The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room.
ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up,
staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter.

Eu avisei que não poderia fazer o checking porque a fronteira da Argentina para o Chile estava fechada. E me responderam que não poderiam dar um walcher para outra data e nem tão pouco trocar por algum outro hotel do grupo. Logo perdi minha reserva.

All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not.

Nice, modern hotel near restaraunts and bars.

Good location just a few blocks away from local restaraunts and bars. The continental breakfast was excellent! I can't believe it's free. Lots to choose from- pastries, cheese, eggs, multiple different fresh juices and fruit waters, desserts, breads etc. very modern hotel. Rooms are simple but nice. Parking garage without charge under the hotel. I would reccomend to anyone staying in Antofagasta for a night.

Nice hotel by beach

Overall I liked the hotel, it has good food in the restaurant and a full buffet breakfast. The only problem is that it is not near downtown or other restaurants. Drinking and driving are definitely frowned upon here and it is hard to get a taxi.

Good hotel in a great coastal city by the desert

I stayed twice in this hotel within the same week. This was on a week-day on the way up to San Pedro de Atacama, and on a week-end at my return from the high Andes. The first stay was great; good location, pleasing room, courteous service; however, the second stay (returning), was like going to a different hotel. Of course, location and room quality were the same, but service was nearly absent. It seems management reduces staff on weekends to a minimum, insufficient to maintain a consistent level of service in all areas. Still, over-all it was a good experience; this is a good, recommendable hotel in a beautiful city.

Their are better choices in Antofagasta

The location is very inconvenient at far end of the town. You end up paying much more in cab fares, if you are staying here as compared to some centrally located hotels. The staff at front desk is very rude and hostile. No hot water available during my 2 day stay. The wifi & ocean view is good, though.

Considering my lack of spanish reception staff were not interested in answering my questions. When I decided to take up the offer of another night on their website which promised to refund the difference plus 25% off id I found a cheaper price (which I did on expedia) they pretended to not understand what I was on about,
The double bedroom with sea views did not mention anything about having a nightclub in front of it..starts at 10pm till 5am friday and saturday.
Beds extremely comfy but decor a bit shabby...need to think whether a voleur sofa with stains on looks good in the room

Pleasant Get Away and Relaxing

Hotel is clean and very comfortable with very nice views of the ocean if you request it. Food is available at any time and is very good. Menu is also in English which helps. Hotel in general has a very nice ambiance. If you like the ocean, you can enjoy it for miles. Close to the Ruins and the casino. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main port and the mall. Very relaxing and a great get away.

Very happy with our stay here. Hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a Radisson. The staff are fantastic, the breakfast is really good and the ocean view is a great bonus. The hotel is tucked slightly away from the centre so really needa car - but that applies to all hotels really as Antofagasta is a big city. To summarise - don't hesitate to book this hotel.

I really liked this hotel! It is modern, has a good vibe and it is conveniently located. Personnel was friendly. You get a free drink upon arrival and breakfast is included. However, be aware that although it is on the ocean side and you get the front ocean view, there is no access to the beach (a lot of rock formations) and your view is distracted by the empty constructions in between the hotel and the ocean. Still, it is in a great location, and a short walk will take you to any of their man-made beaches. For business travelers, it is a good option.

The personnel were friendly and helpful, but their understanding and ability to speak English is limited (a general problem in this part of the world). The surroundings aren't great, but then Antofagasta is a poor city. The hotel is located near the largest university in town and all rooms have a view over the ocean.

Nos entregaron una habitación con el aire acondicionado malo, considerando las altas temperaturas. Al otro día nos cambiaron de habitación y no entregarin el servicio de limpieza como corresponde, el AC si bien funcionaba, dejaba agua en la pieza.
Los pasillos del hotel constantemente se encontraban con bandejas y nadie laa sacaba

La habitacion era muy comoda y bien equipada.
El sistema de aire acondicionado era rudioso y los filtros estaba en extremo sucios.
La perilla de accionamiento de la regadera funcionaba mal, lo cual dificultaba mucho el aseo.
La habitacion 427 tuvo en 3 oportunidades problemas en el accionamiento del sistema de apertura. Demando minutos para que personal del hotel lo solucionara.
El hotel deberia haber avisado previamente que hay una obra vial ejecutandose en el frente del establecimiento, era muy dificil en hora pico y desde un sector de la ciudad, se hacia en extremo engorroso.
Habia buenas opciones de desayuno, aunque alguna variedad de panes o confituras adicionales podria ser un plus.

Un hotel muy malo. Aire acondicionado malo en todas la habitaciones del hotel. En aquellas en las que funciona solo sirve como ventilador. No enfría. Nos ofrecen un ventilador para el calor. Insufrible las noches con ese calor y sin aire y sin ventanas. Reclamamos pero no hubo ninguna solución. Cambiamos de habitación y nos cobraron. Insólito.

Esperaba mucho mas para la cadena. En general muy pobre, una garantia ee $40.000 diaria por persona es demasiado considerando que ni siqiiera estaba funcional el frigobar, la cena era solo a la habitación, sin uso de piscina noli espacios comunes algo que debiesen informar antes porque para que ofrecen piscina si no se puede usar? No es malo pero de todos los que he ido es el peor.

Hacia tiempo que no me alojaba en el hotel y considero que resultaba muchísimo mejor cuando se encontraba alineado con la administración bajo el nombre de la cadena Radisson. Mi percepción es que, con la actual administración NH, ha disminuido significativamente la categoria de las instalaciones y servicios. Además, por el tipo de prestaciones que brinda, resulta comparativamente caro para el medio (Antofagasta).

La primera noche la calefacción no funcionaba. Solicite cambio de habitación. No había me indicaron que me cambiarían al día siguiente. Al día siguiente después de insistir un rato recién a las 12 de la noche me cambiaron pero en la nueva habitación tampoco funcionaba. Al día siguiente la pudieron reparar. Además cuando me llamaban el teléfono no sonaba. Intente varias veces llamar a recepción y no respondían. Al retirarme hice un reclamo y me descontaron una noche de estadía. Al menos en eso se portaron bien.

El recibimiento muy plano, llegamos con mi esposa de un viaje largo a las 21:50 no habiamos comido y ya estaba cerrado el restaurant, teniamos mucha hambre, y No habian locales habiertos a esa hora y todos los delivery colapsados, el frigo bar de la habitacion no habia nada, preguntamos si nos podian servir algo a las 23:00, y la respuesta fue nuevamente que estaba ya cerrado el restaurant, ni un pan con te o cafe nos ofrecieron aun explicandoles la situacion, y considerando que le podiamos cancelar, a demas que siempre en los hoteles tienen ya comprado para el desayuno del dia siguiente, lo unico que puedo decir es que no existio empatia para con nosotros.

A llegar nos asignaron una pieza , que estaba ocupada !!!!, tuvimos que volver a recepción a gestionar el cambio ; sin personal que ayudara con las maletas; implementos del baño, viejos y en mal estado ( flexible de ducha telefono oxidado, plato de ducha fijo se cayó, al momento de ducharse!!).
Lo bueno, el servicio de desayuno y comidas a la pieza.
En el frontis del hotel, jardineras sucias , todas las plantas secas.

Besonders die anscheinend nachgerüstete Klimaanlage ist eine Katastrophe
Laut und ohne Effekt im Zimmer war es unerträglich warm zum schlafen

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación muy bonita, con una linda vista al mar en el quinto piso, todo nuevo, solo me llamo la atención que al llegar la primera noche, hubiese mucho olor a cigarrillo como si subiera por algún conducto.
Detalles de la limpieza en el baño, bajo lavamanos los azulejos no estaban muy limpios.
El desayuno muy completo y rico, sólo a las frutas les faltaba madurez.

Felt like sleeping (correction: trying to sleep...) beside a motorway...
The small windows are damaged. The shower is for people less than 1m70.
It is clean. Reception desk friendly.
I don´t recommand the restaurant.
Found a bottle mid-empty in the mini-fridge, hidden behind the others = nobody checked the minifridge before my arrival.
WIFI was OK when it was working (signal was fluctuating)
