Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was really tiny with head height restrictions. I would say it’s a single room rather than the double room I was promised. Carpet old need a change. Shower cubicle small and door leaking. Toilet seat discoloured (yellow) see photo. Allowed me to check out at 14:00 though which is a huge plus.

Good location, short walk from the old town. Room was bright and modern and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast not included in our rate and a little expensive. Staff helpful, but a little cold.

Would definitely stay there again.

Very good modern hotel

I arrived in Vilnius on the train from Kaunus, and the hotel is a 10 minute walk down the hill from the station. It is within walking distance of all the Old Town attractions and loads of bars and restaurants. The room, and the whole hotel, have fresh and modern fixtures and fittings. The room was comfortable and clean, but a little too warm. I didn't have breakfast included, there is a coffee shop right across the street.

Functional Hotel Close To The Train Station

It was walking distance to the train/bus station but much of the road was cobbled so with a luggage, it does get plenty noisy! (grin) My hotel room was clean and wide, and mine was very bright with 3 windows at road level. The design of the hotel is a tad weird - I had to go up to go down to my room though. It does have a good Belgian/European style restaurant and the food was plenty good.

The air conditioner kept going off every 4 hour intervals. The shower was really too hot. Almost there’s no cold water. Overall the quality was good. The service was really nice and the location is good. Overall I recommend

Quiet, pleasant, modern design in great location

The hotel is very well located at an intersection with plenty of shopping options, and good access to the heart of the Old Town, without being noisy or too busy during the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was small, but very comfortable and well equipped. Particularly grateful for good air conditioning.

A good place to stay

Pleasant, comfortable hotel with good service and amenities. Close to bus and train stations (take the train from the airport and then walk 5 minutes to hotel). Attached restaurant has very good food albeit at high prices. There is a good coffee shop across the street. Downside: AC did not work the first night, so we were very uncomfortable. Immediate area rather shabby.

Great value for the price

The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station. There are also two groceries stores 5 minutes away. The room was clean and updated. It was a little small but it wasn't a big deal. I stayed three nights and had no complaints. The receptionists were always present and polite and helpful. They did speak English. The bed was comfortable and the TV was a little small. The windows closed tightly to keep the outside noise out from an occasional crazy young kid driving a motor cycle. Also, the Belgium restaurant serve excellent food. The mussels were superb. One negative thing was that the hotel advertises a hot tub. Well, having travelled for 20+ hours I thought a hot tub would be a great way to relieve the jet lag and stress. The receptionist told me it would take at least one hour to heat it up and cost 30Euros! What a joke!

Good location and value for money

Good location, easy walking distance to the bus and train stations and the old town. Some noise from outside but the secondary glazing worked well so it didn't disturb our sleep. Room was fairly compact but well appointed and was more than adequate. Only minor complaint was the temperature- couldn't seem to adjust the air-conditioning. Fresh bread and croissants at breakfast plus a hot choice and good coffee. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Vilnius.

Comfortable stay close to Old Town

Great hotel with welcoming staff. Room was spacious, with toilett with heated floor. Bed was great and very comfortable. Good restaurants in the area, 15 min walk to main street of Vilnius. Bus outside the door pretty much that takes you through the city.

Nice hotel about 5 mins walk from historic centre

I easily found this hotel walking from the train station. Its location is pretty good, the street it is on is just a short walk from the Old Town. The decor is quite minimalist, it is very clean and had a fantastic shower.

NOT 4 star hotel, 3 star going on 2! Dirty

I dont understand hows its 4 stars, its more like 3 stars going on two stars.

When we arrived there was a hair on our bed sheets from body part, very disgusting, but ignored it and didn't complain, this things happen... What was disappointing was that we stayed here three nights and our bed sheets weren't changed once. The room was never properly cleaned during our stay, very dusty.

Beds very uncomfortable, specifically requested double bed, got twin bed instead pushed together, very uncomfortable to sleep for a young couple, on top of that received separate duvets...

Alarm went of twice during our stay once night time and once one of the evenings nobody bothered even to apologise.

Wouldn't stay here again

Nice hotel not too far from the Old town

The hotel has newly decorated rooms with a nice double headed shower. We had no view from our room as it had skylight Windows but this was fine by us.
The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Gates of Dawn (where there are some nice restaurants such as Bunte Gans) and the town hall. It's about another 15 minute walk to Cathedral square and Gediminas street.
It is a long walk from the hotel to the Kgb museum.

Lovely hotel near the Old Town

Hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a lovely four night stay here. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms very clean. The shower was amazing. There's a mini bar with reasonable prices (for a hotel) that we made use of. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the old town is about a ten minute walk away. The Belgian restaurant next door is worth a visit, too.

We wanted a hotel in the middle of the old town and it was spot on. Also we hired a car from Auto banger and they are just round the corner. Very nice hotel ideal for a pub crawl round Vilnius, make sure you go to the Dirty Duck.

Hotellet låg centralt nära old town, förutom priset och kvalitén på rummet så har själva hotellet inget annat att erbjuda. Spat var sönder och det var en labyrint för att gå till rummet.

乗り継ぎ便のトラブルで到着が深夜を回ってしまったけど、事前に連絡しておいたら1時近くまで待っていてくれました。
部屋はコンパクトですが一人で利用するなら問題ないです。シャワーなどもきちんと出ました。
観光拠点まで歩いて15分ほどの距離です。夜明けの門は5分ちょっとでいけます。
バスターミナルも10分程度ですし、トラムの駅も近いので立地はよいと感じました。

ビリニュスバスターミナルから徒歩７〜８分。市街中心部へは徒歩圏内で、飲食店や売店等は多数ある。
客室は狭いが綺麗。必要最小限のものはあり、寝るだけなら困らない。
フロントの係員は親切。24時間チェックイン可となっていたので13時頃チェックインしたら、チェックイン自体は出来たが、客室に入れるのは14時以降と案内された。荷物は預かってくれたので、その間市内観光出来たが。あと、サウナはあったが、施錠されていた。

All in all a super nice stay. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.
The staff however, we caught gossiping about the guests on two occasion during breakfast (which was decent, by the way) I guess they didn't think anyone there understood Lithuanian.

旧市街にも近く、駅やバスターミナルからでも歩けるので、便利な場所でした。
ただ、駅やバスターミナルに向かうには上り坂で、坂道が意外ときついです。

A hotel room with most things you expect to find at a decent price. Clean. Good location.
I strongly missed a comfortable chair. The wooden chair by the desk looked nice but was not comfortable.
Small tv with just a few FTA satelitte channels beside the lithuanian channels.

Decent hotel in decent location. Great value for money.

Good things with the hotel was that it was not too far away from anything. Great if you want to visit the old city centre, and great if you also want good access to the main bus center to access spots outside of Vilnius (Trakai, airport etc.).

Hotel has been recently renovated and offers good heating in rooms. The bathrooms was nice but lacks from proper schampo and conditioner. Towels are a bit small in my opinion but does the trick.

Bed was hard. This one could use an improvement.

Despite being located to a steet with a lot of traffic they have managed to build it sound proof. I hardly ever noticed the street, despite the room facing it. However, it is not as sound proof to other rooms. I could hear neighbours talking, watching TV, walking in the corridor etc. This was not limited to sources from my floor.

Overall I find this to be a hotel with good value for the money. I would therefore consider staying here again.

Für einen Wochenendtrip durchaus okay.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in / an der Altstadt, alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Knapp 100 Meter entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Busverbindung zum Flughafen ist schnell und kostet nur 1 Euro. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Im Hause gibt es ein kleines Restaurant. Vermutlich war dieses der Grund, weshalb es häufig im kompletten Haus, also auch in den Zimmern, sehr unangenehm nach Küche roch. Lästig war es allerdings, dass die keycards mehrmals nicht funktionierten. Bei der Anreise wurden wir nur sehr knapp und sachlich begrüßt, ohne jegliches Lächeln. Für einen Wochenendtrip war das Haus durchaus okay. Die günstige Lage macht manches wett.

Hotel práctico para visitar la ciudad.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero está bien, Las habitaciones ajustadas pero algunas son muy luminosas. El minibar casi no enfría. La wifi esta muy bien.
Está a unos 500 metros de la estación de tren y autobuses. Puedes llegar del aeropuerto y moverte por el país en transporte público.

間口ロビーは　狭くへままでの　道のりややこしいけど　雰囲気悪くなく大丈夫
部屋は　可愛くで清潔感あり　シャワールームも素的　水も快適に出ました　
ただ　部屋の文字表示が全てリトアニア語なので　エアコンとかの操作わからず　数時間ごとに切れて大変でした　冷蔵庫もあるのですが　冷えてませんでした

特に使う必要なかったので　理由は　聞きませんでしたので　訪ねてみて下さい
レストラン、スーパー、カフェ　観光名所も　近くとても便利
駅も歩いて10分
