Breakfast was just okay. Not that many choices but since free they do okay. Hotel is older than I imagined - online photos are deceiving. Only one (1) elevator but the wait wasn’t too long; can just imagine how it would be w/ 1 elevator if hotel was very busy.

Staff assistance came through for me — no microwaves in room but they sent one up to my room when I asked.

A hotel that needs a major upgrade (I am sure it was once a grand hotel); sad that I had to ask for extra blankets and a heater due to no heating. Also the room was too small as well. Otherwise the breakfast was good and my floor was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

The reason for my choice of the hotel was primarily the location, and the convenience of ample parking. But I found that the staff were very helpful, particularly Nirmala, Nick and Haroon, who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My stay was for two visits, with a cruise trip in between. They were very helpful in keeping one of our bags while we were away. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive to our needs, making sure we had enough condiments, and the towels were changed as required. I must mention also the the proximity of restaurants, particularly Canton Manor, the Chinese restaurant was excellent. The breakfast provided was also imaginative, with changes to the menu now and then. I would certainly like to stay there again if I am in the Flushing/ Northern Blvd. area.

Breakfast was really pretty good. However, the access for guests to the floors and rooms is not. there are two different staircases on each end of the main building, but these are for fire exit only. no access to main lobby. All guests have to wait for a small, SLOW elevator, and little to no help is offered to guests standing around waiting for the elevator. Go across the street to Best Western you will be much better off.

The staff was super helpful, breakfast was a good add on, the rooms were clean, the heat was turned off for the building a bit early but they are an older building and had space heaters for each room and extra blankets. Staff was nice to bring up deliveries if needed and there was nice lemon water available and bottle waters and coffee, the mini fridge was in good condition. It had ample and clean parking. Would stay again!

Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service and the buffet service did not meet the expected minimum standards. The Adria hotel was an exceptional experience. Everything was clean , the room temperature very comfortable, access to the parking was easy and safe . Plenty of parking which was free. The breakfast food was consistently good and all you would want. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was always fresh with all clean towels when we came back from a day of exploring. A great restaurant next to the hotel and others within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe and we easily walked to public transportation to take into downtown Manhattan. A perfect place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Small room but nice and clean! Beds were comfy and bathroom was good and the shower was hot! Walking distance to many restaurants and we at at Veranda about a mile walk and the food was excellent! The complimentary breakfast was really good! Great way to start the day. Free off street parking too. I would stay here again!

It's an old property with tight parking. The room had a thermostat that doesn't work and the heater runs constantly making it too hot.
The shower water is spotty and changes temperature at random, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work, the towel rack was falling out of the wall and the window doesn't have a screen which I imagine being a problem when bugs are around. Saving grace is the breakfast which is fresh and tasty.

Overall, the hotel matches a three-star standard. Yes, it’s a bit outdated, but everything is neat and clean. I really liked the breakfast — there was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly.

Overall, the hotel corresponds to a three-star level. Getting there depends on where you’re coming from — from the airport it takes about 40–45 minutes, which is quite convenient.

Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced.
Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to a concert at the UBS arena and it was close by. Give yourself a little more time if driving to UBS due to the traffic going in . Coming back was a breeze. It was a very safe and comfortable stay. It was quiet. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast before heading out in the morning. It was delicious. Highly recommend staying there. My friend never stayed in a hotel before and loved it.

I reside in Washington, DC and rarely get time in NY. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel I booked as it was only for one night to attend a Gala but I must say, my friends and I were highly impressed by the Adria. It was the perfect spot to stay for the purpose of being in NY. Free parking, clean room, quiet room despite being on a busy street, amazing staff and free breakfast! I would definitely stay again. Don't get me wrong, it's not a 5.star hotel but a cozy comfortable place :-)

This place isn’t your modern fancy high tech type of place. However, it feels very homie. Staff is very sweet and lovely. They are also very accommodating with whatever you need.

My room was clean and smelled fresh. No bed bugs nothing like that.
Stayed here for 3 weeks and never encountered any issues.

It’s a quiet area so i really loved that as well.

I will definitely be returning here in the future if i ever have to come back 😊

Property is very run down in all aspects. One vending
machine in the lobby for drinks and snacks with limited selection. Room was okay at best in how clean it was. Not even 10 mins into our stay maintenance needed to come for the bathroom. I will never stay again at this property.
