My stay wasn’t the best. The room needed more cleaning — there were stains on the sheets and some of the appliances were rusted. The AC unit was old and had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made it hard to breathe comfortably in the room.
However, the location is convenient — only about a 5-minute ride from downtown Fort Worth.

This place has been renovated recently. It's super clean, no bugs! Quiet, even though there are 2 other hotels in the same lot, it has been very quiet. We've been staying here for about 3 weeks now. Have had no problems. Love the kitchen, however you need your own pots and pans. They don't have any in the office. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove top and full size fridge! This is a great stay especially for the price and much better than the other 4 motels around it. We also have dogs, they do allow dogs. There is a pet deposit and pet rent. But the owner is pretty good about the rent, just be honest with them about your dogs. Ours are also trained and well behaved so they don't tear things up. Which helps! It's family run, which is cool. They are all here on the property which makes things convenient. All though we haven't had any issues since we have been here. Definitely recommend!!

Peter the man working in front counter absolute creep offered me forty dollars for sex after I told him we wouldn’t be staying the night cause I couldn’t afford the 75$ a day fee. He told me the day before that I needed to communicate with him about staying another night and should be done in a reasonable time he also told me he was flirting with me, came into my room and tried to have sex with me.

Worst stay I've ever had. Did not stay the entire 24 days that I reserved. Checked out halfway through at 13 days. My truck was vandalized and broken into. Parking lot full of trash that was never picked up. Had to keep asking for room service several times before it was finally provided after about a week. Strangers knocked on our room door more than once and that is unacceptable. Did not feel safe there at all. In the process of trying to get our money back.

This is overall a nice, clean place to stay with a great value for the money. It's on the opposite side of the freeway as downtown Ft. Worth. There were not many restaurants, stores, etc. near the hotel. But, overall, I'd stay there again as you can't beat the value. Staff were very nice and room was comfortable and clean.

I did not enjoy my stay. The room was infested with german roaches, they were found on the walls, floors, sinks, and in the shower and fridge. The shower drain took a long time to drain properly. The front office guy attempted to enter our room on the first night, using a different key card to unlock the door but the manual lock on the side stopped him and he apologized 3 times but didnt explain why he tried to enter, just left. The 2nd night someone we didnt recognize at all knocked on the door several times at 11:30pm and we waited for them to leave. Had a pending feeling my vehicle might be broken into at anytime. Would not sleep again.

Tiny roaches everywhere. Just spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere. Theyre gna ask for a $50 deposit which you will not get back. Blood on the walls, the bathroom was gross af and I play in a touring punk band, thats saying alot. Dont bother staying here. I even told the clerk that if he gave me my deposit back, i wouldnt leave any type of review, but he kept the deposit so, here we are! Thanks for your time.

The manager changed my credit card at 8 am check-in is 3pm I chose to pay at the hotel.when I got there he changed my credit card again now there is two charges on my credit card now he have to refund me now the charge will take a less three days to refund me back my money so bad business when you place a reservation.the card is to guarantee the room.why would you charge me at 8am then he is arguing with me about my money I will never stay at this hotel again

It was $75 bucks for a stay last minute during a convention so it wasn’t too bad. For the price it was worth every penn. no bugs, seemed clean, and was perfect for a nights stay. You can’t check in 24hr, idk when they close but it said closed when we arrived at 12 (fair) but the guy let us in anyway. So thanks again!

Was charged a deposit on top of my total owner said the deposit would be returned after checking out at 11am the next day. Did not receive it back even though we checked out an hour earlier than check out because the cleaning lady on duty hat day was knocking on our door telling us we need to get out which we were expecting to leave at 11am as we were told the day prior so we were rushing to get all our things. Booked a non smoking room and it REAKED of cigarette. Bathroom was falling apart not worth the price or rudeness of the staff. Your better off staying at one of the other hotels feet away like motel 6.

The only thing i liked about the place is we had a place to stay for a couple days. What i didnt like is the website advertising pet friendly but upon arrival, saying it isnt pet friendly. We werent about to leave our 9lb dog in a cold car on a cold night. Thats animal abuse. Our dog is an inside dog, she barks, but doesnt bite, she is a friendly dog. doesnt pee or poop everywhere. We had peepads and she went on those. She is a smart dog and i think its discriminant to have a policy for no pets, especially when your website is advertising pet friendly.

The first room we were put in was labeled as a non-smoking room but smelled so heavily of smoke that we had to swap out our masks after leaving. The smoke detector was continually beeping and when we attempted to inform the front desk worker, he walked away without saying anything. When we were put in the second room, outside were random, tattered clothing. The second room had the smoke detector hanging off the wall entirely. Rooms and office were relatively clean but the property itself was unclean. They also closed the Lobby before the posted hours right after we arrived. While inside one of the rooms, we could hear the front desk person repeatedly chasing away people who were not tenants of the hotel and were actively trying to get into people's rooms. The overall reason for this review is that it felt unsafe.

Worst super8 gotel we stayed ever
The hotel amenities were not bad, the worst was the trashy people that lived there. People partying in rooms, doors barking at night snd old trucks started in the middle of the night making sleeping impossible. We even had a creepy guy behind of our door in the middle of the night. Wife was scared to death.. Not recommended at all.

My good review of this motel is relative to what my wife and I needed at the end of our date night: a quick, cheap room in which to spend some uninhibited \"quality time\" away from the kids for a couple of hours. It's definitely not a luxury place, but it was decent for a no-tell motel.

This property is a lot more rougher than that the pictures show so don’t be fooled. If you have a family I’d stay away. Management also does not keep their word on extended checkout. He used his master card to enter our room while we were sleeping. Proceed with caution.

I walked across to the nearby hotel which had the words Quality Inn or Choice Quality Inn and the manager said the Stay Express Inn was closed for renovation. This Quality Inn place had my reservation information in their computer and said there was only 1 room available at their location and it was a smoking room (I'm a non smoker).
I accepted the room because I had taken a Uber to the location, I was tired, it was getting late and I was new to the area.

NOTE: I was able to manage the one night because I had my own Lysol, bed sheet protector, blanket and cleaning wipes.

The place needed to take a copy of my drivers license in order to stay. Having a copy of my license on a piece of paper is unsafe and doesn't protect the customers information.

I ordered a non-smoking room, there were cigarette burns on the bedding. A pool was advertised, there is none, the response was working on it. Came into a completely uncleaned bathroom. They changed room numbers on the doors on the second day, no announcement, so went to correct room number, wrong room.
I will add photos of the burned sheets and other issues when I receive them from my mother, who the booking was for.

First off, the front desk attendant was very rude!! The room had a pair of dirty socks and trash under bed, we had no tv remote, there was a non-working phone! As soon as we walked in the building it smelled like cigarettes! So we were very disappointed!!!

Work in lobby. Had ti wait 2 hrs for check-in. Old motel. Inadequate exterior lighting. Coffee pot filthy. Hot tub jets not wirking and water would not drain. Mattress old and worn out. Neighbors played loud music and talked loud all night. Non-smoking room with cigarette burn in shower curtain. Refrig dior would not shut. A real nightmare.
