Basic room for an overnight stay. The place is a bit worn out. Hot water in shower was adequate. Beds and pillows were so-so. Wi-Fi in the room was not so stable. Sockets are limited in the room. A budget yet not so budget option for staying at the edge of Milan City zone 1.

A one night stay , the beds creaked metallic springs , the toilet water was running all night despite telling the hotel staff at 3pm, the plug didn’t work properly so our phones didn’t charge overnight. It was disappointing having stayed there a few years ago with no issues.

Good location near the metro so easy to get into central Milan. Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. Pillows were a little hard and high so not comfortable for us. Onsite parking good value for money. TV had no English channels, and although it was a smart TV the streaming services were not available. Shower was a little small and badly laid out as the plug was covered with a silver piece of plastic that moved easily and was right where you needed to stand due to the placement of the shower head.

The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was so soft and supportive. The pillows were large foam and so comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size with good water pressure. The view of the city was very nice on the 12th floor. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. The metro was right around the corner. I had a great stay!

Nice hotel. We were told that we received a free upgrade when checking in. Room has a nice vibe, comfortable bed and pillows. Metro station is only 350m away. Grocery store across the street (Coop). Nice view from the 10th floor. In room safe. Good shower pressure. Small refrigerator. Friendly and kind staff, incl. housemaid.
Cons- poor lighting in the bathroom. Lack of storage space. We stayed here for 4 nights and even though we were travelling with backpacks, there is no space to put your stuff out except a few shelves which we used for personal items and several hangers. TV had no English or French channels. There is an issue with the window that opens. We had winds and rain during the time we were there. The howling noise coming from the window gave the impression that there was a hurricane outside, while the winds were only 30km/h. When you lightly open the window, the noise would almost disappear. Had to sleep with earplugs. Only two electrical outlet in the room.

Really liked this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The subway was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city center in 15-20 minutes ride. Friendly staff and great room views made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

Very good location within Zone 1 ( ~25mins to Duomo), 5 min walk to metro, with a large supermarket and few restaurants nearby. The room is very tidy and clean, just without free toiletries and kettle. Overall, it was a nice stay with everything you need.

Super close to the metro to get into Milan City Centre, has a Coop shop within a 2 min walk away to get anything you need. Our room had a small fridge and hair dryer, but they don't provide hot water/brew making facilities. Not a problem for us though. Nreakfast had a good selection and they gave us a 'breakfast box' to go on our last morning as we were leaving before breakfast started for our flight!

The Staff were excellent, welcoming, helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is situated on a main road and crossroad, so true Italian style you have alot of beeping as entertainment. although it was quite during the night. The hotel is a short walk to the tube station.
We arrived late, so unfortunately can't comment about the area. There was a couple of restuarants and a bar situated behind the hotel.

Fast becoming not a fan at all of B&B hotels… bare minimum and a little less, only get 2 paper cups per stay in room, and on top they get soft after 10 min of using, never got more. Left a cup from breakfast in room first night, never was taken away. Not enough towels (2 Normal and 2 tiny total), asked for more and after first night taken away again. Not cleaning properly. Ac makes awful loud noises once in a while waking you up. Breakfast not worth the price at all. Could keep going…
Only good thing was staff really kind.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were lovely and caused no issues. They were nice enough to let me store my luggage after I’d checked out since my train was late in the evening and I had hours to burn. Only wish there were some nicer places around it but the train is easy to catch from the hotel and get to where you want to see

Get more than you pay for. We had a real struggle to get here as our flight was late. But once we arrived the hotel staff promptly checked us in, and had already cooled our room down for us. The location is not right in the centre. But very accessible by metro for around €1

Modern looking super clean rooms that look almost brand new. Superb 'chilled ice box' air conditioning that can be adjusted.. Solid WiFi. Decent breakfast. Snacks to purchase at reception- beers, chocolate, crisps etc.. By far the best choice hotel- for the money- that I could find. Milan is an expensive city but B&B hotel rates were very reasonable. Bus & metro are 5 mins walking distance away- then about 20 mins to central Milan. Not in the best of areas but a GREAT choice hotel nevertheless. 9/10.

Although it looks quite a way out of the centre it’s actually very easy to catch the metro straight into the centre . They had great reception staff that looked after you at all times of the day and night . Nice breakfast too , staff really friendly. I would 100% recommend as it’s wonderful value for money .

Property was not exactly as expected based on the photos. The room could have used some dustying on shelves and in need of an upgrade. Floors seemed to be vacuumed but not mopped. Repairs definitely needed throughout the property. We had to request for bedding to be replaced. Otherwise, they just make the bed with current bedding when cleaning the room. However, staff was pleasant and helpful. Snacks and drinks available at the front desk was convenient. Breakfast was great. Wished there was a shuttle service from the hotel to milan. Also, the area is not the best looking. Lots of abandoned buildings and graffiti throughout sesto san giovanni. Would definitely consider paying more to stay in a hotel in the city center next time.

The check-in was slow. They had only 1 persin in staff and he was overworked. The hotel system to check-in required a lot of effort. Hotel needs to simplify their system or hire more staff. It's difficult to understand why they haven't addressed the issue.

MR Claudio and Mr Alex very rude treatment because we took a couple of ice from the machine. Unbelievable after paying 5 nights for me and my wife and another room for one of my sons also for 5 days. 10 days and staff being rude for nothing, just ice free in the machine. I'll be staying at B&B in another place but not this place with such type of customer service so low and unprofessional. Another notice of complaint was filled for my son against the same guys. At the end the assistance manager was ok with us. Thanks for being so nice.

Decent hotel off the beaten track

Good hotel for a couple of nights, but as it's right on a junction, can be noisy, even with the window closed. Bed was comfortable, you may need to ask for more pillows. Only one plug socket in the entire room. Two USB ports (one was broken in our room). Shower slightly small, toilet and bidet as you'd expect. Room was NOT soundproof as described. Could hear everything from other people's phones going off to bathroom visits and the cleaner cleaning the floor above, below and around the floor we stayed on. Take your ear plugs.

Sesto is about 30 mins from the centre on the underground, 5 minutes walk from the nearest station. 2 great restaurants, one services huge pizza at a very good price, the other anything and everything a little more expensive but worth it. A bar is located nearby too which is very trendy and decently priced with happy hour in the evening. Couple of shops a short walk away, a CoOp and a Lidl nearby also, should you need what the hotel lobby cannot provide.

Staff were very nice and very helpful, spoke English very well but you're in Italy so try and speak Italian!

Breakfast is an additional charge of around €8 but there's an offer of two people for €12 if you book for it the night before.

Excellent budget hotel close to the subway

This is a great 3* hotel, but very new, clean and comfortable. I wouldn't expect such in a metropolitan area as Milan, where the hotel standards are usually very low.
The room is big, with many windows, simple, but stylish. The bathroom is small, but not too small. The WIFI is very fast. I didn't take the breakfast, it seems very basic, but also dirty cheap. The are is not busy, and there are not many restaurants around, but the subway is around the corner.

The hotel is very nice, pretty new, clean, we liked our room, good location but far from the metro....BUT apparently someone got into our room when we were out. And what’s most disapointing is that when we noticed that my husbands brand new original “Barcelona jersey” was missing from his closed luggage, I went downstairs and asked what’s going on and they gave it to me explaining that someone tried to rob us and they dropped everything on the stairs when they were noticed. This story seems sooo false for so many reasons! We had other things laying around “iPad, EarPods, beats headphones” everything was visible as soon as you came in, but the “robber” didn’t take anything else except the 150euro Jersey from the luggage! At checkout we were told that someone will investigate the robbery and try to figure out how the “robber” got inside our room, my theory is that it’s one of the employees who hoped would no one would notice the missing shirt... so sad!

I would decribe this hotel as functional. It's clean and comfortable and it falls just inside the boundary for travel on the central zone. The hotel has hundreds of rooms, no character, and no extras, but the staff are very good and it did the job for one night. It attracts business people and budget travellers; it's decent value for money.

Modern Hotel close to the subway

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I chose this hotel because it is close to the red line of the subway which gives you easy access to downtown Milan and all its railway stations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will certainly go back to this hotel when traveling to Milan.

We enjoyed our stay with B&B. The hotel was far from the center of Milan but getting there was not so bad. The hotel is very close to the metro and we just took the metro if we needed to get to places.

The hotel had tons of restaurants around it. A Chinese restaurant across, Japanese behind the hotel, A bar behind behind the hotel, and a cafe behind the hotel as well.

It was near so many places. I believe 2 minute walk to the metro? Not too far.
It was a decent experience. If I were to go back to Milan I would def come back and check in again.

Modern but no frills

good for one night - travelling with two phones and a tablet, I normally do not have enough wires or adaptors however at this hotel there was not enough sockets! I was advised to use the TV socket well that meant dragging the 30\" telly of the wall and pulling the plug out from behind and then I could use it. However it was a nice clean cramped room with an interesting food machine dispenser that doubles up as a bar! If you smoke there is a great area on the ground floor that's seems to have been built for that purpose. Two top tips: if your parking make sure your on the right side of the street on the right day (staff will advise) and check out the roof top views quite something!

Hotel was very clean. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. However, check in was extremely slow. I had time to read a map and plan out my entire trip for the next day while the guy was checking me in. Maybe I can happened to get the slowest guy.
