The location right by the convention center was what I wanted, and it was great for that. Not far from lots of shops and restaurants on 16th St too. The room was comfortable and quiet. Keurig coffee in the room, otherwise no breakfast provided. But it did have a fridge and microwave.

Staff was nice and informative. Room was very clean, only compliant was we wish they had more than one makeup remover wipes in the restroom. The overall property was clean. You do have to pay for parking in the parking garage which was a little pricey but it was better than parking off the street. We didn't use the amenities nor have breakfast there. But overall I would book a stay here again in the future.

Apart from saying when you go to p4 I got lost there the very friendly staff at the Front Desk and what I didn't like either is that I had in my email that the check-out was at 12 and from 10:30 in the morning they were calling me by phone

Complaint against Hotels.com

I booked a hotel room through Hotels.com and received a confirmation for a specific room type. After checking in and entering the room, I realized it did not match what I had reserved.

I contacted Hotels.com customer service. The representative contacted the hotel directly and was informed that the room type I booked was not actually available to be sold through the platform. In other words, the reservation was confirmed for inventory the hotel did not have.

To be clear, the customer service agent was professional and helpful, and this complaint is not about the representative or the hotel. The issue is that the platform allowed and confirmed a booking for a room that could not be fulfilled.

I paid for a specific accommodation and received something materially different. I am requesting an appropriate refund or compensation and that Hotels.com review how inventory availability is managed so other travelers are not placed in the same situation.

Now, this doesn’t negate why I gave a 2 star review. Two thinks irked me: 1, I had a donor disturb on my door that disappeared and the staff came in without my knowledge (the bed was made) and, 2, there was a QR code that led to a room service page. After calling the room service option on the phone in the room, I was told they didn’t have room service (though, again, both the QR code led to a landing page and the phone showed an option for it). That was too inconvenient for someone trying to relax.

No longer have a pool. Front desk lady did not tell me where to park. I went across the street and had to pay before I figured it out. Did not offer a refund when I talked to them. It is always cold in the lobby. The only highlight was the staff at the restaurant for breakfast.

Went to Denver to see a playoff game, and this hotel was great! Great downtown location, felt safe, nice area, and had zero problems. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and had no problems. We didn't use parking since we used Ubers but I believe there was a parking garage. Breakfast was not included, and it took a while to get served at the hotel restaurant. They were on a skeleton crew, and it was packed for the playoffs. Even then, it didn't affect my rating of the hotel, just a heads up if you're in a rush! It was a quick 2-night stay, but I can say I will definitely use this hotel for my Denver trips now.

Overall good experience but there wasn't any coffee anywhere! None in the rooms, none in the lobby, and the coffee shop was closed every day we stayed. And the man who checked us in seemed irked to be there and didn't give me the usual spiel/general information or inform me about the price of parking. I was prepared to pay for parking but the information would be neat to have up-front.

The staff was slow, they cahrged me FIFTY DOLLARS to park overnight for two nights, they don't have a continental breakfast (even though it's advertised on the website), they charge a 100 dollar deposit, and the waters are 4 dollars. Food is excellent in the kitchen, but that's the ONLY thing going for this place. I also forgot to mention, the temperature in the rooms is non-adjustable (stuck at 70) and the fan doesn’t blow, even when turned on. The exhaust fans in the bathroom doesn't turn on and they only have lamps for light. Absolute WORST hotel stay I've EVER had and I've stayed in HUNDREDS of Hilton's. Do not book here. You will be ripped off.

The room was very nice and if I looked out the left of the window I could see almost all of the mountains. I'm staying again in two weeks and I'm glad I chose this place. The location was ideal quick walk to restaurants. Though the restaurant inside the hotel was amazing as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was great room was clean and comfortable. If I had anything negative to say it’s that there seem to be only one elevator working so at times it would take up to 10 minutes to get an elevator downstairs. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was great and very accommodating. We took the train into Denver and the hotel held onto our luggage prior to check in and after check out so we could wander around downtown without dragging our luggage with us.

The room was clean and comfortable though we did end up with a view of a stucco wall 8 feet outside our 6th floor room. But views aside we had no complaints. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again.

However, the morning of my scheduled checkout, I phoned the front desk to let them know I wished to stay an extra night. They requested I come down to the front desk and check back in by 11. I mistakenly missed this check in/out deadline by 15 minutes. At around 11:15, I was rudely awakened by security and yelled at that I need to vacate immediately. I feel this was an extreme and unnecessary measure. I was treated with no grace as a guest at this establishment. I was ordered to hastily pack my things and treated as a criminal trespasser. I have never felt more disrespected by a business that I paid to provide me a service, and especially not one such as Hilton that I had previously held in high regard. I was given no opportunity to extend my reservation, as I had requested. Only told that I must leave immediately because I did not have a current reservation. The security personnel acted as if I was attempting to squat in the hotel and must be thrown out immediately. He treated me as a criminal trespasser and was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive to someone who had simply overslept their checkout time. I was threatened with physical violence if I did not immediately adhere to their demands.

After this experience with an incredibly unprofessional security member, I will no longer be staying at or recommending Hilton hotels.

All the staff I have interacted with gave been very kind and helpful, patient and accommodating, on top of professional.
I really appreciate that - it makes going through a hard thing far from home much better.
