however the front desk lady was amazing. Surprisingly as service in Thailand often is mediocre. She went above and beyond to get out of our reservation and concerned about our complains. She upgraded us for free to a beautiful newer room, but it had black mold. Also when I booked the taxes and fees weren’t shown, to my surprise they were as much as room rates ( usually it’s only 7-10%) but it was too late.

This hotel location is far away from anything. The bathroom sink is design badly that you have to be at least 7 foot tall to reach it. Bad ergonomic to say the least.

We (me wife and daughter) stayed for 5 nights. Our original booking was for a Studio (Triple) but after
we settled into the room we realized the air conditioning was not working. After notifying the front desk the maintenance man was there within minutes to troubleshoot, When he determined it would take too long to repair we had to change rooms but they gave us an upgrade Suite for the rest of our stay. Breakfast buffet was good and unlike most places they stayed open til 11am. The hotel was hard to find because it is kind of out of the way of main roads. Staff was friendly, pool and gym was good. Wi fi had good signal throughout.

Quiet Service Hotel. Very big area.

I book a big suite for my family with 3 rooms.
Your website said for 6 to 8 persons.
I registered 6 adults and did not registered my younger son.

The hotel insists i must pay 750baths for 1 more person.
I response that i pay premium rate why should i?
No payment no stay.

I am absolutely not happy.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front gate and no one to greet arriving guests in the drop off area. After carrying my luggage around awhile looking for the lobby, I attempted to telephone the hotel number on my reservation email – BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!
I called Expedia and they directed me to building C, my call was interrupted by a security guard who asked me my room number and I said I didn’t have one yet; he ordered me to leave the property immediately! I did not leave and finally found the lobby and was informed they had no one bedrooms. They offered me a 2 bedroom but said I would have to move after the first night – I refused.
The room was dirty and dated– the showers were filthy and I had to clean before I took a shower. The internet didn’t work well. There are several glasses in the room, but all are miniscule. The air conditioning is not effective and you must stand within a few feet of the unit before the remote control works. Toilets don’t flush properly. Electric outlets in the bedroom are only accessible if you move the beds around. I didn’t get room service on the day I was here; I was in the room for an hour and apparently that was my designated time so was not serviced. This is the only hotel in the room that doesn’t provide a bar of soap. I went to the desk and asked about soap – she gave me shampoo and bath wash – not nearly the same thing as soap. The pool is half finished. Hotel in the middle of nowhere

A good hotel for families with a great pool

I was staying at the LK Legend with my family. Like other LK hotels I have stayed in previously the room was very large having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional toilet. The living area was also a good size and contained a sitting area with sofa and arm chair, dining table for 4 people and a good sized kitchenette. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard

The very large swimming pool was excellent with good sized shallow area for young children and a large deeper area for those who actually want to swim. The pool and surrounding areas were tidy and well maintained.

Like all hotels I have stayed in when visiting Thailand, the maintenance tends to be reactive and not proactive and we did need to visit reception a couple of times regarding issues with the room. However, everything was dealt with promptly and politely. I knocked one point off of the condition score because I think a thorough check of the room prior to our arrival would have spotted these problems.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a range of food from Thai to continental pastries available each morning.

There were two things that detracted from the stay: Firstly the onsite restaurant and pool bar was closed for our entire stay. Secondly the hotel is situated on a very narrow but busy road. This made walking to the many nearby street food sellers and shops tricky and potentially dangerous with young children.

All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would happily stay again.

Appears to be nice from the website, but it isn't!

Pool great.
Staff most of them miserable.
Cleaning staff always looking to cut corners and one day didn't bother to clean our room at all.
Breakfast very average if not below average for the money we paid per night for four of us.

wonderful hotel with large pool.

wonderful experience hubby and i celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and we were so glad we picked L K LEDGEN. Close to major shopping centre just a short walk down a very busy narrow street but the atmosphere was exciting. They organized a tour for us and airport pick up and return was on time. The staff was very friendly and we also made new friends from all over the world who happen to stay there every year aroound the same time for the past 15 years so we are thinking about going back as well. We were also upgraded from a studio room to a superior room we were so happy.

Second visit to this hotel and wish to visit again

Tucked away in a quiet back street, this hotel is super for small or large groups. It is spacious and has a lovely pool area. The WiFi is a little slow however the staff are super and keen to please. The breakfast was fine and relatively healthy. Thanks a bunch.

Quiet hotel, but far from city.

Located far from the bustling city, the hotel is a quiet, tranquil place. However, this meant that we sacrificed convenience for quietness, a trade off that not everyone would like to make.

The bedded family room was big with two king and two queen beds, enough for an extended family to live in. The three toilets also meant that we did not have to wait for each other to shower, saving us time.

I spent eleven nights at the Legend and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and this was only spoilt on checking out when a non regular receptionist said that I hadn't paid my laundry bill. I knew I had but this reception \"lady\" kept insisting I paid (again!)
I refused, but this put a damper on my departure from such a good hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Poll was nice. Very ibcobvenient for transport. It is away from the beach. Each taxi trip (one way was 300 Bhat)
Was not satisfied with tge internet access as it was only available in the lobby.

Good Location, very central. Beautiful apartments. Lovely pool. However, Gym equipment & some of the fixtures in the apartment were badly in need of repairs. The french windows in a couple of rooms could not be locked. The shower cubicle door sealant leaked water into the whole bathroom floor..... So I would say Maintainence - needs great improvement. The Buffet Breakfast Hall could do with some insect zappers to prevent flies from feasting on the salads. Overall the staff were nice & the beautiful surroundings made up for these short-comings. Pleasant stay!

If all else fails try this hotel

Room was clean, but balcony had not been swept or washed in months.
Cleaning staff constantly forgot to leave soap and towels
Breakfast was disappointing. Tables were not cleared, staff sat around chatting, and food choice was poor.
Internet was unavailable 1 day and nothing done to fix it. Had to wait 2 hours before techician arrived to me that I'net could not be repaired.
One of the best features, the pool bar was closed on our second day, during the busiest part of the year.
Reception staff polite but cold in attitude, very uncommon for Thais.
Total lack of senior management visible.
Checked out at 6am, nobody on reception. Fortunately room prepaid, otherwise would have missed airport shuttle.
Inadequate number of sun beds around pool.
Security door by lift permantly open.

As soon as we arrived,after a 14 hr drive to the hotel,id asked where the toilets were,i was very rudly told \"over there\".this made us think \"whats more to come\".the hotel could be very nice if it was throughly cleaned.the breakfast buffet was more for dinners and cold,we ate out all the time.it looks pretty in the pictures ,which do not show close ups.this hotel had 3 buildings,the main lobby (where we were staying) had no bar,no entertainment.at the security gate they could not tell us were the lobby was(strange).

Overall the stay at the LK was great. The staff was not friendly but they were not unfriendly (teaching moment for the LK management). There is something going on with the hot water in the shower. It will last for the first two minutes then it will leave you for one minute than it will return. It is consistent weather you shower day or night. I thought is was kind of funny, not a deal breaker so I adjusted how I rinse, lather, wash and rinse. After an active night or day in Pattaya you will appreciate coming home to the LK.

overall the hotel was good and beautiful. but not good services. include breakfast but not good staff in breakfast buffet table. time was 7am to 11 am. and if you go for breakfast 10:30am staff say no breakfast. the reception staff not good. no service for room clean. very bad experience this time i stay only 3days in this hotel. after i change hotel. and wish never being again in this hotel. and recomend to everyone never again. 2 reason no. 1 tooooooo far from beach ... and no 2 reception staff not good infact very poor.

nice deco hotel room ONLY

we stayed in 2 bedroom suite room. the overall and cleanliness of the room was excellent. the cons came when we tried to check for wireless service. we were in block B & although wireless service was complimentary, we could not enjoy it at all because we were told by the hotel staff that block B was too far from the router therefore wireless cannot be detected. sigh! So we have no choice but to use the lanwire insisted which was pretty troublesome. the nightmare was totally no hot shower although there is heater. Apparently, i think the heater was faulty (although technician came & tried to fix up) and we were not offered to switch to another room. Hotel location is not fantastic either, we have to rely on our own van transportation to ferry us therefore I don't think i will stay there again.

Fantastic looking Condo's not much atmosphere, only 10 mins walk to main road. Very comfortable 2 bed apartment but couldn't use the phone in the room for dialing out and no one could dial in. The rooms were minimally cleaned every day, staff didn't speak English. Breakfast fantastic with huge variety. Pool lovely and big with good gym. V V quiet maybe a bit too quiet.

Very serene environment ... a must to experience!

Very nice place... we thought the hotel is not as good as we expect it to be given it's narrow road on their way. However, as we approached the gate entrance alone... everything changes. It is a place so quite, nice and very beautifully arranged buildings and landscaped perfectly to suit as a vacation place worth remembering. The rooms are neatly done and decorated. The only thing we find hard with was to speak clearly with staff knowing that only few of them speak English well. But totally with their accommodation and hospitality... we should recommend the place... You've got to try for yourself by staying there!

the hotel was very clean with good service. breakfast included a large variety to choose from. the hotel was about a 10 min walk to the main street which you can grab a cheap taxi to walking street which wasnt too far. the hotel didnt have a lot in the surrounding area but did the trick and more for how much you pay. you will not have a problem with the hotel itself.

Where Legends are made!

Me and 5 friends stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex suite and were blown away. The pictures look good but do not do it justice. It is huge, 2 floors and stunning set out inside. You really feel like you have got a steal for the price you have paid as it would cost 4 times more if it were in London. Excellent pool with a decent restaurant on site as well. I've read a couple of reviews that it's hard to get taxi's and that it's out of the way, that's a joke as there are taxi bikes outside the 7 Eleven next door and you can be in walking street in 5 mins.

I will be staying hear again!

On the whole, not a bad place to stay

Positive points: Good gym,very nice pool, pretty good restaurant (although some effort needs to be made to keep the breakfast buffet food warm), rooms a good size, pleasant (but nor very energetic) staff, public areas very pleasant, and convenient location.
Negatives: Very poor customer service (place needs someone in charge who actually listens to customers and train staff to be responsive to customer needs.), constantly failing internet connections, and thin walls between rooms.

Hotel is good, clean and nice, the hotel resturant is quite small, a little bit far from down town, but a lot of taxi / moto cycle just ouside the hotel about Baht 40. takes about 3 mins to get there if no traffic jam.

On the surface, the hotel is like an oasis. Beautiful pool; nice layout, modern facilities. Once you're lured in however, your oasis becomes a mirrage. The room was visibly clean but the bathroom surfaces were layered with scum. The shower never shut off and the hot water was unreliable. The walls were thin enough to hear the 'activities' in the next rooms. The staff was very loud when tramping through the halls and the restaurant food was mediocre at best.

The surrounding neighborhood is pure ghetto although the people are very friendly. It's a LONG way to any beaches and any night life worth mentioning. Shopping is non-existent unless you can make it through a Thai market with no English speaking people.

To sum it up: not worth the money

This hotel was a real find. Very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. Nice pool and good Gym. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is quite a way from the main attractions but because of this is much quieter. I am looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

The hotel is located in a tucked away place. Taxis had a difficult time locating the place. Ask for a business card and have the receptionist write the directions in Thai.

My first impression is that the hotel is beautiful. Very clean front area. Nice pool. Apparently this place is a condominium and in the process of sales they're making it a hotel. So, the staff doesn't appear to be trained to run it as a hotel. The front spoke very little English and they were unable to help us with tours and transportation. We kept getting sent to different parts of the hotel to find transportation. They couldn't even arranged a taxi to Pattaya beach for us. Overall, very poor customer service.

Our room was clean. It was equipped with a fridge and microwave. The ac was loud. Had a difficult time sleeping due to the noise. The shower had weak water pressure and the water was either too hot or too cold. At the night, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. YUCK!

First impression a 4 star hotel, but really a 2 1/2 to 3 star hotel.

Dont trust [...] map on this hotel

I was staying Miracle suite where is under management of LK, because of bad location of hotel, I moved to this hotel(LK legend) also managed by LK. Oh, no, not again!!! the hotel shown on the orvitz map is right at the beach but the truth is 5-10 minute away by mopad/tuk tuk. I was so frustrated by the location of hotel. other than that, the hotel itself is great. Well, your choice...

파타야 바다에 있는 호텔들은 가격이 쫌 있으나, 여긴 올드 타운이라 걸어서 20~30분내에 편의시설이 인근에 편의점이 다수 있어 이용하기가 용이합니다. 가성비대비 훌룡하다고 생각듭니다. 다만 너무 더워 걸어다니기가 곤혹스럽지만 현지음식이 안맞으시면 주변 빅씨나 빅씨익스트라를 이용하여 음식들을 테이크아웃하여 리조트에서 드시는걸 추천드립니다.

我住的是複式三房套，地方很大，泳池乾淨而且很大，周圍亦乾淨，影相很美麗，但是每天清潔房間都沒有補充梳洗沐浴用品，每房只得一支牙刷，一支沐浴露，其他都沒有，第二天用完得一間房有補結，其他兩間房都沒有，早餐沒有什麼選擇，而且不好吃

非常好的酒店！

整體都非常好，唯一不足是離沙灘和市中心有點遠，不太方便，但十分鐘腳程就有大型超市和商場，附近也有地道的車仔檔！

バイクがあれば

サードロードからかなり奥に入ります
バイクがあれば大丈夫です
プールも大きく　部屋も綺麗ですし
トレーニングジムもいいですが
朝食は終了時間前にいくと
品数がありません
大陸のツアーが多いですが
以外に静かでした
パタヤ慣れした　バイクのあるひとには
お薦めです

Hotelli homeessa, ensimmäiset oireet alkoivat tunnin sisällä. Työntekijät mukavia, auttoivat heti vaihtamaan hotellia (vaihdoimme LK President, joka hyvä emmekä maksaneet ylimääräistä). Hotellilla oli iso allasalue ja huoneet, tosin tässä tapauksessa ne eivät auttaneet mitään.

Très bon séjour, très bon hôtel propre.

C’est la deuxième année que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. L ’hotel est très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et très serviables. J’ai passé un agréable séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuse , propre et confortables, le ménages est fait chaque jours.

Restaurang och bar var stängt halva vår vistelse tid, wi-fi fungerade inte överallt som lovat.
Personalen på frukosten kunde kanske se liiiite glada ut.

Découverte d'un LK ,clientèle Chinoise ,un autre monde ,les Farangs au revoir ...
Chambre OK . Wifi moyen ,service nul ,propreté OK ,petit déjeuner Bof ...
Une expérience suffit ( 23 jours ) , pas possible d'obtenir un départ tardif vers 17H00 ..pas vu de responsable voire la patronne ..

Хороший отель.

По вечерам на территории отеля бегают крысы....поэтому сидеть у бассейна или купаться очень не приятно . Завтраки однообразные. Яйца,хлеб,арбуз. Больше там есть нечего .
Персонал не любезный.( На завтрак специально включали кондиционеры на всю мощь, чтобы люди там не задерживались. При просьбе выключить. -начинали нервно орать.)

Chambre spacieuse et propre . Ménage quotidien , personnel pas agréable , hôtel mal situer , prévoir de louer un scooter. Après il y a une grande surface a moins 1km, la plage à moins de 2km et les bars et boîte 4km.

Veel luidruchtige chinezen.

Lk legend is een mooi complex van 3 gebouwen met vaste bewoners en tevens hotel gedeelte. De kamers zijn klassiek ingericht, maar wel ruim. De 6 nachten dat wij er waren was het zwembad onder renovatie. Wij konden dus geen enkele keer zwemmen.
Ook wordt het hotel bezocht door grote groepen chinezen.
Deze zijn erg luidruchtig, slaan met de deuren en schreeuwen hard. Zorgt voor veel overlast savonds laat en s morgens vroeg.
Op zich prima hotel, maar een week lang het zwembad buiten gebruik dat kan echt niet.
