We couldn't go to Mardin, we have asked the Hotel to modify our reservation to same hotel but in a different city, bur they didn't accept! Same hotel but different branch, we felt disappointed to be honest.

The room was disappointing for a Hilton. The bathroom was fine and the bed comfortable but neither the refrigerator nor the a/c worked in my room, and the Internet was so slow and intermittent that it was practically unusable. The room furnishings looked tired.

Great option outside of old town

After staying a couple of nights in the old Mardin, we were thankful to have a big of space and a really comfortable bed. We had a 1 bedroom suite that we used for our family and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed.

Disappointing management

At breakfast, you can see at kitchen, people removing mask to work! İ got covid 8 weeks ago and difficult to say, but İ was very careful. Possible İ got from a restaurante where workers don’t care about been the instrument to kill someone. İ was by to die! Weeks at hospital in isolationsufferingbrcause poor management as Hilton has tha can’t compliance with regulations in place, İ’m ok now and protected, but how many will suffer because poor management that can not control process and keeping supporting talks but without walking? Sad! Disapointing!

They do not read emails and notes of customers at the time of reservation. We ended up in a room taht smells even tough ee asked non smoking room. But the reason we gave 2 star is that there are 3 heavy rock breaker machine around the hotel that makes impossible to sleep or rest. It is a run and hide type hotel.

Beautiful hotel close to Old Mardin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Family friendly. If you are looking for the comforts of a modern hotel, this one is a good choice in Mardin. However, if you are looking for a boutique hotel with nostalgia settings, this one might feel too modern.

This property is good , but they switch off the lights and AC in the lobby after say 11:00 pm . That makes us to feel as if we are staying in hostel and not HiLTON hotel .

Further breakfast should be more of international. It’s is confined to local food and no one there to make us understand in English language .

Good situation if you want to discover the surraiundings of Mardin. Also well situated to enter (by car) the old city center. Good rooms but the maintenace in my room was nto well done, the others did not meet this problem. On Sunday breakfast was poor on monday Super. We enjoyed and had a suer get away

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable, very warm; it had constant electricity and hot water... As always (unless you know no Turkish/Kurdish whatsoever and can't find the stops), I'd recommend taking the (fixed-fare) dolmush (taxi-bus) instead of the (always rip-off) taxi.

Beautiful hotel, but not in the old city

After one night in Diyarbakir in a local hotel (the same price as this Hilton) where the toilet in both the first and second room was broken, the street noise was awful, and the sliding door at the entrance almost crushed us, we felt like we'd arrived in paradise. We had a car, which made this location acceptable for getting to the old city, but otherwise, it was quite a distance. There is probably some form of public transportation, but it would be a fair walk to get to it.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and centrally located. There's a newness about the hotel and with that comes getting the fine details right. For example the mini bar in your room will be empty and instead you have to go to reception to buy stuff to stock. The cleaning staff were lazy and forgot to lock my door leaving it open for a few hours. Not really good

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

Mardin is a beautiful city, a hundred years ago many Armenians lived there.
We were a group of friends visiting similar cities. Hilton Garden Inn was one of the best places we stayed overnight. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful historic city. We had a minivan with us, so not being in downtown area was not a problem. It could be for others.
The Armenian church was locked.
At night there was an engagement on the hotel premises, left my window open and enjoyed the Eastern music.

Nice hotel but they would turn off aircondition

The hotel is new with good facilities and nice rooms and breakfast. But they have an undisclosed policy to turn off the cold air system at their will, and both nights I woke up sweating having a thick conforter as cover in the bed. I complained in the afternoon, when my room was 28 c degrees and they make the charade of sending a technician to review, and then after asking to change room, it was turned on. During the night I had to go to the front desk and they woke up the manager, to turn it on. Unbelievable.

Hotel staff, particularly the receptionists, were great. They let me check in early and check out late. The location was some far from the old city. Car hiring is a need, not only for transportation from/to airport, but also for sightseeing outside the city.

The staff was very organised , pretty and acute . and happy to get the guest better served . The hotell was very clean and quite . Also we were very pleased when we talked to them because they speak more than one of international languages like ( English ,Arabic ) .Its very rare to find staff talk these languages in Turkey depends on my Experience . The view was very nice . Breakfast was excellent . I booked twice at this hotel within 6 weeks . I recommend my colleagues to book in this hotel

Grundsätzlich war das Hotel sauber und ordentlich.

Ich hatte das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich evtl. vor Ort die Option hinzubuchen könnte. Auf Expedia hätte mich das Frühstück 9,00 € zusätzlich gekostet und nach den Angaben sollte das Frühstück vor Ort 150 TL kosten. Vor Ort im Hotel hieß es, das Frühstück würde 750 TL pro Tag kosten. Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter von Expedia hat vergeblich versucht mir zu helfen, da die Mitarbeiter des Hotels über die mir angegebene Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar waren.

Im Spa Bereich hieß es erst am zweiten Tag, ich müsse im Pool eine Badekappe tragen, andernfalls wäre die Nutzung nicht möglich. Daher war ich gezwungen eine Badekappe für 100 TL käuflich zu erwerben.

En iyi tercihimizdi

1 Mayıs gibi genelde yerel turizmin yoğun olduğu bir zamanda gittik. Ama sanırım Mardin'deki en iyi oteli seçtik. Konum olarak yeri çok güzeldi. Diğer otellerin aksine, kalabalıktan uzaktı ve otopark hiçbir zaman sorun olmadı. Hangisini seçsek dediğimiz tüm otelleri gezerken gördük ve Hilton tercihi için kendimizi kutladık. Eşya taşımak olsun, yemek için arabayla girip çıkmak olsun hep çok kolay oldu.

Ard arda Kaldığımız 3 Hilton otelinin en kötüsüydü ne yazık ki. Odalarda sigara içilmesine izin veriliyormuş ve biz bunu rezervasyon sırasında farkedemedik. Bütün gece sigara kokusundan uyuyamadık. Otel çok bakımsızdı. Havlu, diş fırçası vb ihtiyaçlarımız odada yoktu ve biz extra istemek durumunda kaldık. Şanlıurfa Hilton gibi bir yer bekledik ama yanından bile geçemedi. Kahvaltı bir kaostu. Ve yeterli çeşitlilikte sunum yoktu. Sadece manzarası çok iyiydi. Bir daha kalmayı düşünmeyeceğim bir otel.

Yöresel kahvaltı çesitleriRezervasyon yaptiktan sonra telefonle sigara icilmeyen baglantılı 2 oda istememize ragmen 2 ayri katta olabilir mi diye soruldu kabul etmeyince ayni katta ama uzak 2 sigara içilen oda verdiler. Tercih sebebim havuz ve spor salonu olmasiydi.Ancak havuz cocuk havuzu gibi küçüktü saat sabah 10'da açılıyordu.Saat 12 de cikis yapacak bir misafirin sabah havuz kullanma ihtimali yok yani.Spor salonu da oldukca havasizdi ve ter kokuiordu maalesef.

2.si yastıklar aşırı şişkin olduğu için rahat bir uyku uyuyamadık. Kafamızı yastığın ne tarafına koysak öbür tarafı kalkıyor rahatsız bir yastıktı. Biraz daha inik bir yastık bulundurulabilir, kim hangisini tercih ediyorsa onu kullanır.
3.sü havalandırma aşırı sesli çalıştığı için, gece sessizliğinde rahatsız ediciydi. Kapatarak uyumak zorunda kaldık. Havasız ve sigara kokulu bir odada rahatsız bir yastıkta uyumaya çalışmak pek iyi bir deneyim olmadı. Dikkate alacağınızı düşünerek detaylı yazmaya çalıştım.

Odamız temizdi fakat duş derece ayarı sıkıntılıydı, su çok sıcaktı, lavabosu tıkanıyordu, giderde sıkıntı vardı, bu ücrete kahvaltı dahil olmalıydı, sadece gece yatış parası alınmasını çok uygun bulmuyorum. Personel ilgisi iyiydi.

Aracınız varsa konaklanabilecek en mantıklı otel. Fiyat fayda dengesi, çalışanların ilgisi, temizliği, odaların genişliği ve konforu memnun edici. Ova manzaralı oda rica ettik. Sağ olsunlar kırmayıp her iki odayı da ova manzaralı ve üst kattan verdiler. Odanın birinde duşlar çok iyi iken 519 numaralı odada sanırım kireçlenmeden ötürü sıcak soğuk ayarı yapılamamış. Oda numarasını özellikle vurguluyorum ki sorun çözülsün ve sonra kalanlar sıkıntı yaşamasın. Çıkışta resepsiyon yoğun olduğu için bildiremedik. Bu arada küçük bir not: Buklet malzemeleri artık verilmiyor.
