Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Only slight downsides were lack of handrails at top section of each flight of stairs (lifts were available), and bath side a bit high for older customers to climb over. But overall a really nice hotel.

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a good location with a couple of malls nearby and the historic center and other sites are only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Best Western Vilnius is a good place to stay while visiting Vilnius.

2) Very poor quality of housekeeping
3) No spa, health club, swimming, or jacuzzi. Zero. They claimed the health club was 'under repair.' Unacceptable!
4) The front lounge has ugly and greasy sofas.
5) No tour service desk; no concierge
6) No garden to walk in.
7) The property is old
8) The shower area has no slip resistance flooring
9) The shower area has no grab bars, no place to keep soap!
10) Rooms were small. Not enough space to keep luggage.
11) Very poor restaurant service.

The only good part was that Reception was helpful to some extent. Also, the breakfast was good.

Good and abundant breakfast and clean room. Very close to the White Bridge and not far from the city center. The staff speaks English. Currently, there are several constructions in this part of Vilnius and outside the hotel, which, in my opinion, will improve greatly the area once they are finished.

Great location hotel.

We arrived wuite late all the hotel parking was used but we found free parking close by, the check in was quick as we pre paid, the room was comfortable with the strange exception of having 2 single quilts on a double bed which was 2 single beds put together to make a double, the room was clean and had everything needed for our over night stay, breakfast was amazing with a huge variety to chose from, checking out was simply putting the key card in a basket. Was a pleasant stay.

Not my first time in this hotel but returning customer. Great breakfast with a large choice of everything you can wish hot or cold with some excellent local specialities. Very good position, close to a large choice of restaurant and shopping center. I will definitely come back.

Generally Hotel is ok. Few unpleasant things: 1) 2 receptionists were busy by their phone talks. One of them had a private call via cellphone. Start of check in waiting time 7-10 min. 2) Hotel has not so good level of sound insulation. Normally you should expect to hear snoring/coughing very well in the next room. Positive things: dedicated free parking, room is very good equipped, check out was very quick and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean though overall the hotel could do with new carpets and decor in the rooms. It would be nice if they could expand what is available in the fitness room and pool area. It is described as having a spa but this is actually just a sauna. The location is good.

Location is great surroundings lots of restaurants, easy transportation even town has Uber service. The BW had great buffet breakfast every day. During first stay find spyder and next day spyder and crakes. The crakes was claw to my face as soon as I turn off lite. Spyder webs all over next morning another next day killed 2 spyders one of them was big one. I informed that during I stayed but never take care problems. Also parking spot were short so you should be early. I wish in the they have safe box.

Great room, though Fitness Centre needs upgrades

Amazing room, great view to the old town. Room's minibar stocked. However, the bathroom was a bit too hot and grout in between the titles needs cleaning or refreshing. Fitness Centre extremely sad, I would not consider 1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 chest fly and 1 leg press with a few dumbbells a fitness centre. The swimming pool was a bit small too. Could scrap out the pool completely and extend the gym area. Though, if you are creative it could do the job for general fitness. Wifi extremely fast, though some ports were blocked, good for news reading, youtube and emails only.

The property is very close to the old city and its various museums and attractions - a short walk on a sunny day. It is also close to a major shopping mall if that is your main purpose for visiting! The rooms are basic but comfortable. However, I couldn’t locate BBC World on the TV despite its being listed as Channel 12. Bathroms are basic but spotlessly clean. If you like your own bar soap and shampoo bring them both because this is all-purpose-gel dispensing country! The restaurany is very good - basic breakfast with lots of choice in the buffet. Scrambled egg as an option would be nice.

I had a quick 2-day visit in Vilnius. Markets and the old town were relatively close (just a 10-20 min walk). The staff was nice and the buffet type breakfast contained various of foods from omelets to berry cakes.
The one thing that bothered me was a noise that came from the staff elevator which was close to my room. But overall, it was very quiet. I also had some issues with the WiFi connectivity in the evening for about 1-2 hours when I had to reconnect after every 5-10 min to get the connection.
To summarize, if you are in a quick visit or you spend most of the time exploring Vilnius, it is a quite comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Lousy service in the restaurant - 20% full and you have to seek out the vaitors to get a table and again when ordering.
Tiny elevators in a high rise building, so you can wait forever to get anywhere

I stopped twice here for 3 months, each time for one week. A great location for traveling in Vilnius and Lithuania by car, a good choice of dishes in the restaurant, breakfast for any diet, friendly staff. The city center is accessible to pedestrians, good views of the window. The next visit will also stop at Vilnius Best West.

Booked this hotel for a business trip to stay one night. Location is pretty nice and generally I found it to be close to everything I needed: fine dining, some pubs, interesting places around etc.
The room was clean and nice, yet bedding was slightly worn out on one of the beds. Beds are pretty small, two doubles, yet expected from the room description. I would prefer to see one king/queen instead.
Tea and coffee were nice addition and generally tap water in drinkable and tasty, so I didn't have to search for the nearest supermarket for a bottled water. Shower is \"american style\", with a fixed shower head at the top, not of my preference.
TV channels selection was quite disappointing - no entertainment channel in English, while there were many in German, Italian, French and even Russian.
Morning was brightened with a great european style breakfast, with some local Lithuanian dishes.
General impression if good, I would recommend this place for business travelers who need to stay few days in Vilnius.

Not the best site

We were on the 6th floor on the entrance side of the building. The room was to hot but the windows did open. Unfortunately they forgot to mention the strip club and beer museum at the end of the building. The yelling and fighting outside of those stellar establishments at 3am made us close the windows, but did not drown out the noise enough. Maybe the other side is quoted. The view of the city was very nice.The food was ok, not very good authentic LT food. Lots of sights to see in walking distance

On website we bought room with Citi view when we got to hotel they gave us room with roof view on second floor and air-condition machinery behind window. I was upset because we stay there three days and we should enjoy staying in Wilnus. After complain, better room or money back they give us right room. Next were artificial \"I am sorry\" from counter people.

This hotel is in a decent location not far from downtown Vilnius. It is an excellent location (and much cheaper alternative) if you are attending a conference at the Radisson Blu.

Room was quite small given that it is 4 star hotel and under the Best Western brand name. I booked this hotel because of the name but I should be very careful. No space in closet. I never saw such closet. (even not in student hostel dormitory). Only positive thing was good breakfast and the location. AC was not effective and when I requested a Fan it was not provided. I was with an infant and it was really not a comfortable stay. They should keep good power AC. Not going to stay in this brand of hotel.

Best Western Hotel is about 10 mins drive from all the main attractions. The hotel is OK, not sure what else to say about it. The rooms were basic, very clean, the service was ok. The hotel is definitely not in a nice area. The only plus is that they offer free parking.

The room was nice. Good service from the crew at the hotel. But the restaurant did not convince me. This is a 4star hotel so the restaurant should be better. I found pieces of \"aluminum foil\" in the food. And thats not a good sign. If you get roomslike mine (504) your wiew is nothing special. it's shows you the parking lot and neraly no more.

In total we felt we got more than we paid for.

However; Pool was not heated. Gym equipment was faulty - sauna was good though. This was one of the reasons we booked here, so it was disappointing.

Zimmer war für die Leistungen überteuert.

Es wurde mir ein schlechteres Zimmer vergeben, als gebucht.

Anstatt Doppelbetzimmer wurde mir ein sehr kleines Einzehlzimmmer gegeben. Später nach meiner Reklamation wurde dies korrigiert.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet, Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion, in Badezimmer war Mühl in Mühleimer. Gegenüber des Hotels ist eine Großbaustelle mit der entsprechnder Lärmbelästigung.

Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür, das so eine Übernachtung fast 100 Euro gekostet hat. Nach meiner Einschätzung Preis von MAX 70 Euro mit Frühstück wäre ok.

Hotel hat grundsätzlich einige sehr gute Zimmer. Ob man so ein Zimmer bekommt, ist ungewiss.

Als Stammgast war ich bis jetzt mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und habe bei hotels.com das Hotel früher sehr gelobt.
