Villa Mansa was excellent. They provided us with transportation to and from the airport. They’re a ways from city center so it was quiet and peaceful. The grounds were beautifully manicured, the pool was inviting, and it was nice to relax on the patio with a bottle of wine and charcuterie.

The room was spacious enough for three of us travelers and very clean and well set up. The staff was over the top gracious and considerate of all our needs and questions. Maria, the manager, was so warm and welcoming. Max, the chef, German at reception, and everyone else made our stay so special. Should I be fortunate to pass this way again, I would head straight for Hotel Villa Mansa for another wonderful stay!

We loved the quiet atmosphere. The giant Bernese mountain dogs that were so gentle and sweet. We loved the cleanliness of the resort.
We would say the restaurant is pretty good but has a few dishes to perfect. We would have loved some more options for snacking

Excellent!! Beautiful property and area! All the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly! Marcela and the kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly and so caring! The food was great and the hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the nature all around and the views of The Andes! The area is walkable and has safe access for bikes which was great to visit bodegas a bit further. We absolutely loved the days we spent there… 3 nights were not enough! Will recommend and will be back!

Beautiful small hotel with amazing staff that really cares about you. The location is a bit outside of Mendoza, so renting a car is ideal. This is the kind of place that you would recommend to your friends with a smile on your face. German, at reception was amazing, I had a horrible cold, and recommended us the clinic, and followed up with us every day offering tea and making sure I had everything I needed.

I was looking for a special place that was unique and I found this incredible hidden gem. It is absolutely stunning in person property itself and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They helped my mom up a few steps and once we got the room I was in heaven. It is classy, the food is incredible and the pool is super clean as well as everywhere else. Great escape from the world and it’s close to the wineries. I will return again!!!

Friendly service from the front desk, rooms were spacious and the property was well kept. We had dinner at the restaurant out of convenience and it was mediocre. Our flight was canceled due to the strike and we tried to get a courtesy refund for the first night but they did not grant it. A little bit of a bummer. Overall a good stay.

tayed here in August 2024 and we absolutely fell in love with this place. We stayed here between our travel from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, and this was the perfect retreat. It was our first time in Mendoza and only had 2-days so we really wanted to focus on the wine country and relax, and Villa Mansa was perfect. Upon arrival you are greeted by the 2 most stunning Bernais Mountain Dogs (Alicia & her pup), and they're super friendly. Once inside the lobby the staff was great - got us checked in & gave us the lay of land quickly. Rooms are very spacious, with a large King bed and couch/day bed as well. We were on the ground floor so we had a lovely patio that opened out to the yard. The property is very removed from the city and nearby restaurants/shops, but the restaurant on property was perfect for our stay, and enjoyed their daily breakfast, a lunch and dinner there. They have a huge wine list as well that you can enjoy while lounging in the yard area or poolside. There is also a paved walking/bike trail right off of the property where we enjoyed morning & evening walks to walk past the surrounding vineyards. We're already trying to plan when we can go back during the summer months. Highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous property, near many many wineries and easy to get to. Dinner was absolutely amazing each night and the wine cellar is cool to see. Absolutely loved the two gigantic cuddly dogs. Staff on the other hand were not the friendliest and acted as if they were going above and beyond while performing the bare minimum.

Such a cutie hotel!!!! What an oasis once you are inside. Very far from everything but if you are looking to relax and enjoy the hotel and stay in then this is your place. We had tours pick us us for the wine excursions so there was no need to drive. City center is about 35-4in Uber ride. Very romantic hotel. Staff was so nice. The included breakfast was delicious.

Muy decepcionado por el hotel. Lo venden como un hotel 4 estrellas y la verdad no lo es. El precio de una habitación me parece extremadamente exagerado, me sentí estafado.
He tenido la suerte de estar en varios países en hoteles de todo tipo, desde 2 ⭐⭐ hasta 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ y en ninguno he tenido cargos extras por pedir un omelette con cebolla y pimiento (desayuno incluído) a por cierto, tienes que esperar 30 minutos para que te sirvan tu omelette. Realmente no me afecta el cargo, me impresiona el hecho y la política del hotel hacia los clientes. Obviamente todos los clientes son extranjeros, me imagino esa es la razón de los precios elevados ridículamente.
El desayuno no es de un hotel 4 estrellas, todos los jugos que servían eran artificiales. Por el precio que se paga por día, por lo menos deberían servir jugo de naranja natural.

Digo todo esto como crítica constructiva, espero que esto llegue a ojos de quién pueda hacer algo por ofrecer un mejor servicio de alojamiento y que sea justo con el precio que se paga.

El personal de servicio muy bueno, muy agradecido con ellos. Creo que el problemas es más administrativo y del propietario.
Honestamente, no recomiendo hospedarse en este sitio, por la mitad de precio puedes conseguir mejor hotel con mejores servicios.

Please run away from this place. You will be able to get a better deal, services ,and save money.

This place is run down. Period. When we arrived at the suite there was an issue with the fuse box vibrating loudly, they fixed the issue several hours later (after a long day of travel). We stayed in the suite but the bath was unusable because the jets were SO GROSS. Lots of nasty build up. There was a hairball on the floor of the bathroom we had to point out and ask for a better cleaning the next morning. The handle of the bathroom literally came off in our hands opening the door on our last day there. Not worth the price this is at best a 2 star hotel. we ordered plain pasta room service took 2 hours to arrive and was way way too salty to eat.

Disappointing, poor client service by management

The condition of our room was disappointing, we were in the fist floor and the room was noise and noise was caused by people walking on the upper floor and running mechanical equipment.
Due to the issues with the corona virus we were forced to check out of the hotel early as we live in Costa Rica and they refuse to return any moneys claiming that their policy is the same as the airlines they give us credit but no refund with the full understanding that we do not live in Argentina

On the positive side the people attending the front desk and restaurant were very nice and helpful. W can not say the same thing for the manager.
Even thought the rooms were clean, they need maintenance, the tile in the bathrooms is worn out and the paint on the walls damaged due to the air conditioning condensation.
We would appreciate your assistance for a refund for the two nights that we did not stay at the hotel

Quiet hotel with very nice staff. Especially I need to mention Jerman who was very informative and helpful about local vineyards and options.
Ofcourse our stay wouldnt be so enjoyable also if not the really friendly and lovely dogs.

On the downside there is not that much around but if you come for quiet that you get it.
We thought the price is bit too much for what hotel offers.
The dinner would could be improved as it didn't taste that good.

the property amazingly what we were looking for. a very remote Piece of Heaven in the middle of Mendoza Wine Country. Everybody was very friendly. the only complaint I have is that we were told about self wine tasting in our room, but we're never told how to acquire it. We also we're never told that the breakfast is included. However, it was our fault We're not looking for a reading the information on Expedia. I suppose. When we mentioned these two things to the staff their tone changed towards us for the last day of our stay.
The only recommendation is here Is that the customer is always right and don't blame it on us As we mentioned it only when asked for feeeback

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The property itself is quite beautiful but we had a few disappointments - 1. we paid for a mountain view room and only had a partial view from the other side of our balcony. 2. breakfast looked nice but was minimal (no hot food or eggs, only cold cuts, pastries and cereal. another review said they made eggs to order but we were never offered). 3. this hotel says it's on a vineyard but it is mostly for show as there are only small vines in front of the hotel which we found misleading. For the price of the hotel, we would have expected a full mountain view and a hot breakfast, in addition to trying wine from the vineyard but the value is not there.

Herman, at reception is god sent. He is very very helpful. I would suggest book your wine tasting at the vineyards (don’t have to go for the wine tour). Meals at Lagarde, Ruca Malen – are exceptional.
The hotel is not close to any restaurant and so best to take a cab if you want to go out for a meal. The dinner at the restaurant is good with a very good selection of wines. The rooms are probably all similar, we were at Torrentes, large double bed, very comfortable. Shower over bathtub!! Some rooms have a Nespresso machine.
If you are planning to go to Aconcagua and do the hike to the Confluensa – it’s a 5-6 hr hike (round trip) and 5 hrs by car (round trip to get there). So be prepared for a 11 hr day.

Lovely boutique hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Mansa. The Cuvee Suite was wonderful - we loved waking up to seeing the sunrise on the mountains outside of our window! Lovely little boutique hotel with great service. Also, the spa + dinner package was a huge bargain - 1.5 hour massage and spa treatment, plus a three course meal in their restaurant for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay once we were able to move to an upstairs room. Be warned- the downstairs rooms have very bright lights outside that are left on all night for security. While I appreciate the attention to safety, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. They do not have black out curtains, so a lot of light comes in all night. We're talking almost daylight bright. They cannot or will not turn the lights off. The problem could be solved with better curtains or motion sensor lights.

Other than the issue with the lights, everything was great. Helpful staff, good restaurant, good breakfast, good wifi, beautiful grounds, and cute dogs. Lots of wineries nearby.

P.S. Google maps will try to send you down a dead end driveway to get there- just look for the hotel signs on the main road and follow those instead.

We were upgraded to a nicer room on arrival, which made us very happy. The bed was super comfortable, the individual room was in the shape of a large barrel, and the room was surrounded by grape vines. There was a restaurant on site with breakfast and dinner available. The location was near some local wineries, but the walk was a bit far and on undeveloped street shoulders. The pool was very clean and beautiful with some lounging chairs around it. They even had wine available to choose from in their small cellar. The only issues we had was getting the TV to work and the slight lack of privacy with the clear windows in portions of the bathroom.

This is a wonderful hotel, we had a group of six and we enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool in the evenings with a glass of wine. Very good and friendly staff and a very reasonable corkage fee if you have been wine tasting and want to bring some back to sample. They also have their own wine cellar, and the restaurant is excellent.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. There are vineyards sounding it and the landscape was incredible. The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were very nice- we had some issues with the door not locking but they got it fixed. We ate some meals at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast was great each morning. We didn’t have time to go swimming but the pool looked great and hopefully we will have time next time to swim. I highly recommend this hotel because it was so beautiful and relaxing.

The staff at Villa Mansa were excellent - they helped us with all of our bookings, including vineyards and restaurants, as well as the taxi transportation to get to those places. The room was bigger than I expected and the facilities were kept clean. Internet was spotty but worked here and there. All in all an experience that surpassed my expectations.

For the price point, it's a decent hotel. Clean, comfortable room and the grounds are very pretty. But if you are looking for a luxurious stay at a cool wine hotel, this is not the place. Very unorganized and was hard to get basic amenities replenished in the room, like coffee/tea and toilet paper (yes, I'm serious). Hotel staff is very nice but overwhelmed by the number of guests and can't handle everything going on. Three stars max.

Great spot, very quiet close to wineries. They say they have bikes as part of their amenities, however they do not. They get the delivered and they are about 150 pesos a day each.
I really recommend they buy their own and rent them out a lot cheaper, they would eve make more money long term.

Very nice hotel with the beautiful mountain view. Room is nice with all amenities you need. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast was good with warm croissants. Dinner was ok,nothing special. It is nice and relaxing place if you have the car or organize the pick up otherwise it is way too far from everything and hard to find the restaurants for evening.

great base to explore the wine area

It was a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Since there were not many guests, we felt like in a private vacation home. Swimming pool or breakfast just for us... could not be more romantic. The personnel is very helpful with giving tips which wineries to visit, booking the tours or suggesting restaurants. We had a great time and would love to go back one day.

Good anchor position for vineyard and wine hopping

The only complaint we can direct at the hotel was the Wi-Fi was not that strong. We tried Skype with family back home and it didn't do well. Without moving in your room, the Internet connection would off and on literally. Very frustrating. Other than that it was fine. We decided not to rent a car and the taxi we used didn't know where the hotel was so had to use the what Spanish I knew to help navigate him. The owner and the people at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing Hotel... Perfect for couples!!!

Amazing hotel off the beaten path!! The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was superb. My girlfriend and I arrive very late and the cook stayed late to make us a nice dinner. The patio is nice and the pool area is perfect for couples. Very close to some amazing wineries(YOU MUST GO TO PULMARY winery for the great tour of a handcraft wine and an amazing fire roast lunch) the hotel is family owned and more like a B&B then a Hotel.... Worth every peso!!! Be sure to call and get correct directions....google sends you to the wrong place!

Gorgeous Hotel and a Highly enjoyable stay

Gorgeous Hotel and a Highly enjoyable stay. One draw back was a bad dinning experience. My first ever Argentinian Steak was a rubbery and over cooked(almost like it was reheated) also very over priced. We avoided eating in the restaurant after that although it was hard due to the remote location. The continental breakfast was very good.
Overall, however, we would recommend the hotel. It is a lovely location, if somewhat remote, and the helpful and accommodating staff made our winery experience happen. Apart from one staff member having a bit a attitude, overall the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating..

Relaxing visit

I was very impressed with the hotel & service. I found it to be very comfortable, clean & enjoyable to get away from the everyday rutine back home. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with information/ reservations with the many wineries in Lujan de Cuyo & Mendoza. The kitchen was great! The food, TERRIFIC! Our experience was fabulous & I look forward to visiting Villa Mansa again.

OK if you want a bed and breakfast. It's not a Spa

This is a nice bed and breakfast. It is certainly not a spa (zero spa facilities) and isn't really equipped enough to be a hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, but we found it generally to be very average. The rooms are big but the place would benefit hugely from chairs or sun beds outside of rooms, and nicer beds around the pool. We didn't want to use the pool area because there was nothing but rough grass around it and the cheap beds on the grass were very poor.
If you want a nice clean friendly bed and breakfast, this is a good place.
If you want a hotel and spa as advertised, this is not the place

Just fantastic

We went to Villa Mansa with our 2 year old son and everything was fantastic. The only thing I could have asked for is a pool alarm as the swimming pool is very accessible and we were worried about him falling in. Apart from that though the food and wine were excellent and the staff were amazing at booking our wine tours, recommending things to do and generally going above and beyond the call of duty. I would go back in a hearbeat, if they got a pool alarm for my son I'd never leave.

Loved Villa Mansa!

My husband and I had a lovely 3-night stay. The property is only 4 months old, with very large, beautifully decorated rooms and a great view of the Andes. The owner Vivi and her staff were absolutely wonderful. They did everything possible to ensure our comfort and to make this a special trip. They arranged bodega (winery) appointments, and helped with directions, which you will definitely need if your rent a car like we did. Breakfast was included and was very nice, with freshly baked items and eggs made to order. For our last evening, their chef Lucas prepared at our request a delicious traditional dinner that we shared with the staff. Everyone was so warm, we felt like family and look forward to going back.

Selv om hotellet ligger litt utenfor er det ingen grunn til ikke å bo her. Området er stille og rolig, bassenget er nydelig, og maten er også veldig god. Vi opplevde at det var veldig ryddig og rent, personellet var veldig opptatt av å hjelpe det de kunne. Vi spiste middag på hotellet to ganger og var fornøyd. Frokosten er også bra, med en egen kokk som lager egg-retter på bestilling. Rommene var store og fine, og det er sol hele dagen for de som ønsker å få seg litt tan og bare slappe av.
