No air-con in Ingolstadt

Location was the main driver and didn’t disappoint. All was good except the lack of air-con, which I would expect in a hotel of this class. I was given a fan but this was of little use. Room size etc was good

We stayed at the Mercure Ingolstadt over night on the way to Austria. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was not open, there is a very good stubl just up the road. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

I was road tripping around Germany and needed a place to crash for the night before my flight out of Munich the next morning. All of the hotels close to the Munich airport were way too expensive for last minute booking, and I found this hotel in the area where I was located. It was reasonably priced and was about 45 mins from the airport, so I stayed the night and was very pleased. 24 hour desk and a super cozy bed and room made my stay perfect. They have a key drop off box in the lobby for a fast checkout for people like me that over sleep and have an early flight :)

Very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. However there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Nice location with a woodland area/ park nearby for an easy walk.

Spacious, clean and quiet room overlooking a field. Comfortable bed and large desk. Room temperature was fine. Good shower pressure. Nice breakfast with good choice.

Room looked a bit tired and old fashioned, but everything was in working order. Kettle, coffee and tea were available in the room but no complimentary bottle of water, which is generally offered in 4-star hotels.

Location is outside Ingolstadt, you need a car or take a taxi to go to the centre. I haven't tried the hotel restaurant but that could also be an option.
Staff was polite and helpful.

I'd recommend this hotel to business travellers staying for a few days.

Good hotel with very good restaurant.

It is a very nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Verty friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. If you want to go to the centre of the city there is bus stop close to the hotel. For bus scedule ask in the reception.

Good Mercure in out of town location

This is in an out of town location about 3km from the centre. Don't expect to find anywhere other than the hotel to eat out nearby. That said the hotel restaurant is absolutely excellent, though not cheap. The food and the service was superb. Staff helpful and speak good English.

This is great hotel if you are visiting Ingolstadt (Audi or otherwise), but probably if you have your car. Everything is great, and of fine quality. No wonder it is ranked 1 on TripAdvisor in Ingolstadt hotels.

Perfect romantic hotel

My husband and I spent our anniversary here. The room was gorgeous, and had a wonderful whirlpool tub and fireplace. We enjoyed our fresh cookies and milk in the tub, after enjoying the beautiful hotel grounds. Surrounding neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars to keep one busy!

Für ein Wochenendausflug in Ingolstadt absolut zu empfehlen. Zimmer waren groß und ruhig. Mit dem ÖPNV über eine sehr nahegelegene Bushaltestelle sehr gut zu erreichen. Frühstück ist super.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Am Rand von Ingolstadt gelegen, aber perfekt für uns, weil wir auf ein Festival in Schrobenhausen wollten. Gediegenes Hotel, nicht ganz modern, aber renoviert und sehr sauber. Sehr praktisch sind die Mückengitter an den Türen zum Garten!

Alles super gerne wieder

Wir waren für eine nacht da als familie mit 2 erw. und 3 kindern. Anreise war gut schnell zu finden schöne ecke auch nicht weit von dem zentrum ingolstadt entfernt. Personal war bei und nachmittags morgens sehr freundlich.

Zimmer waren OK, sauber rhuig und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Leider war beim Frühstück, ca. 1 Std vor Frühstückende, keine sauberen Tische mit Gesteck bereit. Wir musten an einem der \"benutzen\" Tische sitzen. Zusätzlich war auch das Buffet meehr als leer. Es wurde nicht mehr, oder nur zögerlich, aufgefüllt. SCHADE!!!

Hverken aftensmad eller aircondition

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på vej hjem fra Kroatien og opholdt os derfor ikke så længe på hotellet. Vi havde blot brug for et måltid mad og en god nats søvn. Desværre var aften restauranten lukket (der var kun morgen restaurant) og værelserne enormt varme pga manglende aircondition. vi fik derfor hverken mad eller en god nats søvn. Jeg forventer mere at et 4 stjernes hotel og vil derfor ikke anbefale stedet til andre. Morgenmaden var dog helt fin og personalet var smilende og imødekommende.

Godt hotel lidt udenfor byen

Rigtigt fint hotel ret tæt på motorvejen. Pænt og rent. Meget imødekommende personale. Eneste minus var, at en idiot af en gæst havde parkeret, så vi ikke kunne få vores bil ud. Receptionisten fik dig hurtigt ringet ham op og bedt ham om at flytte den.

Einiges ist nicht akzeptabel

Restaurant geschlossen, was man mir nicht vorher gesagt hat, sonst hätte ich nicht reserviert. Habe 3 Adressen von Restaurants erhalten in der Umgebung, kein einziges nimmt VISA oder MASTERCARD an, nur EC-Karte oder Bar-Bezahlung: Nicht akzeptabel als Ausländer ! Musste also 10 Km fahren um essen zu können.
Andere Überrachung: musste 2 Euro bezahlen für das Parkplatz.. Keine Tiefgarage, ein ganz normales Parkplatz wie man in jedem Hotel auswärts von einer Stadt findet ! Es geht nicht um die 2 Euros, es geht einfach nur darum den Kunden abzuzocken !
Frühstück ist einfach, ausreichend, nichts spezielles, aber akzeptabel. Doch etwas positives: Zimmer ist sauber.
