Good, but a few things to bear in mind.
Overall, our stay was pretty good - most of the staff are friendly and the room was clean and everything you'd expect from a hotel room.
Arriving at the hotel, it doesn't have the clearest sign - it looks like the hotel is called Hotel Antofagasta although on closer inspection there is a squiggly P afterwards. Maybe this justifies the reaction of the doorman when asking if we were in the right place (in Spanish) as maybe he thought it was a silly question, but I think just pointing at the doormat (which does have the name as you'd expect to see it) whilst frowning as his response is a bit rude.
The free welcome drink at their bar is a nice touch and the room was clean. I slept quite well - the beds were quite comfy, although if you do book a 'City View' room, bear in mind that the windows don't block out the sound at all, and it's right next to the main road through the city, which also includes a small train track.

Really like this hotel. Great place to relax. Best breakfast I have fond in Chile. Only thing I didn't like was the second floor rooms on the city side. There is a common roof just outside the huge window. Anyone could step out there window and walk over to yours, step right in if your window isn't open. Therefore nobody opens their windows and these rooms smell like an old tennis shoe.
Lovely pool and restaurant balcony. Probably my favorite hotel in Antofagasta. Parking is VERY convenient and they have an attendant 24 hrs.

Very bad experience. The hotel is very old and expensive. My room was on a second floor, very dark with no light on the ceiling, only lamps. The lobby said it had a city view, but there was no city view, instead a bunch of old air condition units abandoned on the roof of the 1st floor which was the view of the room. I would definelty not come back, actually I had 2 extra nights but I cancelled them and moved to Terrado hotel for the same price.

One night stopover
We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Food was great but a little pricey. my only criticism is that we had to have a taxi for 3am for a flight and we asked for a taxi to be booked twice the previous eve and when we checked out no taxi was booked and we have to call a taxi at the las minute. Thankfully made it to the airport for our flight.

At check-in, the young guy at the front desk was very rude and a smart alec.
Floor/ carpet was stained. Looked out my window expecting to see the water and saw a roof of the shed that is hooked to the hotel.

Creo que al hotel le falta mantencion en habitaciones hay pedazos menos en aplicaciones en baños hay piquetes en la pintura no hay ninguna frazada adicional , ni plancha , tampoco amenihies como cafetera en la habitación cosas que otros hoteles x este costo tienen creo que deben revisar el estado general creo que si lo hicieran seria muy bueno hoy solo es regular

Cuando llegué me asignaron la habitación 512 que tenía la chapa de la puerta hacia el balcon rota, por lo que esta no cerraba. Me cambiaron de habitación a la 412 y en esta habitación no servía el pasador de la puerta principal por lo que no se podía asegurar.
Con excepción del señor Ricardo, el resto del personal de meseros del restaurante francamente son toscos, groseros y se limitan a estar de pie junto al computador murmurando entre ellos en vez de estar atendiendo y al pendiente de las necesidades de los comensales. Estuve 5 días en el hotel y solo 1 día me prepararon \"1 huevo frito\" como lo solicité (bien cocido), el resto de días me los llevaron de mala gana y para mi gusto crudos.
El desayuno tiene muchas y variadas opciones de panaderia dulce y solo pan de molde (sin dulce), no hay alimentos de sal como tocino, salchichas, etc
El queso y los jamones que ponen en la barra se ven secos por el refrigerador.
Lls jugos son extremadamente dulces y al parecer de caja.
Retiran el desayuno sin avisar que va finalizar e inmediatamente de mala gana te piden que te retires del restaurante porque deben alistar el almuerzo.

Todas las mañanas desde las 7am aprox empiezan a martillar y a tirar las puertas de las habitaciones, las mucamas se gritan por el pasillo o ponen musica....en general es dificil descansar.

El hotel es muy bueno en general, tiene un excelente personal, sobretodo las personas que nos atendieron en el desayuno y bar, muy preocupados de lo podíamos necesitar, la cordialidad de preguntar como habíamos amanecido, si dormimos bien, de ofrecerse a ayudarnos si necesitabamos algo, lo unico que encontré que deberia mejorar el hotel es la ducha del baño porque el chorro es muy debil y no se puede regularla. Habitación comoda, desayuno variado y rico, tragos y sándwiches excelentes.

Un muy mala experiencia, reserve una habitación con vista al mar, al llegar me comentan que está sobre vendido el Hotel y que me harán un “upgrade” a una Suite pero con el mismo costo, efectivamente la habitación es más grande pero con vista al estacionamiento, al basurero del hotel y enfrente un edificio gigante, mal, mal. El Hotel tenía un evento y esto claramente los sobré pasó en todos los servicios, cenar fue imposible, pedir una bebida en el bar ni hablar, mucha menos contestaron el teléfono para un servicio a la habitación, y no sólo fui yo, estaban todos los pasajeros en la misma situación. El baño 2 dos baratas y sucio, ningún shampoo y menos bálsamo para el cabello, todo mal en este hotel
