The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the urban side of the town of Biograd, only 20 m from the town's main marina. With its unique design, it overwhelmingly suggests a luxury cruiser, which perfectly complements its surroundings.
The bus station is around 10 minutes' walk and Biograd Station is about 3 km away. Shopping venues are some 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Basic hotel, well looked after, value for money
Hotel is quite basic with rooms in slight disrepair yet clean. You can tell they make a good effort to keep it clean and in turn deliver good value for money.
Parking around the area is free, just need to lookaround for a spot on busy nights.
Very basic breakfast but I can't ask for any better as the price of room is too good to include breakfast.

Jag bodde på denna hotellet med min familj. Det finns ingen parkering tillgänglig och de tjänster som beskrivs finns inte. Frukosten var hemsk på ett annat hotell, det finns ingen pool. Läget inte särskilt centralt, centrum av Cesenatico ligger 15 minuters promenad bort och om du flyttar bilen tappar du din plats på gatan och kämpar för att hitta den igen. Jag hittade mögel i badrummet i rummet och jag kommer inte att publicera bilden eftersom det är bättre så, luftkonditioneringen läckte vatten och balkongen svämmade över. Personligt kort, små och gamla rum.

Nous sommes très déçu, sauf des personnes adorables que j'ai pu avoir au téléphone pour nous proposer 1 autre hôtel puisqu'il est fermé!!! Il peggior hotel in qui abbia mai alloggiato siamo arrivati in anticipo di 2 ore e abbiamo chiesto di fare un check in anticipato naturalmente pagando ci hanno detto che non era possibile. Camere sporche e con tante cose rotte tra qui doccia in qui c’era un buco enorme e l’acqua allagava tutto; Non c’è la presenza di nessun frigobar quindi per qualsiasi persona che si sveglia nel cuore della notte per un bicchiere di acqua fresca se lo può scordare; Colazione terribile a buffet con la presenza del minimo essenziale tutto confezionato e nessuna scelta; il ragazzo alla reception molto scortese e poco organizzato. Gli asciugamani non li lasciano e quindi tutti i giorni devi scendere sperando che te ne accorgi perche dopo aver fatto la doccia e troppo tardi perché lasciano solo quelli medi e quelli piccoli; sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel nonostante i prezzi bassi

Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo. L'accoglienza è da 10 stelle perché 5 sono troppo poche. La struttura non è male, le condizioni buone e gli spazi ben organizzati. Camera per 4 bene con gli spazi, mancava la tenda ma francamente non era un problema per noi. Ovvio che con piccole sistemazioni diventerebbe una struttura al top ma come scritto prima per noi sono stati bellissimi giorni. Colazione bene e la distanza dal mare è proprio poca. Devo dire che per un paio di giorni abbiamo avuto dei vicini da stanza da paura... urla e casino anche oltre mezzanotte ma qui ovviamente non è colpa degli albergatori e gestori ma dei clienti che devono avere il buon senso!!! La nostra famiglia consiglia assolutamente questo hotel!!!

Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 giorno. Struttura vecchia, camere orrende e pulizia scarsissima. Colazione con poca scelta di tutte cose confezionate e di sottomarca. Insomma, Se volete una buona colazione andate al bar.
Unica cosa che si salva (per quello che abbiamo visto) è il personale. I due ragazzi alla reception sono stati gentili e disponibili con noi.
Se cercate un HOTEL a 3 stelle non soggiornate qui.

No swimmingpool in the hotel, it is by the Beach. I had a ok klima in my room at night but it got too hot during the day, didnt work then. Very friendly people working there, it adds up for the poor room and not very tasty breakfast. Slush maschine is a plus! Close to everything, Nice restaurants and market near.

Der stod ingen steder beskrevet at man skulle betale for poolen et stykke væk fra hotellet - hvergang vi skulle benytte os af en ikke familie venlig pool kostede det os 25 euro - det blev ca 1500 kr ekstra som man ikk bliver oplyst omkring. Vi var en familie på 4 med to børn.
Parkering var et helvede - man skulle lede efter pladser i timevis og hotel personalet var på ingen måder behjælpelige - man skulle tro de vidste hvor ting lå i byen men de havde ingen info om noget som helst. Svar på alt hvad man spurgte om var - “ I dont know”

Das Hotel besaß keine Ausreichende Klimatisierung. Gebuchte Zimmer wurden mit Standventilatoren belüftet bei bis zu 38 Grad. Klimatisierung sollte im dem ganzen Aufenthaltszeitraum repariert werde. Bis zum letzten Tag nur leere Versprechungen.

Ho prenotato questa struttura per 2 notti, non avevo pretese, e il prezzo mi sembrava conveniente. Arrivati abbiamo trovato la sorpresa. La piscina che tanto pubblicizzano sul sito non esiste, le foto che hanno messo sono quelle della piscina di uno stabilimento balneare nelle vicinanze. Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che l'aria condizionata non funzionava in quanto ad inizio anno si era rotta e la proprietà non l'aveva sistemata, onestamente credo funzionasse benissimo, ma volevano solo evitare i costi di utilizzo. La pulizia era approssimata, e la presenza di moquette, non aiuta di certo. Non esiste insonorizzazzione, quindi senti tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze, da quelli che vanno in bagno a quelli che russano tutta lo notte. Dovevamo stare 2 notti ne abbiamo fatta una sola e siamo scappati. Esperienza terribile.

Literie vielles, petit déjeuner immonde avec des mouches sur les tranches de salami et de fromage à l'air libre. Bref hôtel qui ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Même pas une étoile. Sur le cite on affiche les photos de piscine mais qui ne leur appartient pas et ils n'ont aucune convention avec. Séjour décevant.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und 1x gabs zum Frühstück keinen Toast, weil der Lieferant keinen gebracht hat, aber nachdem das Personal und die Besitzer einfach so freundlich sind, verzeiht man das gerne! Und es gibt eine Eis und Popcorn Maschine im Foyer! Da kann man sich jederzeit was nehmen! Also wir kommen gerne wieder!

La struttura non è certamente di recentissima costruzione o ristrutturazione ma tutto sommato il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile. La colazione è sicuramente sotto la media rispetto alla concorrenza. I locali e le camere sono discretamente pulite e nelle norme igieniche anche se non al top. Una pecca molto importante è stata il malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata all'interno della camera che purtroppo anche dopo la nostra selezione non è stata risolta, può esserci stato come detto un malfunzionamento dovuto ad un guasto ma questo non implica il fatto che non si possa fare in modo di risolvere. Il personale è cordiale, gentile e disponibile per il check-in a qualsiasi orario.
Ovviamente per il prezzo quasi irrisorio pagato non ci si può aspettare una qualità della struttura elevatissima però nei dintorni sicuramente ci sono altri 3 stelle di miglior qualità. Spero che questa critica costruttiva possa far si che si vada a sopperire a queste criticità perchè i servizi basic devono sempre essere accessibili agli ospiti e su questo non si può transigere.
