The front office staff speak English, but she didn’t mention how I could get into the parking. Also i asked if i could control the heating in the room, she said yes but around 11 pm the room got very cold. I had to go to the reception and have her turn on the heat in the room. In winter some hotels control the heating.

One week in Vimercate

Hotel is correct.
Really nice and welcome staff. Good breakfast.
Rooms are ok, slightly warmer it would be better. Double beds are fine, single beds are definitely too small.
Maybe hotel seems a little bit old, needs a few refurbishments. Tiny sauna and steam bath, but enough. Convenient if you have business in Vimercate, but it's faraway from everywhere and there is no a good public transport service. Vimercate is nice and you can find shops and restaurants.

A really lovely contemporary hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. We loved the food at the restaurant
We just didn’t like the location, though very convenient for Linate airport, the hotel is in the middle of a spaghetti junction and if you are driving it’s not easy to work out how to get to it .

The property is quite nice but far away from everything, other than this small shopping center. It is great for business trips to the local area. Be aware that the floor height between the shower/bath and the floor of the bathroom are quite different. The first night I ued it, I stepped out and almost fell on the floor with the step down. Also, the bidet was an older design and the hotel theme seems very American 80s-90s. Very cozy, none the less.

The hotel is nice but my room was in a different part of the hotel. I at dinner in the restaurant, which disappointingly wasn't the best. The shutter in the room was stiff and difficult to close. The shower water sprayed the bathroom and the floor was wet after use. The breakfast was lovely and the service was good. I would say this hotel is more a 3* than 4*.

A great hotel & very handy for local business park

I stayed at Cosmo Hotel Torri last week and the week before while working at the business park and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was in a good location, handy for the shopping centre at TorriBianche also. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and would remember you and chat to you when you are sat in the restaurant. The hotel reception even has tickets you can buy for the local buses if you want to go into Milan. The food in the restaurant was great and the hotel room was clean and spacious. The only issue was that the plugs all seem to be on the opposite side of the room to the bed, so you need to leave any charging devices on the other side of the room when you go to bed.

I would definitely recommend the hotel and would certaintly stay there next time I return.

Ok hotel. Apartments looking tired.

I had booked a room in the main hotel, but at check-in they moved me to the apartment block across the road. These rooms are probably bigger - bedroom and kitchen/living room - however they are a little tired looking. In need of updating and some maintenance. Room safe didn't work, some lights out, tiles feeling off wall. Nice to have the extra space, but would have preferred staying in the hotel as it's easier for breakfast in the morning etc.

Close to Brugherio and Monza

We stayed at the Cosmo Hotel because it was close to Brugherio. In the past we stayed at hotels in Milan, but found Milan to be too far from Brugherio, and we stayed at a hotel in Monza near Milan, and that was too far, and had too much traffic. The location was excellent. We had a rental car. We stayed in the residence as opposed to the hotel part. We had an apartment with a bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining room kitchen, balcony, and garage parking. The apartment was quiet and came with daily room service. I would stay there again.

Just good enough...

1. the power was down for 4 hours during our stay ( we have been informed while check in...But again, how much it is acceptable.. we could not even charge our died phone :( )

2. the breakfast was just basic.. all of them were packaged stuff like biscuits in packet etc..

no easy access to public transport.

Firstly good points:
Excellent hotel with best breakfast buffet, real worth for money.

Bad points:
Location very difficult. If you are not from Italy.
From Milan you take green metro (tube) line to last stop. from there very difficult to get a taxi, so better of taking a bus to vimercate and getting off at the shopping mall torri bianche and walk right out of the mall to the other side and there is the hotel. Add another 15 euros/pp to hotel charges for transport from milan central.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room

A fantastic business hotel

This is an excellent hotel just outside of Milan with open spaces and lots of free parking. You could drive to the center of Milan in about 20-25 minutes. Head north towards Lecco and you will be on the shores of Lake Como in about 30 minutes. The hotel is within a modern complex of office/residential buildings that also includes a small indoor mall and multiplex cinemas. The Gigante supermarket is great for anyone wanting to pick up some groceries and deli items. The hotel's restaurant, San Valentino, offers a tasty menu and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are what I would call minimalist. They are clean and have hardwood floors to give allergy sufferers some relief from broadloom floors. The beds are comfortable. There is wired and wirelees internet available. No swimming pool. All in all, I would stay at the Cosmo again.

La chambre était propre et le lit confortable, mais le mobilier et la décoration donnent l’impression de venir d’une brocante. Il n’y a aucune prise disponible près du lit pour charger le téléphone. Sinon, l’hôtel est calme, dispose d’un parking gratuit, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct et le personnel est serviable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a fait un réel effort pour s’exprimer dans notre langue, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant, avec des plats de qualité et un service attentionné, ainsi que le bar, convivial et bien fourni. En résumé, un hôtel que nous recommandons vivement !

Hotel war gut gelegen, nahe Autobahnzufahrt. Leider wegen einer Messe sehr voll und teuer. Von zwei Lifts war einer defekt und nicht repariert worden, da gab es oft Stau. Badezimmer nicht Zeitgemäss, keine begehbare Dusche. Minibar leer, nur am ersten Tag kostenloses Trinkwasser.
Positiv war, kostenloser Garagenplatz.
