Worth searching to find

This property is very well managed, has excellent staff and Sarah was most kind in showing us rooms and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service provided. The only issue is there is no signage and with adjacent property under construction we initial thought hotel was closed.

The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is for the fact that there is NO outdoor pool as the pictures would imply. When i asked the hotel about this, they said the pictures are for \"marketing\" purposes which was really upsetting. the only reason i booked this place was because i have small kids and i needed to keep them busy. Needless to say we were all disappointed.
Other than this important blunder, the hotel is really nice, clean and the staff is really wonderful. Just don't book it if you expect to have an outdoor pool to sit by and swim in.

Its a simple hotel situated at a convenient location.

Not suitable for families with children under 16 yrs of age, as they will not be able to use the pool or any other facilities. Furthermore the use of the pool, gym etc all cost extra. These are not mentioned at the point of booking.

The hotel offers the same basic breakfast menu every day of the week.

We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too.
Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely.
The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this.
The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options.

Our only caveat is that the pool is not included in the price of the room. At €19 per person for 2 hrs, its a bit of a disappointment.

Check the soap upon arrival, the soap container was emp.

Wonderful apartment style room with loft was great for our family of 4. It was clean and spotless. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent and easy parking. The area around is a bit rundown and its a hike from attractions in Milan but I can overlook both for what this hotel gives.

Special thanks to Alexandro and Fredo (i think that was his name). for going out of the way to provide excellent service.

My rental car broke down in the middle of the night. The front desk associates were amazing with their help in getting me back on the road. Thank you all!

Good for business or pleasure, not too far away from motorway. there are \"permanent\" curtains which cannot roll up for the view, so if you are after that, this might not be the hotel. It does give light for the room though.

Stayed for three nights while on business in the round tower in the back. Arrived early and was accommodated an early check-in. Room was large and the bed nice and firm. All amenities were present including a pay mini bar. No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room so have to go to the bar on the basement level for anything hot. In the bathroom, I really liked the rain shower. During the second morning my TV would not turn off, I notified the front desk and it was fixed by the time I return in the afternoon. The first night I ate at the restaurant but the following nights I had room service. All the food was excellent. The breakfast spread was great and the service was attentive and great. Overall I would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable hotel for an overnight stay

Really comfortable hotel situated right next to the motorway - which made me a little apprehensive when I rolled up, but the room was lovely, no noise at all. The hotel appears to be mainly a business hotel, and the breakfast buffet is really rather substantial. I stayed there en route from Como to Verona and it broke the journey nicely.

We had a sufficiently acceptable stay at Devero Hotel but location was the main negative with the placement such a distance away from major attractions. We visited Italy to spend time in Milan seeing other reviews regards bus transport etc being accessible but in the end was very difficult to manage and very complicated getting to certain destinations. However, the hotel is a business hotel and our decision to book it but for anyone looking at visiting Italy you most defintly need a car hired, good knowledge of the transport system regards bus and aware there is nothing within a close proximity of the hotel which is easily accessible. We found the bed/pillows to be rock hard but this can be rectified by speaking with the hotel staff for more comforting bedding, all in all would not stay here again but if ever on business only in the area may consider it.

Smiles and welcoming

Very cheerful, helpful and welcoming reception staff, Ariana welcomed us both times with a smile and even remembered us by name. She was eager to hep us and fulfill our needs whenever possible The staff in the 24 diner were polite and cheerful. It was also nice to be welcomed and spoken to politely in English as well as this has not been the case in other hotels. I fully recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

The picture shows a pool that does not exist, well unless you are 6 inches tall you wouldn't be able to swim in it, is there to get your feet wet. The spa is there, it will cost you 25 euro to use the swimming pool. The breakfast is very good.

Nice Hotel spoilt by overheated rooms

Modern hotel with interesting features, however visit was spoilt by air conditioning which was centrally controlled and would not go below 26 degrees. The spa is great although you pay extra. The Michelin starred restaurant is no longer there, and the replacement is not perfect. Go out to eat in local area, especially la giara which is just over footbridge and is sensational.

Devero Hotel 4 Plus Stars

Very nice hotel. A bit far from central Milan. We drove to Milan and parked just south of the city, took the tram into town for the day. Then we were driving to Venice, so Devero Hotel was the perfect spot to stay. The desk clerk was extremely friendly. Parking was under ground with elevators to the room floors. The room was modern as is the entire property. The shower was large and the lighting fun. Breakfast was a grand buffet of eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, fruits,pastries, cereal, yogurt and all kinks of drinks. I can definitely recommend the Devero Hotel.

The stay was good, but very expensive & inconvenient to move around from there. The transport from the hotel is very expensive and they don't provide free shuttle to anywhere from where one can get a public transport.

Nice business hotel, good but pricey restaurant

Nice business hotel. I arrived early on a red-eye flight and they were gracious enough to let me check in early. Very much appreciated! The restaurant in the hotel served great food but the prices were pretty high and the portions were pretty small (perhaps this is my American-sized appetite, but I was still hungry at the end of the meal). The only other issue I had was the hotel room was only set up for \"heat\" and not for \"cool\". My room was uncomfortably warm and I was unable to cool it down. The windows did open, but only a crack. Even after leaving them open for a couple of hours when I was out, didn't get the room cool enough for me and it was 50* F outside. I get pretty warm when I sleep so I prefer my room to be cold so I can sleep comfortably. Neither the restaurant or the room temp was a deal-breaker but just wanted to point that out. The room was very spacious, the bed super-comfortable, the wifi was speedy and the bathroom was well-appointed. I would stay here again when in town for business

Very cool hotel, with its wedge-shaped tower rooms, it's super cool showers with colored mood lighting, glass floors in the lobby, and convenient free parking onsite! Very good breakfast buffet. It seems a bit remote, but there are some good restaurants nearby, if not in walking distance. But if you're here, you have a car, so it's not a problem. Stylish property worthy of stylish Milan.

We didn't see much of the outside. needed to get to Milan in the morning to fly back to the USA. But we loved the room. Great rate for what we got. Just one thing missing, but I can't remember. No frig? No plugs? Can't remember.

We loved the hotel it was ammaculate. The reception staff names Luca was extremely helpful.The hotel deco was stunning. The room was really nice with an amazing bathroom. The breakfast bar was really good too. Would defiantly go again 5 star rating. Car parking was free which was a bonus.

Nice hotel - not close to anywhere

We booked via internet for Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice and Milan and did well everywhere, but got this one wrong. There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Staff are friendly, facilities are very good, room was comfortable, and the lights in the shower are especially soothing (can't explain that better - go see for yourself). BUT we booked two nights non-refundable at this hotel after searching for hotels in Milan (the same way as we did in the other Italian cities) and it is NOT in Milan. If you are traveling by car this is probably less of a problem. We traveled everywhere by train, and so it was a problem. Taxi drivers at Roma Centrale did not know the place, and could not find the address on GPS (estimated cost if they had found it 60 euros). Metro can take you to Gessate (about an hour), and then you could catch a bus from there (should come once an hour - journey will take about 40 minutes) or take a taxi (if you can find one, booked taxi will cost 30 euro for eight minute travel). As we were going to evening Expo we booked a new hotel for the first night (unexpected extra cost), then Metro and booked taxi following day to get there and the same in reverse to get back. Nice hotel, but that was not worth it. Additionally they have a pool, but you had to pay an additional 15 euro per person if you wanted to use it.

Great hotel

We booked this hotel last minute when we had some changes made to our Italy trip. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and staff is lovely. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location definitely felt like it was in the middle of nowhere and you would need a car to get around. But it was less than 30min drive to the Milan expo- so VERY convenient!

We had dogs with us and the hotel was very accommodating leaving air conditioning on all day in the rooms for the dogs. What they don't tell you is they charge extra for the dogs. Restaurant is expensive but reception staff gave us other places to go to - to eat.

Stayed for 1 night. Hotel is new and super clean. Staff if extremly helpful. Close to Autostrada Milan-Venezia but you cannot hear the road even if you sleep with open window.

Classy hotel in a secluded location

This incredibly classy hotel will have you tingling with joy from the minute you walk in through its revolving doors. You can then view the bar below through the see through glass floors. The main rooms are located on the first 2 floors. With the restaurant, bar, lounge and pool area below you. All the staff are wondefully nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is second to none with the option of breakfast room service! Free parking is always an added bonus. The spa and therapy rooms are also great considering they are a lift journey away. Would love to visit here again.

Great Hotel But Too Far From Milan Train Station

Hotel Devero staff were professional and we enjoyed our short stay, a layover from arriving from the US, followed next day by train journey to Venice. The hotel room cost was very good, and we had a large suite for five. But this was countered by expensive taxi trips from Linate (75 Euro) and to Milano Centro (90 Euro). Having a party of 5 also increased the cab cost, as well as having one of the drivers \"accidentally\" make a wrong turn to drive up the tab. But this was not the hotel's fault. If you plan to drive the disadvantage of the location (well NE of central Milan) would be minimized. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the best we saw on our trip, and their restaurant (the cafe, not the four star one, which we did not see), was also good.

This hotel was our last stop on our Honeymoon before going to Linate Airport the next day. We booked the loft suite and it was the biggest hotel room i've ever stayed in. A huge duplex with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, 2 bathrooms, yes, 2 bathrooms - one on each floor. The only negative about the room was that the bottom floor shower was clogged which made for an unpleasant shower. For some reason the hotel was very empty, maybe it was slow season, but that meant that we had the 4 star Spa all to ourselves - it was AMAZING and worth the $35 or Euros. I don't know what the smaller rooms look like but you won't be disappointed either way i'm sure. and the restaurant is also amazing. The chef prepared a vegan meal just for us.

Comfortable Business Hotel

We stayed as a family of five for 1 night in a suite to catch an early flight at Milan Linate airport the next morning. The suite was fantastic, with two levels and two bathrooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent. My only complaint is the bed is connected to the air conditioning unit and was very noisy and draughty even on low speed. Very goo value for money at the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of the pictures of the pools, we thought it would be fun for the kids. The outdoor \"pool\" you cannot enter. It is only about 6 inches deep and only for show. The indoor pool is part of the spa and costs extra and children under 14 are not allowed. Although we were disappointed, the hotel itself is very nice and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.
