Good for its price

Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though.

Excellent staff compensated for a tired structure

The hotel is tired and could use a good clean up. The staff we we were all very efficient and good at making the guests “feel at home”
The staff make the difference that the Tunga needs to compensate for the tired setup
I eat in the neighbouring (Also Tunga, “Paradise”) as their restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. If you room service dine in - the kitchen at Regeale is still very very good

Staff and service are excellent. Could do with a better pre-emption of set meal dinner options that are pre-charged to the room. There's a lack of option which you only get to know of once you have paid for dinner and want to order.

Overall a good hotel

It was a good stay. Spacious room, excellent location due to its proximity to the airport and our places of work. Modern interior and very good breakfast with a decent spread.
I am happy that they allowed us an early check-in. Overall a good hotel for the price and will recommend it to other travellers.

Good hotel. Apt for family and business!

The hotel is conveniently located & extremely close to the airport. Spacious room, modern interiors and good breakfast with a decent spread.

The only demerit was - there was a slight water clogging in my bathroom on the floor near the WC. It didn't drain on its own and gets collected.

Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to others.

A bad experience

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very dirty and has a permanent smell. The bed is as hard and uncomfortable. I complained and got not assistance.

Totally avoidable

They strictly follow a rationing policy for giving water, air con is not effective enough, barely keeps the temp at 25, not too many options in breakfast, unfriendly and unhelping staff

Top quality hotel in Mumbai

We were very happy with the level of service and accommodation at this hotel.
Feedback on the room: The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was very quite which is a real benefit when staying in a big city like Mumbai,
Hotel Resturant: the food we had at the resturant was surperb, we ate the Navya resturant nearly every day.
Hotel staff: We found the hotel staff very helpful and attentive, they helped us get our SIM card activated which is not an easy process to do India if you are from overseas. We would recommend this hotel for quality of service and value for money.

Nice hotel but you need to book in advance

Good hotel but if the rate is discounted and you need to book in advance for all days your staying because next day they will increase the rate to double .

if not for the upgrade, i would have checked out.

the rooms need to be sound proofed. too much noise of cars honking for 20 hours in the day.
they need to sound proof all the rooms very very very urgently and surely.

You get what you pay for.

Booked this hotel because of location and price for a 4 star hotel. The Hotel looks very presentable but the rooms need re ferbisment, and there was no Pool as per pictures,
The staff were good very friendly, Breakfast was very bad, not much choice and lots of meals missing.

Bad hotel choice

Stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff very not helpful AT ALL, after we checked in at 7pm we went out to eat and forgot something in the hotel so went back quickly to get it and found two men in our room \"fluffing pillows\" for for what they said was \"night service\", very sketchy. room was okay sheets were not clean. Overall expwrience was not good. Feel like they were taking advantage of us.

It is close to exhibition center and airport, if no traffic just take 15-20mins.
For the price I got this time, good deal, if next time I can get the same price or cheaper I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Our room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived, we complained at reception and they happily moved us to an alternative room within minutes.

In another one of our rooms we noticed there was a cockroach, we caught it under a glass and when we called the hotel to remove it they accidentally let it go, kicking it out of the room! Leading to a sleepless night!

The hotel restaurant was absolutely freezing, the ladies sat with heir scarves on, when we requested the temperature be changed we were told it was a central system and nothing could be done, on a positive note the food was delicious!

Regale Tunga --Very comfortable and clean.

Our stay at the Regale Tunga was an experience we'll always remember, from the kindness showed by the men who helped us from our car at the entrance to the room service Jyoti who kept our room impeccably clean..A big Thankyou to the lovely receptionists at the front desk who always tried to answer all our tiresome questions.Even though this hotel is quite a distance from the main part of Mumbai, it was always a pleasure to get back to a clean comfortable refreshing room. We will definitely come back here to stay in the very near future and I am going to recommend this very pleasant place to all I know.

This hotel was ok but the taxi drivers didn't know where it was and staff had no idea we were booked in. The wifi didn't work too well but we only stayed 1 night.

Not Impressive but good enough.

Came to Mumbai during the last week of August and stayed here for 3 days.

Negatives:

* The room cleanliness was not upto mark. The carpet was dirty and I could feel the dirt on the soles of my feet.
* The breakfast buffet is a joke. There aren't enough options and the food that they do put out is bland and tastes like the previous day's food made hot. Even the Fruits weren't fresh. Coffee is usually quite easy; they weren't able to get that right either.
* The in room fridge is empty. This is one of the main areas hotels make money. The mark up prices on the in room snacks is huge and although I don't usually help myself to it, it would've been nice to have it when I wanted to snack at 2am after a night out. Their loss.
* The room service does not have much on the menu after 10pm.

Positives:

* Very helpful and friendly front desk. Prompt service with a smile.
* Good location - close to the airport and local markets and businesses. Restaurants are available close by.
* Private cabs available outside the hotel.

Nothing went to plan in the hotel on the booking I was told there is a summing pool. The beds were not done to get wifi took us one hour overall I would not stay in this hotel again

Home Away from Home

Stayed for 20 days, a very comfortable stay, can say a home away from home. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff very polite and supportive. Food is really good didn't get bored even though I had almost three meals every day there.
Internet connectivity and maintenance of fitness room not so great for a business traveler.
