I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
There’s no kettle, cups or even a single glass in the room and the water left in the minibar is over priced.
The receptionists in this hotel really need to improve communication skills. First night I asked for some hot water to dissolve my medicine and the male receptionist initially refused but later agreed to give some and asked me to come to the reception. When I went he asked me whether I brought something to take hot water and when I said no he was so rude and said “ you want me to give it to your hand”. Thankfully when I returned to the room after dinner there was hot water in a jar but no cups. The next night (10th of June around 7.30pm) I asked for some hot water again and the female receptionist flatly refused to give some and was very rude and put the phone down on me. She said if I want hot water I should go to a nearby restaurant and ask. When I asked her name so that I can report to the manager she said “ I don’t have to give my name to you”. When I said I was given some water the previous night she said “ he was wrong to give you hot water “. I then went to a nearby restaurant and asked for some hot water and they were kind to give me some.
Breakfast was basic but same all the 3 days.
Room was large and clean but the telephone didn’t work. They did however sort it out when requested.
Cleaning lady was nice and polite much more nicer than the reception staff.
Hotel caters groups on coaches but doesn’t care about singles.

Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro.
Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel.
I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan
Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove.
Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again

This is the third time I’m staying there . This time I didn’t enjoy it. The first room we were give had no air con, very hot and fridge does work. On the second day we requested if we can move which we did and this time/second room the shower was full of lime scale and when you turn it it on the water goes all over the toilet plus we didn’t had phone to call room service. At this stage we didn’t want to tell them as we didn’t want to move from room to room.
We stayed extra night in Milan but we chanced hotel.

Overall a nice play to stay. My fiance and I stayed here for the 2022 Italian Grand Prix and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the bus/train station that take you right to the circuit. It has to be said that if you are planning to go Friday - Sunday, the entire day is basically dedicated to Formula 1. I say that because there were quite a number of people who were staying in downtown Milan, and their trip added another 20-30 on top of our stop. Staying here provides enough options for food and the like--the gentleman who owns/manages the restaurant in the hotel was extremely nice and friendly as well.

The breakfast was good. The room was too hot and I couldn’t set the temperature in my room. In fact the whole hotel was too hot. I had to open the window to cool it down otherwise I could not sleep. I don’t understand why the thermostat was set so high. It’s a waste of energy.

Convenient location. Just a short walk to the train station, a grocery store and playground right behind the hotel with many great restaurants nearby!
There was even a little carival behind the hotel with bumper cars that opened every afternoon.

This hotel is horrible I don’t recommend it. The staff is very rude I asked for an adapter they told me we don’t have but I found later they do have but the man who was sitting in the front desk did want to give me. He was so rude even I spoke to the manager she didn’t help me she just say sorry that’s it.

Excellent staff, modern large room, wonderful hot and cold foods buffet breakfast, good location, clean, comfortable, and great free parking garage and good sized elevators. Only negative was a banging noise and something that sounded like a heavy piece of furniture being dragged the entire time, perhaps from plumbing?? We heard it elsewhere, not just our room. Just bring ear plugs and you will enjoy your stay for sure.

Our window was facing a dog park so it was noisy. Parking garage was underground and not automated. You had to get out of the car every time you need to get in or out.
I liked that nex door was a large supermarket and a metro a few blocks away.

The staff is the best part of this hotel. They are hard working and helpful. The rooms are clean but unfortunately the rest of the property is not. Glass front door has been shattered and is taped together so it does not fall out. Carpets are worn, stained and frayed. There is trash around the outside of the building. The room windows are dirty on the outside. The breakfast is the same every day and not much variety. The location is fine; close to superstore, metro, train and restaurants within walking distance. We expected more for the price we paid.

- breakfast is tasty and filling

- the carpet in the reception area looks old and dirty.
- the safe deposit box didn't work.
- the power outlet came off the wall when I unplugged my phone.
- it is described as 4-star hotel but there were no slippers and bathrobes provided.
- breakfast didn't change during our stay
- our room keycard didn't work on our second night. So, I had to go down to the reception and asked for reactivation. Might be because I made two separate bookings (found that it was cheaper this way), but I have informed the hotel of this.

Great acomodation for touring Milan and the area.

A big hotel with all the necessary services.
The biggest advantage for us was the free parking the hotel offers, and the great transportation to city center.
So we could enjoy Milan without being troubled what to do with the car and the parking arrestments and extra fees cost.
as we stayed in the hottest October in years - the air-condition in the room needed re-adjustment as they are closing it according to legacy weather dates...
The Wi-Fi in our room was very poor - we got the remote room in the corridor so maybe this was the reason, in the pubic areas it worked well.
all in all - a good hotel in good neighborhood out of the city center.

Problem with water supply

Overall hotel is good however there is a big problem with their water supply in every room. If you're planning to reserve this hotel, I will suggest you to be prepared to accept that you will shower in consistent fluctuating water temperature (hot-cold-hot-cold) within seconds. There is absolutely no way around this. We've spoken to the front desk 3 times and they've sent a \"colleague\" to look at the taps. He suggested us to take a bath!!! Who wash their hair in a bath? We've even looked at other rooms but they are all the same. Tonight is our second night at this hotel. The front desk reassured us the problem is fixed. Well, that is NOT true. We're still getting running cold water changing to hot water on its own every 2 seconds. Book this hotel at your own risk!!!

I would skip next time

I don't usually leave a review but want to give a heads up to others here. Pro: Breakfast was good. Cons: Hotel is across the street from a park- dog park. Dogs were barking all day. Second, the hotel is dated and need be updated. Halls stink, wifi was poor, and the elevator on the right was malfunctioning, and the door closed on me.

Good value for money

Good hotel overall, great value for money.
Staff was helpful, Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Located very near a metro station that takes you straight downtown, and there's ample covered parking for guests. There's a supermarket right downstairs.
Note: the hotel will allow booking of up to 2 children under 12 in double rooms. If you are a family, that means 2 relatively small beds or one rather wide one. In our case, we found it wide enough for the 3 of us to sleep comfortably, but some might not be ok with this so check first.
The hotel is not new by any standard but maintained adequately.
Considering the price, we were very satisfied.

We stayed for the Italian Grand Prix weekend due to its location and ease of travel to Monza but on our first night no bar or restaurant facilities were available.

Nice hotel but disappointing restaurant

Stayed here for 1 night at the end of a week long trip to Milan & Lake Como. The reviews were ok and it was in a good location for us to go to Milan parkrun before going home, however, the restaurant was extremely disappointing. We would have gone out had it not been for an early start but thought we would stay in and see what the hotel had to offer. There were 3 starters, 3 first courses & 3 main courses on the menu. Often a good sign as few option usually means it’s done really well. I had Bruscetta “Italian Style” to start and was surprised when it came out with half a can of tinned tuna on the top. Not what I expected & not something I have experienced before; would not have ordered it if I had know it had fish on. My partner had Parma ham with parmesan which, although tasty was a dinner plate full of meat with 3 massive chunks of cheese dumped in the middle. For main we had gnocchi & tortellini which both looked like they could have come from a packet in a supermarket and a side of what they called roasted potatoes. Sounded nice but turned out to be poorly cooked potato wedges. The waiter seemed rushed too and not interested in serving us. He was more interested in the table of 6 who were obviously friends of the chef and hotel and took more time in opening their wine that he did serving us. It may be because we had spent a week dining in authentic Italian restaurant but this was a very disappointing experience. Could be a great hotel if the resturant wasn't so poor.

A pleasant stay, would recommend

Our stay was generally pleasant. Check in and out was super easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was available and seemingly secure with a motorised gate upon entry and exit. The room was large and very clean, though amenities were very basic: tv, mini fridge, bath/shower/bidet and small bottles of shampoo and body wash. There was air con though it didn’t seem to do anything which was disappointing as the room was very warm. The large bed was also two smaller beds pushed together.

Breakfast was included and was nice somewhat varied but also fairly basic and unchanging each day. Cereals, fruit, pastries, bread rolls, hams and cheese, cooked sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs(though rather strange to my tastes) assorted cakes and yoghurts, coffee, teas, juice and water.

The hotel itself was in a decent location having some restaurants very close by, a supermarket right behind and was a 5-10 min walk to the closest metro.

There was one particular staff member, a gent on the reception desk who we spoke to for help one night who was so incredibly helpful and charming, and I’m disappointed we didn’t get his name. He was on at around half eleven on the Saturday night I believe and my partner gave him a strawberry, so hopefully he’ll get our message of thanks and appreciation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever go back to that part of Italy.

Used Hotels.com rewards and asked for a king bed + a children bed. When we arrived there they put 2 single beds together and we needed to sleep all 3 in the same bed. I complained about it but the reception answer was “ for this price you can’t have a children bed”.
My wife sleeps all night on top of the beds junctions.
I started to believe hotels don’t like that you use your Horels.com rewards there.

It was raining and the car park was really smelly and full of dark water... that I shan’t to believe was just rain.

Everything about this place is pretty perfect. The rooms are so well appointed with wardrobe/dressing room, bath, comfortable beds with gorgeous bed linen; but the real strength of the place is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for these gracious and professional people and we felt welcomed and so well looked after. Having never been attracted to I am now forced to rethink my stance as this was such an amazing experience. OK it is cheap but I recommend a few days here over a longer stay if you really want to feel like royalty for a short time!

Family vacation in Italy

Got a very good vacation stay package with flight and hotel. Reached out to the hotel staff. They arranged to pick us from airport for extra money (however it was a very convenient ride). Glad they offer pick up service. It's good if you are first time visitor to this area.
Milane Centrale is approx. 25 ~30 mins from this hotel (including 5 mins walk to Sesto Rondo Metro)
Steps for commute: Walk to Sesto Rondo Metro. Take Urban extra ticket for Eur 1.90. This ticket is valid for 90 mins.
For Dummo take M1 line.
For Milane Centrale take M1 line to Loreto. From there take M2 line to Milano Centrale.
Hotel is next to Superstore.

Nothing to complain about!

Absolutely great staying... A properly 4 star hotel... I definitely recommend but is a little bit far from Milan centre as I was by car and I don't know about public transports.

Great hotel for a 1 night stay!!

The hotel was and elegant. The staffs were helpful. The room was nice. A 5 minute walk to the metro station. The only negative I found this hotel was, it was very warm when we came in. Air conditioning was not working. We had to open the window for a cool breeze in. But the street was so noisy. There were people talking, screaming, & yelling (very very loud).

25 mins from downtown but limited confort

Hotel looks good outside, room is clean but kind of old fashion, reminded me of 80s hotels in Russia, no kidding. and shower not working (mixer) in the entire hotel is CRAZY!!! Breakfast basic but has the merit to be included!

Great hotel with a great location. The subway station is only 5 minute walk from the hotel. The subway station is called Sesto Rondo. From there, you can get to the Duomo station for about 20 minute ride with the subway. Right next to the hotel there is \"Superstore\" food store with traditional Italian foods. We got some some fresh salmon, ricotta cheese, prosciutto, salad and beer, and had a dinner at our hotel room. You can a whole day ticket from any subway station for about 5 Euro, which includes riding on the entire public transportation in Milano for one day.

Hotel rooms big and comfortable, appliances old, outdated, not working. Internet connection- poor, TV didn't work. Staff friendly but helpless. Breakfast- sad.

There is something very wrong with employees. They were unpleasant, like they hate to have guests in hotel, and hate that guests are even having a breakfast ...And the breakfast is good if like to eat only sweet, otherwise you'll stay hungry.
The hotel is not bad, but needs face-lifting or at least general cleaning.

metro scam

The hotel overall is perfect for our stay. The breakfast is good, a variety of Italian and American style. In Milan, one has to watch out for the metro boundary. We did not know and the hotel is out of the city metro boundary with different fare. We bought the metro ticket from the metro ticket office and told the officer where we like to go, he told us the fare but it turned out that the ticket is for city centre but not for the urban. We were fined 36 Euro each person. This is a scam to us.

Typical city hotel

My 3 night stay was good. The only two things I found a bit uncomfortable was the heat on in the room and the bed. It seemed that I really had no control over the heat setting in my room. I found the double bed perfect in size but it was so hard that I never had a good night's rest during my stay.

Room for improvement.

Large modern room and bathroom, comfortable bed and good breakfast.
Air-con kept going off, thus leaving room too hot at night, so opened window only to hear aircraft noise.
Bar closed at weekends for some reason!
No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Great hotel. Everything was good except Internet.

Bed comfortable employees were great and very accessible to anywhere in milan. The only problem was that the Internet was not always available in our room.

Fantastic Hotel

We visited Milan as part of a European Tour and chose this hotel due to the cheap cost and its proximity to the city.

The hotel was by far the best we stopped at! It was clean, tidy, comfortable, provided and provided a good breakfast. The hotel also provided free parking.

The bonus was there is a metro (underground) station about 5 mins walk from the hotel, which takes you straight into the heart of Milan.
