The hotel is new and in great condition. I just didn’t like the fact that they put on their property details that they have an airport shuttle and I think it’s misleading. I mentioned it to them and they said they call a taxi to help customers. I reiterated that customers can call a taxi to get to the airport but to put that they have an airport shuttle is different. The only reason I booked this hotel however ended up paying more since it’s way far to the airport.

Very convenient access to Monza and Sesto San Giovanni. Very clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Easy parking access and we found the hotel room very quiet considering the hotel location along a main through fare. We had a light dinner one evening in the restaurant and the service and food quality were excellent.

An enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel on a very busy road surrounded by abandoned industrial and commercial buildings. However, ideally located to use public transport into Monza and Milan. The staff were very helpful.
The is nothing worth visiting within walking distance except for an excellent local Italian bar/cafe/restaurant, L’Angolo. To find the place, go out the back of the hotel through the car park, use the under pass to go over the road, up the stairs, the L’Angolo is on the right. Kitchen open 7 until 11 most nights. I went much earlier for a beer. Excellent menu and very reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk was very accommodating and kind. The only negative part of our stay was due to the front desks recommendation to use the currency exchange company they are partnered with. The company is called Ria Money Transfer. We went here and found the front desk to be very rude and they also had the worst currency exchange rate in town. $1.48 USD to 1.03 Euro at the time and the average we saw at every other exchange he was $1.30 to 1.15 Euro. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Far From the metro Terminal Sesto Maggio, So you have to take a taxi or a bus with 10 stops until you get to the hotel.
Not suitable for those who are visiting the Salone Del mobile, it is too far and located in an industrial city.
There is no Luggage scale in the hotel.
Room are comfortable and highly clean.

I would not recommend this hotel at all for people that are visiting Milan, this place is litterly out of nowhere, if you take a taxi to Milan it will cost you atleast 35 euro if you take metro or bus you have to switch metro 3 times and it will take you atleast 1 hours. Overal it not worth of stay because it's convenience at all.

Perfect service from professional and friendly sta

We cannot fault the service from every member of staff in the entire hotel. From the moment of our greeting as we entered the hotel until the minute we left everyone was very professional and as helpful as they could possibly be. Our room was clean and very comfortable and was cleaned daily. The restaurant was good, the food was great and the staff were fantastic.

If I had any criticism at all it is that the hotel itself is quite remote and there is very little close by.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now during work trips to Milan. The location is good, just outside of Milan by the expressways, making it very easy if you need to drive outside of Milan

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The wifi is strong and has a good connection. I plan to stay here on most of our trips to Milan for work

critical I have wifi and internet for my visit and you can be in very remote locations today and have reliable online access at all hours. This hotel has a ridiculous system of internet down every morning at check out and you need to get a piece of paper from the desk with your new user ID and password. I would be able to tolerate this if then my wifi worked. It is slow, unreliable, often not accessible and unable to get beyond the round and round trying symbol. Also their fitness center can be closed for no reason and two out of the three machines are broken. Please do not advertise things you cannot provide and what does Best Western think about having their name on such a situation? I will not be able to stay my 4 night rsvp without these accommodations. The rooms are pleasant and clean but outside out window are these large barking dogs - most of the night.

This is a very nice and spotlessly clean hotel in Cinisello Balsamo. I stayed here because it was close to our customer so I can't comment on how good the location is for non-business travelers, but for me it was perfect. The service was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good; it had everything I wanted for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I visit our customer.

Wir nutzten das Hotel für Ausflüge nach Mailand Innenstadt, Anfahrt mit dem Auto zirka 15 km durch die Stadt, Abends, da Hotel direkt an der Autobahn liegt, meist Stau auf allen Straßen.. Umfeld nicht so ok, altes Gewerbegebiet mit Baustelle in der Nähe, keine Außenbereiche. Innen, ok, kleine Sitzbereich außen am Hotelparkplatz. Alles in allem, günstiges Hotel im Vergleich zu den Mailänder Hotels, wer die Lage und die Anfahrt in die Stadt nicht scheut.. auf jeden Fall eine Option, wir würden es wieder nehmen.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en dernière minute donc peu de disponibilités et nous avions envie pour notre weekend de la Toussaint d un hôtel avec spa, malgré ces quatre étoiles l'hôtel se situe en bord de périphérique vue sur zone industrielle et sur la périphérique, en arrivant on nous a donné une chambre où il manquait de l'éclairage dans la salle de bain dû à une lampe qui avait grillé au niveau du miroir grossissant nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil et la personne n'a rien pu faire car pas d agent technique il nous a proposé uniquement le lendemain de changer de chambre alors qu'il nous restait qu'une seule nuit et nous étions déjà installé d'autre part nous avons demandé pour le spa qui était compris dans le tarif de pouvoir aller le visiter à notre arrivée le hammam était déjà en panne arrivée dans les lieux pas de chauffage tout était éteint et fermer ce qui nous a complètement dissuadé d'y aller alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel à 25 minutes du centre 2000 ans uniquement pour profiter du spa le lendemain au petit déjeuner mon conjoint a oublié sa sacoche accrochée à la chaise après être remonté dans notre chambre il est redescendu aussitôt il a retrouvé sur les marches de l'escalier sa sacoche posait et complètement vidé de toute les espèce qui se trouvait à l'intérieur nous avons aussitôt et te voir la réceptionniste pour lui faire part de notre mésaventure et lui demander de faire tout de suite le visionnage des caméras qui était sur place d

soggiorno di lavoro. la posizione dell'hotel risulta comoda per chi deve coprire l'area nord di milano, per gli spostamenti fino a sud inevitabilmente si va incontro a traffico. Hotel dotato di ogni confort necessario a un viaggio di lavoro. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito interno ma non con moltissimi posti disponibili (ci sono anche quelli prenotabili).

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole essendo solo di passaggio, la camera pulita e tranquilla. Da apprezzare il servizio Spa. La colazione a buffet non era esattamente da 4 stelle. Il ristorante era chiuso per il periodo di agosto. Una nota dolente al check-out: sono disabile e devo viaggiare con un accompagnatore come da certificazione medica presentata ma la receptionist si è permessa di obiettare per l'esenzione alla tassa di soggiorno, come previsto dallo stato italiano, per gli accompagnatori perché secondo lei non ne avevo bisogno!! Non ci sono parole!!

The hotel was modern and the rooms very comfortable. They were fully equipped. It was easy and only a 15 minutes ride to central Milan. The only negative thing wad the breakfast. We stayed during an Italian holiday and there were few guests. But the breakfast was really sparce. There were like 4 croissants, 4 eggs, 4 pieces of ham etc. The one lade that was working alone in the kitchen was very nice and did her best but it felt more like they really wanted to save in on their breakfast to make sure nothing went to waste. So the hotel was 5/5, the breakfast 2,5/5.

Hotel super geeignet für Ausflüge mit dem Auto

Wir sind immer wieder in diesem Hotel und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr kompetent. Bei uns war in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage defekt, sie schaltete nicht mehr ab und im 2.Zimmer die WC Spüle. Alles wurde schnellstens und ganz diskret repariert.
